He picked us up from our Airbnb and drove us 45 mins out and back, while we blasted some rachet songs to sing haha. He would check in on us during the winery to see if we needed anything or have any questions, and he would offer to help us take multiple pictures. He also got one of the wineries to allow us to explore their cellars! On our last day in Austin, he drove by our airbnb to pick up someone else and honked at us as we waited for our uber. Bob was our driver and his great demeanor added to our great day. He knew the area and many of the locations as he used to be the head football coach at Dripping Springs High School. He made sure to be at our beck and call! Comfortable Mercedes bus was more than enough for our group of 6. We'll call again when we come down next time.

They have an air conditioned portable bathroom trailer that is decent. 6 stalls in the women's room and they were fairly clean. The summer heat had them smelling a little funky, but I'm not sure what can be done to fix that. The staff was friendly. The school bus ride back to the starting point after the float was nostalgic. For a moment, it took me back to feeling like we were on a school field trip. We definitely see ourselves coming back but at least bringing our own floats for our coolers to cut down on the expense. We had a large group with 2 coolers so it was $50 just to bring our coolers along.

There are SO many rocks that you constantly hit and scrape your rear end against, and it gets pretty uncomfortable after a while. I'm not sure if I'll be back to this location just because this particular section was so rocky. Overall, it was fun, but definitely bring some extra money and be prepared for a rocky ride!

Rick and Erica texted us before we arrived to ask if we wanted an array of coffee from the coffee bar on board and we were greeted with our orders. We also had so many snacks and drinks available. One of the greatest things is that this isn't a preselected tour and you can go where you please during the allotted time. They even dropped us in town for dinner at the end of our time. This was our first time doing business with Wimberly Bike Rentals. We wanted a unique way to see…read morethe sights of Wimberly. From our first call, the owners was very friendly and helpful. We met in a parking lot on Wimberly, where she explained all the ins and outs of the bikes and the google map that would be our guides. We had all day to make our tour what we wanted it to be. It was round trip around 12 miles. We loved the scenery and the stops and had a wonderful time exploring Wimberly! It took us about five hours and that was with a stop at a crawfish boil at Cypress Creek The bikes were in good shape and the battery lasted a lot longer than we excepted, although you do have to pedal or you will use up all your battery. We had a great time, but my only advice is that this is an advanced course! We were exhausted by the time we returned. It was totally worth it, and we're all in decent shape, but this is not a leisurely ride. There are pretty decent hills and you have to be able to climb stairs to see Old Baldy and Jacobs Well. But I would totally recommend this company! The owner was awesome and it's a great experience!!
