Was up to try a new pizza place so we decided on Milano's since it had decent reviews. Ordered the 18" large Combination with regular crust. When I got it home opened up the box and the pizza looked and smelled great. Went to get a piece out of the box and the dough was extremely wet and mushy. Looked underneath the dough to find foil as the pizza insert. Foil does not osborb juices so instead of an insert obsorbing the moisture the dough did. The business is cutting cost in not paying for pizza inserts but the customer pays the price with a soggy dough. Not bad flavoring in the pizza but nothing sets it apart from any Dominos or Pizza Hut and they are much cheaper. Could not give a review on the dough because it was mushy from the pizza. 2 stars because I could not even get a piece of pizza out of the box with good crust. Was like eating a lunch meat sandwich with soggy bread. Not Good !! read more

I love their pizzas, but I don't love getting charged for an item. I asked for on it like garlic.. three months ago I ordered one with garlic. It had none on it. I started getting my pizzas from Paesello's pizzeria in Goshen and when I ordered garlic, it was like eating garlic bread like I used to get from Milano's. I Loved. Milano's pizza and I thought I'd give them another chance when I ordered my pizza again and asked for garlic on it. I was charged for it, but there was no garlic on the pizza this second time.. I would've given one star, but I gave two more stars because I love their pizza. I am tired of being disappointed on my pizza order so I guess I will go back to getting my pizzas in Goshen, Indiana again. read more

In Elkhart, Indiana...you have to eat here! It is a small family owned restaurant that the owners are originally from Italy, grandma makes the sauce. The pizza is delicious...and their size small pizza is a "typical" chain pizza restaurant size large. We've been going to this place for years! My family's favorite is the pepperoni with shaved beef. The have spaghetti, calzones, etc. It's very friendly and laid back. Btw..their sausage is on the spicier side. read more

Amazing place! Ordered a manicotti and an Alfredo pasta along with an extra large two topping pizza. The food was very amazing. As a New Jersey resident who tries lots of pizza, I was impressed by the quality of the pizza. It was thick, cheesy, and well cooked! The manicotti was delicious, especially the sauce. And the Alfredo pasta was amazing also. The sauce was light and not that oily compared to places like red lobsters. My family and I were very pleased with the food. Very disappointing experience from start to finish. There were 3 ladies working but yet only one was running around taking orders, bringing food out and giving checks. The other 2 were mostly walking around aimlessly. We didn't want pizza so we ordered fettuccine Alfredo and a manicotti, plus an appetizer. Our salads came drowning in ranch but under the dressing was wilted/dying lettuce. Our appetizer came about 5 minutes before our meal, we wouldn't have ordered it if we knew it was basically coming with our dinner. The manicotti was good. The fettuccine was a mess. We had paid extra for 6 flavorless shrimp to be added on top. The noodles were crunchy, and stuck to each other as if someone tossed them into a pot to cook and never stirred. My husband ate the shrimp but couldn't eat the crunchy pasta. Waitress came at the end and asked if we wanted a box. We told her no which prompted her to ask why. We told her the pasta was crunchy. The waitress then proceeded to lecture us, loudly so other tables could hear and stare, that this is an Italian restaurant and Italians like their pasta AL dente and Americans like theirs soft and we just didn't know what we're talking about. No apologies, no offer of a discount. My husband had a plate full of pasta that he tried 2 bites of and didn't want to take it home, obviously he didn't like it. The dish was $20 which included the extra $4 for the flavorless shrimp. We had to ask a couple times for the check and when it was brought out we waited about 10 minutes before we finally just got up and tracked down a waitress to finally ring us up. read more

Pizza is excellent. Customer service is bad. When mistakes are made, the manager gets real snippy and tries to justify mistakes. A few months ago I ordered pizzas and the arrived an hour and a half late, so 2 and a half hours AFTER I originally ordered. They were also cold, so I called and was told I could get a free pizza next time I ordered. Well 2 weeks later I call to redeem my free pizza and I was acussed of lying by the manager because my name wasn't written on a board. 15 minutes into a very unprofessional conversation with the manager he agree to give me a pizza for $10 but I had to come get it. I stayed away for a couple months after that experience. Well today I ordered pizza and bread sticks, they forgot my bread sticks, no biggie.. the driver says he'll bring them right back. So here we are over an hour later waiting on bread sticks. I call and the manager says "well the driver is busy, he'll get there when he gets there". They really need to practice better customer service. After these experiences I will no longer order from here, which sucks because the pizza is great but the hassle and attitude isn't worth it. read more
