She also fixed chipped polished before I actually used her for a service, and that's why I came back to her. She's kind and quick, I'm not sure what the other technicians do, but she has it going on. Went there a few weeks ago randomly got a pedicure and acrylics with no chip. The pedicure was honestly one of the best I've ever had my feet still feel soft and it's been at least two weeks! I was so happy with that. Then I sat down for my acrylics and the girl was so meticulous and it showed when she was done. I had never gotten my nails done and they be so smooth and perfect. I will be going back today for a fill-in and color change and am so excited about it!!! read more

HORRRRRIBLE , I had the worst pedicure ever no chip $55 french tip I was cut so many times literally bled i still have a small mark by my toe took 2 hours hurting me whole time then nails were being glued on in such a rush while I'm still in pedi chair one finger was so crooked tried to convince me to get ombre cause French tip long acrylics $50would be "ugly" that if I was doing them to get them short like who says that to a paying customer then told me that she could do ombré for $60 and asked if I had enough, that wasn't the issue at all i simply wanted what I wanted ! she was clearly upset that what I wanted was going to take her longer she kept saying she was tired which is not my issue I spent $105 total left with a migraine 0/10 do not recommend read more

This was the worst nail experience I've ever had. I came on a Saturday and it was packed, so they pulled this man out from a back room. First off, he didn't do a good job. All he had to do was paint my nails, and put them under the blue light dryer thing. First he made me bleed when he was doing maintenance on my cuticle. He picked at the skin and I pulled my hand back and said "ow" and then he said sorry and took my hand back and started doing the same thing! This led to my hand bleeding. Next, the blue light dryer was broken or something. He kept placing my hand in there even though I told him it was too hot. I literally had to tell him to stop over and over again and he just didn't understand or didn't listen or didn't want to hear it, I'm not sure. But I left in pain and my nails looked like a 5 year old did them. Then they had the audacity to charge me $70 for their service of gel nails and regular pedicure, after literally making me bleed. My mom and I have been going here since it opened. I get a pedicure every once in awhile but I usually get a no chip manicure here and it always lasts more than two weeks! Other salons I have gone to they start cracking within a few days. The only reason why I took off a star is because I wish they used the liners for the pedicure tubs. read more

Worst manicure I've ever had. The lady pushed my cuticles down so hard that they were bleeding and I finally had to tell her to stop. Then she put the polish on so thick it started getting wavy. After I left, the polish on my thumb was completely ruined and I had to go back to have another lady fix it. They Never apologized for the poor service. read more

Thoroughly NOT impressed with my pedicure service. The gentleman did not do standard things that are usually done in a pedicure, i.e. use of cuticle softener. I got cut and began to bleed in the process because he was being too rough. He did not shape my toenails whatsoever. I haven't been here and years and now I remember why. Definitely won't be back. I went back to Pro Nails last week to get my nails redone and I was happy with the results. Tanya who is my go to tech did an awesome job on my nails because so far they've held up very well before I got my new set put on. Pro Nails is one of three places I will go to because the people who worked on me do good work. I wouldnt do a review of someplace if I can help someone to seek out good service whether it be for nails or anything. I believe in acknowledging good service and putting the crappy ones on blast. If there's anything about Pro Nails they are clean and professional and you only go where the work is good and Pro Nails is good I am on my second set of a french manicure and they are holding up very well through countless handwashing since I work in health care and its important to have a good manicure that can withstand that. Again from my previous review it can get busy in there some days so it's advisable to make an appointment and always get the name of the tech who works on you so you can ask for them everytime you come there. read more

I started going here when they first open and it was busy but ok they still got you out of their. Now i notice the service has went down already bad customer service wait time is very long and ever time someone comes in they tell them to pick a polish and 20 minutes, i went in for a fill in gel they said 20 minutes well my daughter said she will get a pedicure while she wait on me. Now 45 minutes have pass and she is done. while waiting 5 people came in and they told them 20 minutes pick a polish . so after waiting 30 minutes i ask how long they said 20 minutes. I recently went there for a pedicure.The girl scraped both of my big toes so badly that I could not get another pedicure for 3 weeks! (Elsewhere, of course!) Also, The flip-flops are receycled. I actually saw them comoing out of the laundry room. Notice they are not packaged.
