He returned a few times over the course of next three weeks with the yard getting weedpier and weedier to discuss the rest of my project. The rest of my project was making my property look like a picture I showed him. That was at our last meeting and then never heard from him again. Trying to get another landscaper in the middle of summer is next to impossible. He talked the talk but couldn't walk the walk. He even boasted he had to landscape a big company and that is why he rarely replied my texts, calls, emails. He had a bigger fish on the line.
