At the time they had no dine in service so it was all carry out, so they have no one else but their carry out patrons to worry about...the few that could get through, or ordered well in advance. The pizza was mediocre at best, the customer service sucks, the hours are very limited, you can't even call these people! It's not worth the effort required to simply do business with them. Called from work and ordered - they said 25 minutes. Got there and they said it was ready to be cut. 20 minutes later still no pizza so I asked how much longer. She said it was still in the oven. So essentially she lied the first time because there's no way it could have baked for over 45 minutes. Pizza had a funny taste - almost as though the sausage was spoiled. I spent the first 18 years of my life in Bremen, then left for 8, and came back about year ago. I didn't like the Peel the first 18 and still don't. This is the "spot" in this town and I've never understood why. The sandwiches are the only thing giving this place two stars. They are pretty good. The pizza, however, is garbage. It is flavorless in every sense. The crust is almost nonexistent, thinner than New York style, and almost as thin as the sauce. Then they load it up on cheese and toppings, because hey, the taste has to come from somewhere. Have you ever heard of garlic or oregano? The service isn't good either. Highly disappointed with customer service at wooden peel bought a super savings coupon through pulse fm and already used another coupon last month, went in on May 1st to use my last coupon and am told it expires May 1st at 12:00 am and they would not honor it , I did not see the AM Anyway I asked if they would still honor it for me since it is May 1st and no they would not and was very snotty about the whole thing.
