I was greeted immediately and given the color samples. I was lucky enough to get Robert to do my no chip. He is hands down the nicest nail tech ever. It just so happened that It was Roberts first day at this salon even though he has years of experience. Duc is the owner and is super friendly as well. He made a point to come over and introduce himself. Robert did a great job on my no chip and I could not be happier! I am going back soon for my pedicure. I walked in on a random Wednesday morning to get a manicure. It was busy but I didn't have to wait…read morefor a technician. I was greeted promptly and told to select a nail color. I'd never been to this location before but my first impression was positive. The salon was quiet, nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. A pleasant older woman gave me my manicure. She didn't speak English beyond a few phrases but we were able to communicate effectively. When she needed something translated she asked her coworker to chime in. She smiled frequently and often stopped to see if I was happy with her work. I didn't tell her, but she honestly reminded me of my grandma. She just had a gentle spirit that radiated warmth. The manicure only cost $20 which was amazing. The I paid using a credit card (fee free) and included the ($10) tip. The service took about forty minutes. During that time another gentleman (employee) came over several times to chat. He was just being friendly which was nice. No one tried to push unwanted services on me. The color selection for the OPI polish isn't great though. I noticed that they had multiple bottles of the same colors. The nail instruments also weren't sealed in plastic or shrink wrap. .She just brought out a plastic tray with the tools laying bare. It's hard to know if they've been sterilized that way. Even still I'd probably visit this location again.
