I use to order from this pizza establishment for years, but it's been awhile. Ordering use to be easy, but today it seemed they were swamped when I called for a carry out. On their website they advertised 10 inch pizzas, but I didn't want to order online as I've never used that service with them. Upon my call they continuously said 12 inches in confirmation and then informed me that they do not have 10 inch pizzas. I suppose it's a good that I chose not to order online for that reason. I ended up ordering an original crust bacon and mushroom pizza. Normally when I would order from here I preferred getting their original crust because I enjoyed the taste. Upon trying I noticed there is far more oil then I remember seeing, but the crust and toppings were perfectly done. It's not what I would call a super thick crust, but somewhere in the middle of what I imagine thick and thin should be. I also ordered a thin crust 12 inch pepperoni and ham pizza. This was very much against my normal behavior, but I deemed necessary for this review. I wanted to be able to give you a point of view from both of their crust options. After having their thin crust I can also say it was a last time for me as well. They piled on the ingredients which seem a bit undercooked while the crust was perfectly cooked. As you can see from my picture the crust is in fact very thin. With a side of breadsticks because you've got to get an appetizer if you're going to really give them a chance. If wings are what you were looking for then you are looking at the wrong place. They do however have calzones. Upon tasting the bread sticks I noticed both sauces were cold, but the flavor of the breadstick without the sauce was delicious. A bit heavy on the butter, but still quite tasty. Now for the tough choice. This is the part where you must choose, so let me let you in on a secret. This is still not the best in the area, but a pretty darn good choice. Unfortunately there are numerous options on the road it's located on. That means there a lot of competition. When I say numerous, I'm not joking. You could walk to six pizza locations with head spinning price options. Which leads me to believe that the brilliant minds behind this are genius or pure evil, so I wish you luck in your decision. read more

Pizza is delicious! The original crust with 4 toppings is our new favorite in the area' The staff is prompt efficient and greet me with a smile, we order and pick up. There is no seating but the retail are is clean. Parking is good and easy in and out. read more

We always get pizza for kids parties or birthday gatherings from Bruno's. Yesterday I made an online order and called later in the day to ask for an edit to leave a topping off the biggest pizza with all the goodies. When I called I found out that I had done some order adjustments before completing online and had removed the wrong huge pizza while keeping a same size but two topping one I had decided to order in a smaller size. The manager got on the phone and found out exactly what I really wanted and ensured me it would be made to order. When I offered to pay the difference he kindly just said they appreciated our business and to please continue to patronize them. I was thankful for this above and beyond kind of service. Bruno's is the place to go to for pizza in Mishawaka without a doubt! Unfortunately nowhere to sit in but you can always sit in your car and stuff your face with this pizza. Known for their stuffed pizza , I high recommend this without a doubt have to get this every time. Just be prepared to carry out 5lb brick of pizza as you walk to the car. I would say this is enough to feed 3-4 people even more depending. One slice is enough to fill you up !! Just the right balance of cheese, sauce and topping. This is a pillow of cheese happiness leading you to the flavorful sauce with topping and the bread is the one orchestrated all this together. read more

Ordered online and never got a confirmation. Called to order. Pizza tasted old. Sausage was odd tasting. Used to live in south bend and the downtown location is amazing. Gave this one a try, nope. Never again. Ill drive 25 mins to south bend for a better pizza. This location sucks. read more

Chose this location specifically because of good word-of-mouth reviews about how the pizzas came out well. My family, on the other hand, had an awful experience. my father ordered a chicago style pizza for pickup and upon arriving, inspected the pizza before he had paid for it and saw how horribly burnt the pizza was. A man came out from back of the kitchen after my father told the girl ringing it up that it was burnt and he wasn't going to pay for a burnt pizza. The man asked my father, "What is the matter with it?" My father clearly showed and explained the pizza being burnt and that it isn't what a chicago style pizza is supposed to look like let alone burnt. The man copped an attitude and said "Well this isn't Chicago, this is Osceola. What do you want a refund?" My dad continued and told him that he is not going to pay for a burnt pizza. The man copped more attitude and proceeded to pull out money and slammed it on the counter with the change flying everywhere. Will be telling all friends and family to avoid Bruno's in the future if this is how they treat customers. read more

Good pizza, we almost always get regular crust, but Chicago style is great for a change. Delivery is prompt and pizza has always been hot. Highly recommend! read more

I love Brunos Pizza. It blows Pizza Hut, Dominos and the rest of them away. I always forget to call in my order so I tend to have to wait 45 mins or more. The pizza is worth the wait. I prefer this location over the store in Mishawaka on Edison Road. The Brunos on Edison Road in Mishawaka upsets me as the employee's knowingly park in a handicap parking spot when they aren't handicapped. I was told by the employee there that since it doesn't have a standing sign that it's okay to park there which is wrong. I contacted the Mishawaka police and was told that the employee is wrong so beware. The Edison Road also does not know there specials the two times I was there. There Pizza is good and it's local to my house but I'll give my business to the other location. read more

We ordered a pizza for the game and we expected it to be over an hour as they stated which was fine.. we received our pizza and the delivery driver was a complete smart ass. We asked if he was busy due to the notre dame game and he made a smart remark. I completely ignored that because he looked like a young guy trying to get money for college, but what I didn't expect for what we paid was the pizza it wasnt even cooked properly. It was horrible. We always order from brunos and this time it was absolutely horrible. I will never have this establishment deliver to us again. I'll DRIVE the extra 10-15 minutes and have papas pizzeria in edwardsburg treat us. They are FRIENDLY to their customers. I've never been so disgusted with this place. NEVER AGAIN!! When you order and pay for a pizza online, receive a confirmation that the order has been placed... then when you go to pick it up 45 minutes later and are told they didn't get the order and its a "SYSTEM" issue... I don't buy it, someone didn't do their job and didn't want to own up to it. Then while the "OWNER" is present a worker says "it is what it is" and the owner is okay with that and starts getting upset with me... I don't care how good the pizza is, that will turn my stomach for a long time. read more
