We recently had been having heat issues in our building, and in one day Andy Killman was able to personally oversee the installation of a new unit to fix our problem. While they ran into unforeseen delays and snags, they kept at the job and knocked it out in a timely manner. On top of that, they stuck with the original quote they gave us which was greatly appreciated. As they were loading up their equipment, we noticed a totally separate and possibly minor issue - a vent that we didn't need and might have been contributing to our heat problem. Without skipping a beat he had one of his workers climb up on a ladder and fix the vent, no questions asked. You can't go wrong working with these fine folks. Thank y'all for everything you do.

They did not try to oversell me like some of the other HVAC companies and their recommendations were exactly what I needed. Recently we had some issues with the ductwork/damper and they came out the next day to inspect it and make sure the new HVAC unit was running correctly. Next day service is rare for such a minor issue. Killman Heating & Air is a class act.

Here it is 2 years later and you still haven't completed the job that I already paid you to do! I have , since gone out and found a more reliable HVAC company. As for voice mail messages, the only messages I received were the ones asking if I wanted to renew the yearly service agreement, and I still have them! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Original post ... Mack Heating & Cooling installed our system in 2016 and we have always had great service until recently. I paid for the Yearly Service Agreement in 2023. A technician visited on 02/07/2023 and did everything except he was "unable to run heat mode at this time." It was noted on the invoice the technician "Will need to stop back by to verify refrigerant levels and initiate defrost mode" they never did! Honestly I forget all about until I received a call from MACK, I wanted to check my records so I let it go to voice mail. A week later (03/29/2024) Mack called again asking if I wanted to renew the yearly service agreement and when I pointed out that they never returned to complete the previous service call all she said was "That's on us". She made no mention of sending a tech out, only asking if I wanted to renew the yearly service agreement. She repeated "That's on us" several times but never tried to resolve the issue. Invoice Number 13140-1 Edited to reply to response ... Yes you did call and leave voice mail messages. They were to see if I wanted to renew the yearly service agreement. No one ever called to schedule the return visit to "verify refrigerant levels and initiate defrost mode" ... and you still haven't completed the service for which I already paid you to do! MACK's reply ... Mack Heating & Cooling, Inc. (Owner) 11 months ago We are very sorry you did not receive the follow visit to check refrigerant levels. We tried to call and left 3 voice mails after the 2nd pm visit in 2023. We always strive to give the best service to our customers.
