If you want to go out, and not cook a frozen pizza at home.....this is your place! But not at this location for long....they are moving off of Simonton lake. I wanted to order a beer, but was told they are moving closer to Elkhart and will no longer have indoor seating. They transferred their liquor license to another business. Only o few tables remain at their present location, and they were playing rap music with words my mom would wash my mouth out for using. The pizza crust was quite thick, I should have ordered thin. Good point, and reason for the extra star... they have Giardiniera . Not a top flight pick for us. read more

Excellent service, ordered three 14" pizzas, ready in 40mins. As some have mentioned the thin crust is not exactly thin, twice the thickness of brick oven pizza but crispy on the edges. Was not an issue for us as that is the way we like it. Quality ingredients, a little goes a long way in terms of portions. read more

Called this evening around 6 to place an order for delivery. After hearing that the delivery time was an hour & a half (understandable, its a Saturday night + a pending snowstorm), and that carryout was only 40 minutes, we opted to just pick up our food. The wait was non-existent when I arrived, and the two women working the front counter were very friendly & helpful. The menu advertises that a 12" pizza will feed 2-3 people, and a 14" will feed 3-4. Being as we are a family of 4 tonight (some kids aren't home), we decided on a 14" pepperoni, a chef salad, and an order of breadsticks. When I got home, everyone was eager to dig in. We were not disappointed! The pizza was delicious, the salad was good.. the only thing I didn't care for were the breadsticks, which I found to be dry & quite plain. They advertise homemade marinara sauce, which I also thought to be quite good. All in all, everyone around here was satisfied & filled their bellies. I would also note that I think their pizza size/serving ratio is off, and subjective to appetite & family size.. we still have almost a half a pizza leftover for lunch tomorrow! Sauce was almost non existent. Very bland pizza. Very light on the toppings. Sausage was impossible sausage, it seemed.

Terrible experience. Ifor ordered a takeout and when I got home it was the wrong pizza. Bruno's wasn't very helpful trying to remedy this. I took the pizza back and Bruno's replaced it. Unfortunately, the pizza they replaced with was burned and had so much cheese it was inedible. It was disgusting so I threw it away.No more Bruno's for this family. read more

The all meat pizza with extra cheese and chocolate cake were amazing! The pizza was very generous! So glad they are in the neighborhood!

This is the best pizza I've had in a long time. The crust is amazing. I have been to other Bruno's and it's nothing like this.

I did not care for this pizza. The crust was quite thick, the cheese was skimpy & the sauce was virtually non-existent. I asked the person on the phone if I should order extra cheese and they said it comes with a lot. My fault for not asking about crust or sauce. read more

Pretty underwhelmed....almost 60.00 for 2 pizzas. Supposedly had 4 toppings on one, but was mostly a cheese pizza with scant sprinkling of toppings and grease standing on top. Expected MUCH better...Back to our old standby... more substantial and cheaper....! read more

Great pizza! Got the deluxe and it was delicious. They even delivered to Michigan, which was amazing!

The pizza was good, however, the reason for my low rating is that this site has the phone number for the CR16 location. Therefore, I had to drive 15 miles round trip to get my pizza, then get it home. So beware, if you use this site, be sure to ask which location you are calling. In addition, I also found "Bruno's, Home of the 24" pizza, further down the list and that one does have the correct number and it is the one at the SR19 location. In addition, I believe this location knows of the problem, but rather than make any hint of an apology, the basically made it my error for calling the wrong number/location. Further evidence is the fact that they have the correct number plastered all over the front windows. Just sayin'!!! read more

First off, I hardly ever leave negative reviews for local small businesses. But what a HORRIBLE experience!! Was charged almost $40.00 for delivery of two sub sandwiches with French fries and a salad. Was told would be delivered within 45 minutes. Did not receive until nearly an hour and a half later. This was on a Wednesday night. Food was cold but meat and cheese were burned black (see photos). French fries were ice cold, greasy and congealed. Food was burned to the point that it was completely inedible other than the salad. When we called them back asking for our money back were passed to the owner who tried to blame it on us saying that our order was a "mess" and that we only waited 15 minutes for our delivery. We ordered at 6pm and did not receive our delivery until 7:21pm. Owner said he'd give us 25% off the next time. Told him no we want our money back as food inedible. Then he wanted us to drive and bring the food back to them after we'd just had it delivered and paid them a delivery fee. Owner refused to refund money or provide fresh, non-burned replacement. When we told him we would just dispute the charges with our bank and leave a bad review online with photos of the food he didn't seem to care and this is the owner of the business?! Ordered from them before without any issues. Will never patronize them again. There have been issues with food delivery from other local restaurants most notably Volcano pizza but they've always not only given us a refund but brought fresh replacement food. i, went to Bruno's on st.rd.19 , and ordered the 24 in . by the advertisement on the radio , you are to get a free two liter with an order on the 20 or 24 inch . when I went to pick it up , I asked for the two liter . I was told , you have to ask for it while ordering . that is not what the radio says about this. but spending $52 on pizza no matter what size , the two liter should have been automatic . it's ok , I won't go back , no matter what offer is given . read more
