He knew my mother from her going to get ice cream for my dad. Sadly he passed away some time after my mother did. I would go in when we moved back in 2014 and he would always come over to me and say hi give me a hug and chit chat calling me Joy. He didn't realize I wasn't her. His wife now oversees things there, loves our dog Blitz and spoils him with pup cups every time she sees him. Kush Kone is a really important to Manomet, not just for summer vacationers but for the year round residents. Our little town would never be the same without Kush Kone.

Overall, the quality of what you get is great, the ease and convenience of getting there and getting your ice cream right away is great. The prices are fair and reasonable even for downtown Plymouth. I think there are a few chairs to sit in an a bench outside if you want to stay there, but I guess the idea is more of a grab and go situation.
