The second time, I was there because my car was diagnosed with an issue someone else could not fix. I called, explained the issue, and their reply was "No problem!" They towed it there, started working on it, and found the real problem. Called me, said the parts were available, it would be ready that day, and their quote was more than reasonable! I later looked up on a website, and the total cost was on the low end of estimates. My car works like a champ now, and I now have the only place I will take my car to, ever! I've had several bad experiences at this shop, but it's always the same story. There's lots of turnover in this shop, which obviously speaks for the environment there. Currently it's being managed by a bat shit crazy woman and an 18 year old kid. The lady is absolutely off her meds. Neither of these people have proper training, nor can have a decent interaction with a fellow human. It's a shame, but my experiences over the years at this shop will permanently steer me away. Do yourself a favor, use the internet, go to advance or auto zone, save yourself the trip and hassle at this establishment. It truly deserves negative 5 stars.

I *almost* went for a closer and cheaper service. I'm VERY happy I waited! It's been almost two months with my *new headlights. It's quite remarkable how much they look brand new and importantly, my range of sight has drastically improved at night!
