I called three auto upholstery places with no answer until my lucky fourth call to Quest Auto Center where I got to talk to an actual human! One of the seats in my 2015 Miata needed some TLC (see photo). Harry took very good care of me and gave me a tour of the various workshops and upholstery work that was recently done. (You don't have to have been in a collision to come here!) This is no ordinary garage! These guys are nice, organized, friendly, and they spend time explaining everything to you in layman's terms. Another thing that makes Quest stand out is its clean and welcoming environment. There is an actual waiting room, inside and outside. Someone really put a lot of effort into making the whole experience comfortable! I even got a curtesy ride to work after I dropped my car off. The upholstery work that I got done was really nice. I cannot say enough about the awesome service I got from Harry, Alex, and all the guys at Quest Auto!!! Was looking for a new mechanic and took a risk based on only yelp reviews and this spot and the team are A+ first class experts. I got super quick replies giving me estimates and timeframes. They were extremely clear about every coast (labor, parts, etc.) and you know a good mechanic when they genuinely want to help you find a part on your own or allow them to do it for you. Zero pressure like I've gotten other places. The shop is like a luxury car lot. Super clean and welcoming. They were friendly, had nice beverages and WiFi so I could do a work zoom meeting. The cost was so reasonable, I was really impressed. (It took BMW Beverly Hills literally 3 months (THREE!!!) to try to fix my car, make it worse, cost me more money, and damage several random parts of my vehicle and personal property in the car. Quest handled it in one quick afternoon and even shined it up real nice for me to pick it up.) You can tell these are just great humans trying to make the car repair experience totally different for their customers. The team at Quest Auto was amazing. I called last minute to get an estimate for repairing scratches on my car's door, and they took me in directly. After looking at the door, they told me they would do it for free because the scratches were superficial and mostly paint from the other car that hit it. In 5mins, they removed all the scratches on my door and it looks new again! I can't thank them enough for the great job they did and their generosity. They made it so EASY!!! I needed to replace the antenna on my mom's 2005 Benz ML350 and already had the part. I took it in for a quote after getting initial quotes through YELP. I had a great experience at Quest Auto Center! I was a victim of a stolen catalytic converter. I was able to message QAC and Ed was so helpful and responded very quickly. He was able to order the catalytic shield and part came in 2 days very fast! They were able to provide part and install shield super plus not a lot of auto shops can do this the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The team was super efficient--they got the job done quickly without cutting any corners. BEWARE! INCORRECT DIAGNOSIS! POOR INSTALLATION! MORE PROBLEMS NOW! I took my car in for a repair on the rack and pinion. Everything was put on crooked. When I came to pick up the car, the steering wheel was 4 inches off to the right. My sway-bar was touching the metal on one side, it wasn't even centered. My car was driving good when we brought it in. When we drove it off the shop it was driving terrible and the mechanic told us to go get an alignment. We did and that did not fix the driving issue. The reason why we had the rack and pinion replaced in the first place was because one of their mechanics said that it needed to be replaced. When we brought the car in a different mechanic replaced the part and AFTER the service said the rock and pinion didn't even need to be replaced. A good mechanic would not have even replaced the part. So now, the poor installation of the part made the car drive worse. We called the shop and told them what happened. They told us we could bring the car back but the mechanic wasn't there... we are not going to play that game. We ended up confirming from a different mechanic that the rock and pinion was never the part that was causing the issues. Now we have an additional problem to fix because of this shop. read more

I love to work with people who take pride in their work and enjoy what they do. Harry and Alex were caring and impressively attentive to the details of their work at Quest Auto Center. The team did an excellent job performing an interior detail process on my 2001 Subaru Forester. A rather large motor oil spill on the rear floor carpet was resolved. They extracted the oil and cleaned the spot. Both door panels and front seat sides had absorbed oil and grime from years of wear and doggie rubbings. Quest was able to clean it up and restore the color of the original upholstery fibers. Amazing! Finally, my headlights were restored from that dingy film that occurs over time to sparkling clear!
