Not only was SDFIXIT the least expensive but Mike explained everything about the part that would fix it and how long it would take to repair. Mike was extremely courteous, friendly, and thorough. I got a nice voicemail from Mike letting me know the part came in early. He included store hours and phone number. Took the extra time for info, not just the usual "your parts here" and that's it.
