Kaitie was extremely helpful, really kind, and patient with us. Love love love Bruster's Ice Cream!!! Our experience here was lovely. This ice cream stand is a walk-up, so there is seating outside but not much. The girls working were so sweet and helpful. They were patient, as it was my first time there, and had many questions. I got to sample as many flavors as I wanted, and the girl serving the ice cream did not skimp on the scoops. We tried the banana chocolate chip, banana pudding, graham central station (literally cheesecake crust ice cream this was a surprising find), rocky road, and cookie dough. I came here a couple of weeks ago with a very good friend. My first time at this location, but second time ever at a Bruster's. The window server was very nice and informative. Since this place only has outside seating I will say it was very nice and clean. To the best part of the night...the Ice Cream! I had a double scoop waffle cone with a Peanut butter cup and Butter Pecan flavors that were both out of this world! I love Brusters and I'm so happy they opened one close by me. Went here on a Sunday afternoon and it was busy!! They are located with other businesses so parking wasn't bad at all. There's plenty. We walked to the front and we got in line. They had 3 windows open and it was moving. They allowed their customers to have samples and take their time when ordering. We got to the front and got a 2 scoop and baby cones for kids under 40 inches. It was very cute but not enough ice cream for the littles so we ended up going back for more. It was a little different than our usual brusters in Huntington Beach. They gave small cups for the kids ice cream with 1 scoop. They were also giving out some coupons to come back. We loved all the flavors, gram central station, fudge brownie, birthday cake. I saw some others getting fudge brownie Sundays which looked super big! 2 scoops was about $8 which is a small. Kids scoops are $5 which is 1 scoop. Brownie Sunday is $10. I also saw that if you bring your own banana they give you half off on Thursday for banana split. It costs $10 for the full price. They have a nice seating area but they could use more seats and tables. The area included 2 tables and 2 small benches. However the space is pretty large. Id suggest getting more. I am someone who enjoys "real" ice cream rather than imaginary ice cream even if it means more calories. So of course I was drawn to Bruster's Real Ice Cream. The staff was friendly and willing to assist. The selection of flavors and cones was pretty decent. I was glad to see waffle cups on the menu because I make a mess with all things cones but still want my waffles. My selection was the waffle cup with a scoop of cherry vanilla and a scoop of death by chocolate. All very delicious and I didn't die! Bruster's Icecream is an ice cream chain all over the US, and this location is near the Tesla chargers in Upland. There's plenty of free parking in the lot in the complex. You can order and get your ice cream at the pick-up at the window. There's also a few outdoor benches to sit at as well. There's a lot of different flavor options and vegan options too. They also have milkshakes, cakes, and other desserts on top of ice cream. We ended up going on customer appreciation night where we got 2 scoops for $3, which was nice. I got the s'mores made with oreos with a cone on the side, which had a good balance of mix-ins to ice cream. The ice cream also had a good ratio of milk to cream and was affordable for the quantity. I'd recommend coming here when waiting for your car to charge! read more

We're so happy to have Bruster's by us! We came for a Sunday evening treat and the line was pretty short. We orders 2 small waffle cone and love that we could get flavors with the 2 scoops. I love that they actually have good non-dairy ice cream! I ordered the raspberry white truffle and Black Raspberry and bothering were delicious. My husband and son ordered Blasts and they said they were great. There are 2 benches right by the windows to sit and enjoy your ice cream or there is a nice seating around the corner. I'm so bummed about my experience here. I placed an order online for pickup at a specific time that evening. We arrive 3 minutes before the scheduled pickup. My 12 and 8 year old go to the pickup window to inquire, and are ignored by the two young ladies working. A man comes and orders with his kids, gets his order and leaves. At this point, I get out of the car and go to the window and she opens it fairly quickly and I tell her my kids have been waiting for about 5 minutes for our order. She then gives them the bag and we leave. My son said while they were waiting, she made eye contact with him and still went about serving ice cream, without even acknowledging them. To add insult to injury, our ice cream was so melted it was soup. That means they made it way ahead of the time we scheduled, only made worse by ignoring my kids for 5 minutes. I spent almost $20 and even left a tip for horrible service and soup ice cream. Pictures attached of the ice cream 2 minutes into our drive home because I told the kids to start eating some of it so it didn't melt, haha. Oh, and they didn't include any spoons so that was moot. Also, pictures of when we arrived home, 8 minute drive home. All in all, probably won't be back, hopefully others have better luck when ordering on the app and having their kids try to be independent and pick up an order. read more

We really enjoyed the flavors we got! There were whole cherries in the cherry vanilla flavor and apples within the apple ice creams. Feel like a lot of places have the flavor but don't actually put the pieces of fruit in it. The ice cream itself was creamy which my boyfriend and I loved! The guy who helped us was super kind and let my boyfriend try as many flavors as he liked. They were also super quick to make our cups! The ambiance is nice, there's seating in the front and back. Went yesterday to get some ice cream, and when they handed it over to my husband, it was so melted.All three of the ice creams were melted.. by the time we were five minutes into our drive they literally turned into ice cream soup. I always get the more classic flavors when trying out a new ice cream place. Vanilla ice cream had a nice smooth creaminess to it and oreo ice cream had good chunks of oreo cookies. In fact, I finished them too fast and forgot to take photos lol. The location is easy to find, plenty of parking, family-friendly with friendly folks working there. There is no "dine-in", you order from the left window and pick up the other. This place just opened in my neighborhood. i went at night and the line wasn't too long. The place is located in the back of the parking lot. We parked by the Mexican restaurant and walked right to the side of the parking lot. We ordered a small, two scoops (Ube and New York cheesecake flavors). It comes with a free cone. This place reminds me Hendels Ice Cream. Compare to Handel, the ice cream at Bruster is very smooth. At Handel they have a lot more flavors, and both places have free samples upon asking. I will definitely come back here again and try their banana pudding ice cream. read more
