Got to register and it came up as the original price. Had to get a manager "Josh" involved and he offered $10 off because he could not lower the price and admittingly made a mistake on the sticker. They even made accusations that someone in the back had already spoken to us about the "wrong tag" price. In order to cover for their mistake by someone in the shoe dept. In my experience as a loyal customer in other stores, More than often said store will acknowledge their mistake and honor the stickered price in order to maintain a good relationship with their loyal customers. Needless to say we walked out and they lost a sale and possibly a customer going forth. I at least will NOT be patronizing the Naperville store again for my needs.

You get a good deal or fair enough discount off shoes. I wear a special or width shoes and so it rather limited for me. For mostly people, they will be able to find something nice. If you can wait out the line before getting to the front door, it's worth the wait. Good to go earlier in the day or much later in the day if possible. Everyone seems to like this store. The line for paying for items seems longer than the number of people roaming around the store. He didn't try to cross-sell me something I didn't want, or pressure me into ordering through them... I like that. It's a way of doing business that is going to keep me coming back to them in the future. Also, they are more than willing to help you carry stuff to the register or out to your car; such service! I know the guy saw me and heard what i said to the lady at the first register but he was also going to get out from where his register is until I said I have a return. He moved slowly to the other register where I was standing close to and the look on his face just says he doesn't want to help me. The men's section is much larger--or at least appears larger--than many other Sierra stores that I have frequented, with a bountiful clearance section, to boot! I got excited when I came upon the Men's shoes section with a sign for Size 14 alas there was not much there both in actual stock and in the prices of what was on offer. The store was clean and organized well, and while we didn't see a single staffer the entire time we browsed the wares, our cashier (who was vaguely reminiscent of a young Barack Obama) was very friendly and engaging.
