0 stars I arrived at 611 and ask can I still be service. A gentleman ask what I need which Pedi and Mani. The most ignorant nail technician chimed and No not me I'm going home its almost 7pm ! First of all I called ,no one answered that the place is hard to find and the dude said yes I sat down. Baby I will never force my way anywhere! My daughter goes there and she won't anymore ! When like a spot we are regulars ! Now I will purposely look for B.O.B when it comes to spending my money! Terrible customer service!! If I could give it zero stars I would. Completely unprofessional. No one was behind me and they literally said in the middle of the pedicure that they couldn't upgrade due to lack of time. I made an appointment online. Called the day before to confirm and was told I was all set. Got a call about 10 minutes later saying that they could no longer honor my appointment and asked if I could come in that day. Confirmed a new time and still had to wait 30 minutes for him to finish a client. Showed him a design and was told no problem. Wanted dip and he told me I should not get dip I should get a full set of acrylic nails. I already have long nails so I have no idea why I would need a full set. When he removed my current dip polish, the nail drill got so hot it hurt my nails. After all that the shaping of my nails was terrible. Then i was told he couldn't do the design I asked for. It was just a French manicure with a second line under it. Terrible experience! My nails hurt for days after. Do not recommend Tony at all. Will not be going back. read more

I have been going to this salon for years Sean and Tony are very accommodating to walk-ins. Service is wonderful. My daughters used them for formal events. Pedi is the best in the chairs with a salt scrub. They also work with ingrown toenails, which is very painful. But mine is gone now!!! read more

I came in after going to villa nails and having the worst experience ever. Tony redid my nails and the over all experience was amazing. Not only did he take his time, but I felt like my best friend was doing my nails! Lol, we had a great conversation, I felt really welcomed and comfortable. It's hard to find that in many salons. The male owner with purple streaks in his hair literally ruined my nail beds, he drilled into them so bad during the first filling he even asked me if it hurt (almost bleeding through my nails). Not once but THREE fillings in a row he nearly cut my nailbeds till it bled and my natural nails were literally lumpy under the acrylic. I finally took the nails off at home to prove to myself that they had been ruined. My nailbeds on SEVEN of my fingers were basically falling off! Imagine a washboard on your fingernails!! His wife, the female owner also drilled into my nails so many times I gasped loudly in pain in front of everyone in the salon several times. Never going back and I've lived here 32 years. I had to let my nails grow out and heal for months. They are also overpriced just to ruin your natural nails! Rude people, long waits, awful service, overpriced place. read more

The technician was completely rude and unprofessional and make the entire experience extremely uncomfortable. And the polish started coming off within 4 days! I pass by this place every day and one day I just decided to give it a try. I won't be returning. If you want your nails done quickly and for a cheap price - this is definitely the place. For an overlay and polish it cost me $15 and I was there for no more than 45 minutes - which is great; however, the filing and polish application was very sloppy. Even the acrylic overlay had bumps in various areas. Oh, and this isn't the most tidy place. You definitely get what you pay for at this place. My recommendation: go somewhere else. read more

It's your basic nail salon. Don't get illusions of champagne, facials or soothing ocean sounds here. They recently renovated the inside to include more pedicure chairs. The chairs are great. I've seen similar chairs in more upscale salons, but was happy to find them in a place where you can get a pedicure for $25. Some of the techs are great, and some aren't. Sean and Tony are really wonderful. They're both very nice and know what they're doing when it comes to acrylics. Now, it's not to say that every time I've been there has been great. I recently saw one of the techs there (I believe her name is Katie) on a Monday afternoon at about 2 pm. She rushed through the job and I was in and out within half an hour. The acrylic wasn't well-applied and the white part of the french tips was very crooked. On top of it, she didn't even clean up when she got polish on my skin. I was not happy and relayed that to Sean when I went the next time. I would trust any of them to do a pedicure, and have had a couple from different folks there without any issues. Expect to wait if you go in at the prime time (between 6 and 6:30). Usually in and out pretty quickly though. They also do facial waxing, and while I've been there for nails I've seen a LOT of people come in to get their eyebrows done. read more

Nice people but extremely basic pedicure I "received" the $25 pedicure but was extremely rushed, didn't take her time and my massage was about 30 seconds per foot, I got gyped for sure. There was a express pedicure option for $19 I should've selected that option because it was probably the same service I received. I would've rather of waited to receive a decent service that I got. read more

Went in today and had seanmy do a dip manicure for me. Very nice and helpful! She was very careful removing my old nails unlike most places that pull them off and damage the nail bed. Customer service is the best on the south side. Will definitely be returning! read more

One of the worst nail salons I've been to. I got a standard no chip and he had to redo my thumb not once, not twice, but three different times! Then he goes "there must be something wrong with your thumb" umm no! I've gotten dozens and dozens of no chips, regular manicures, gel nails..and not once has someone had to redo the paint 3 different times. The rest of the manicure is not even that great I've had way better. Safe to say that that was my first and LAST time ever going to this place. read more

Horrible Service ! Stop in on a Tuesday afternoon to get a no chip manicure and the guy Tony screwed my nails up first off he kept filing and hurting my cuticles, then he apparently had a problem with my thumb he had to do it over not once, not twice , But three times!!!! Everytime he put polish on he'd put my hand under lamp then he take it right out he didn't give it time to dry and I told him that but he still insisted until I said you know what I have to go he wanted to keep filing and re-applying polish all night just on my thumb!....how weird is that ??!!! Never again will I go here !!!!I told him I didn't appreciate his service and what a horrible job he did with my nails he didn't even seem to care. This place just needs to be Shut Down !!! Don't waste your time or money on this place. I went back a 2nd time, to give it another chance as it is very close to where I live-big mistake. I almost choked on the fumes first off as I sat in the pedicure chair, there is obviously no ventilation and the place is really dingy and grubby, plus the products they use-such as hand lotion etc., are cheap and nauseating. The staff are efficient, but rude and miserable, the lady I had grunted at me the entire time and not so much as a goodbye when she finished. I felt sick to my stomach leaving here, A. because I had actually paid for their services-a 2nd time and B., the stench of the place was clinging to my clothes and the offensive hand cream smell took at least 4 hand washes to get rid of. Never again, it's not worth it, a course in customer appreciation and general manners is what this place needs. read more

We made 2 appointments for mani/pedis and when we were just about to receive services, a woman came in saying she was in a hurry and needed a pedicure right away because she had an appointment in an hour. I was not close to my regular nail place so I thought I would try here. This was the worst pedicure I have ever had. The girl cut my nails crooked and dug in on the side of one of my nails. Painful. There were two other people who walked in after me and she hurried through my pedicure to get to them. She lotioned and massaged my legs AFTER she painted my nails. Who does that?! So no massage or lotion on my feet. I would not suggest coming here. I would give no stars if I could. They don't even give you those foam flip flops so you can drive home without putting your shoes on. read more
