He gave me a worst case scenario and how much he thought it would cost to fix it (in which case, he said, he didn't think it would be worth fixing), but he also gave me several other possibilities, some of which I could do myself. This was all the more helpful since they're pretty busy at the moment and wouldn't be able to come to the house until next week (unless it was an emergency). Really impressive service. They had it set up for Tuesday, but I was off work on Monday so i called them first thing Monday morning to see if they could come that day instead of Tomorrow. The guy checked the schedule and said he could have some out that afternoon. The guy called first like they said and he was right on time. He was very professional and courteous. It took him about 30 seconds to figure out the motor wasn't working properly. He ordered a replacement from his Ipad and said it would be delivered tomorrow sometime and he'd come back out on Wednesday to install it. And that's exactly what happened. Dryer works great now. I would definitely use these guys again.

The pricing to repair one refrigerator didn't make sense to fix do to age of equipment and lack of life expectancy, his suggestion. We agreed to put in new ice maker in the other, he acquired needed parts and installed two hours later. Very clean, neat, thorough, timely and conscientious. He didn't like something he saw from the original installation and reworked it, no extra charge. I learned on trip two he is qualified to do numerous home repairs. We now have him on speed dial.
