okay I usually come here al the time but today i was so disappointed. Went into the drive through a little before 8 on (today) and got a small cup; 2 scoops. while in line i heard the cashier asking if they had a phone number for points. when i got to the window i wasn't asked and had to ask myself and was told that it was "too late". they apologized and it's completely fine, we forget. but what made me upset was that my favorite flavor was on bottom, best for last, and there was maybe 4-6 bites of it. 90% of my cup was the other flavor. if two flavors should be provided it should be split fifty fifty. i never got a before picture but the chocolate on bottom wasn't even visible. super unfortunate this trip... read more

Was hoping to enjoy some ice cream tonight. I should have know to check my order. I ordered a waffle bowl with 2 scoops of peanut butter crunch and a scoop of chocolate. Received Oreo, chocolate, peanut butter crunch in a cup not a waffle bowl. Order a 3 scoops of butter pecan and received 1 scoop of butter pecan and some kind ice cream that tasted like fish into different cups. I was charged for what I ordered but in the no means did I get what I ordered. There was a line and they took my order manual by someone coming out and taking, which was fine but of course it wasn't given to me the way I ordered. AWESOME ICE CREAM! Yes, I am shouting because "I scream, you scream, we all scream, for..." Bruster's ice cream!!! When I was living in the Phoenix area, this was my go-to place for a frozen treat. Best ice cream ever! There are so many choices and they also have sugar-free and vegan options. But I always ordered my fave which is the Birthday Cake ice cream! Especially loved it when they made the Birthday Cake ice cream with plenty of blue frosting in it. Brings back childhood memories of cake and ice cream for birthdays. Oh, and their waffle cones and waffle bowls are very tasty and fresh. The customer service at the drive thru is very good (I don't use the front walk up area). Sometimes there can be a long line but I'm willing to wait for decent ice cream. You'll usually get a $1 off coupon at the drive thru window to use for next time. If you are going to be a "frequent flyer", sign up online for the rewards program, it's worth it. Lastly, I am so very sad that there is not a Bruster's Ice Cream here in Tucson!!! read more

So I've just recently started coming here... and I Norma love it!! My family constantly ask to get I've cream here... literally in the last 4 days we've gone 3 times! We got triple chocolate Oreo, double fudge brownie, a Oreo cookie ice cream sandwich with strawberry and a turtle sundae with Graham Central Station. Everything was so awesome. They have milkshakes, sundaes, banana split, scoops, pints. Pretty much anything you can Imagine in your ice cream dreams is available here. We would drive 40 mins to go to scooptacular but they gave some serious competition now from someplace closer. I don't believe they have been open during an Arizona summer yet, so time will tell how this concept holds up in the heat. It consisted of Blue Vanilla Ice Cream loaded with Chunks of OREO Cookies, Crushed Dino Sugar Cookies and Cookie Dough Pieces. They do have those things that spray mist water to cool you down as you wait and/or eat ice cream. You can smell the freshly made waffle cones as well.
