I wasted $155 for service call just for this guy to tell me that I have to spend another $1475 to replace one rope and two gliders. I got suspicious of the pricing and said I'll think about it.I learned by experience not to make quicks financial decisions out of fear or desperation because that's how the companies like this take advantage of your desperate situation. I called Caribbean and they showed up within 2 hours and quoted $711 for everything: 2 ropes and sliders and something else. Their service call is only $99 by the way! Carribean Pools is the best all the way! They fixed my cover that same day within 45 minutes! If this guy scams on repairs, I can imagine how much he bankrupts people on pool installations and such! Unless you are dumb and rich Avoid! Update: looks like the owner is also a liar big time. I didn't suggest any quick fixes as I have no knowledge about the pools however, I did feel like he was pressing me to pay him $1475 like there was no option left AND I did question this high price (not quick fix). In a matter of a few text messages detailing the hottub make and model, pictures of the pickup and drop off location, the appointment was set. The next day, I was extremely pleased with the punctuality, friendliness, and know how. It was great to see what an A squad really looks like, and they did it with 3! Pros with ingenuity and the right tools! Book early because I am sure these guys will get busy quickly!
