I then ordered a white one for my husband, it came just now in a huge box, not in plastic, it rolled around in the box like a rag doll. It has a black spot on the back on the strap. Y'all need to do better. At least wrap it in plastic to protect a white hat. Now, the first time he wears it, it will already look dirty. I'm not happy. I'm sad to be writing a bad review. I try to avoid them. This is for https://bsnteamsports.com/ and https://www.bsnsports.com/ which are the same company and same phone numbers. When doing an order for a custom product, you will see a small image changing as you update it. Get out your magnifying glass and check it, because that's what you will get. If you are ordering through a team store and you think, 'ok I'm ordering through a "basketball store link" so the item will have the basketball logo.' No, it won't. Again, get your magnifying glass. If you want to order on a Sunday, there is no one to take the order, and you can't leave a message. You are left with online only sales and no service. If you call in Monday morning to verify what you ordered, cancel or update. None of those options will be available. They will tell those are but then they will say it's a different department and they will send an email to that department. Your options, per their website small print, will be ignored. You will be told it's your fault the product was wrong. Unfortunately, it seems there are a lot of people who had similar bad experiences. You can find over 4 star ratings for custom items through Walmart. Seriously, BSN Sports is 1 star: Walmart is consistently over 4 on custom items at similar prices per Google. read more

Wish I could give less than a 1/10. I trusted this website because my employer distributed a "friends & family" discount code in a newsletter. I wish I saw all these horrible reviews before ordering from them. This is the most phony and sketchy company I have ever interacted with. After placing my order, they sent me an order confirmation email but never sent an order tracking link, which they conveyed in the email that they would. I called their customer service line 2 times. The first time, a woman stated that my order was canceled due to my credit card company reporting fraudulent activity on my credit card to BSN Sports. This doesn't even make sense because card-holders report fraudulent activity to their credit card company - credit card companies don't reach out to merchants for this. I even called my credit card company to confirm - they did not do this, nor do they ever do this. I called BSN Sports again to figure out what was going on. This time - a man by the name of Joshua told me that my order was canceled because "their system just sometimes flags orders over $200 and cancels them." Sounds like another phony lie. My girlfriend also ordered from BSN Sports. She emailed them to ask for order tracking info also. They told her that her order was also canceled. Her order was also below $200, but that wasn't relevant apparently - because they told her it was because her credit card billing address was different from her shipping address, so it was flagged as fraudulent.... seriously?? So, steer clear from this phony company. Clearly, their customer service workers were given a script of various fabricated reasons to provide to customers as to why their order was canceled. Unfortunately, this sketchy, phony company now has my credit card information. Yikes. read more

We were forced to use BSN by our daughter's school for senior clothing at a team store. The quality of the items received was poor to be nice. I felt like the price was high and the clothing is misrepresented by the tiny pictures used on their site. The items also run small. My daughter ordered a short sleeve polo shirt and what came was some cheap, thin, porous sports fabric, no button, collared interpretation of a polo shirt. Just an overall confusing and frustrating process to get 14 jerseys and hats made for a baseball team. The quality isn't great, nor is it what I wanted at all, but that might be more on me for expecting them to get the jersey material right without my triple-checking. You have to hound them to do what they ask promptly, and even then, when they say they will get your order out in time for a tournament, don't count on it. Our school uses them for all the jerseys across 3 campuses, and the coaches hate using them, too. Ordered one color of hat and got a different color. I added a flag, but there was no flag. I went through all the emails to make sure I wasn't miscommunicating, and I was very thorough about what I wanted, except for the jersey material. But it was like they just did whatever and sent you their own creation based on what you wanted, but not quite. The guy who started my order quit before turning it in, but I paid, and the next guy was obviously annoyed but did his job at least by sending the order in. I will never use them again and suggest you start sooner or find a new company to make your teams' jerseys or uniforms. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. We were required to purchase uniforms for my son (9th grade tennis). It's his first year, the school partnered with this organization and I went to website to place order. Nowhere was there a section for personalization. However at the end of order I was asked to complete my son's full name, school, sport, etc. It was already disappointing that it said the lead time was 8 weeks for shipping when tennis started in 1 week. I checked with our coach to see if that time was correct. He said yes, we haven't been happy with this company and are looking for other vendors. Anyway, the shirt and shorts came and to my surprise my son's name isn't on the shirt. I reached out to BSN to ask for help. They have been beyond dismissive and said you didn't personalize. I asked where that was in the order process and never got an answer. I offered to pay for shipping back to have his shirt screen printed with a name. They don't even respond to that and said "because our items are personalized we can't do exchanges or returns". Bear in mind I didn't ask for an exchange or a return. I asked if I could purchase a new shirt and pay for his name to be added. I don't get a response to that either. I asked why we put so much info including his name in the order part of that's not put on his shirt. I don't get a response to that either. Life is hard enough without standing out with a $35 shirt that doesn't have your name when it's supposed to. But nowhere was there empathy for this or a solution. Just "all orders are final" and you should have checked order summary. The order summary doesn't list the required info I had to provide. Name, school, grade, sport etc. so it raises the question as to why it's even asked. The order summary doesn't say "no personalization requested" even though we were ordering team uniforms. There wasn't a mandatory place in order to accept/decline personalization either. Do not use this company if you can help it. read more

The "small" is so large that he won't be able to fit in it for years. That will be after he moves on to high school. I doubt a high schooler will wear a middle school shirt. I will not order from BSN in the future. I ordered several items via a Team Store (meaning all of the colors and logos are preset). Three of my four items were correct. One item delivered had the wrong logo, and when I reached out to BSN customer service, they told me they would not refund my money, and told me that I could not return the item because it was a custom order. It was a custom order, but with the WRONG logo. After a few emails back and forth, they promised to send the item I actually ordered. After a few weeks, I reached out again since they never sent anything. They told me they couldn't issue a replacement since it was a logo item. This was terribly frustrating since BSN printed it incorrectly. I had to contact Customer Service FIVE times to rectify the situation...I only wanted the correct item or a refund. Finally, I had to tell Customer Service that they could refund my money or I would have to contest the charge for the missing item with my credit card company. We will see if the refund happens. When the items arrived (not quick by the way), I immediately notified the company of the incorrect size.
