Terrible service!! I've been calling for days, yet unable to get a callback from anyone in management. I made a purchase on Friday online, drove 30 miles in rush hour traffic to go pick it up (had my friends meet me from even further away and rented a truck), to be told that the in stock product that I purchased online( per the suggestion of assistant manager Nick) wouldn't be able to be picked up until the following week. I've emailed customer service and was told they would look into it and call back. Still nothing. I've called a few times today, no answer each time. This is absurd! I've paid for furniture and am in a weird purgatory status with no furniture or direction, all while having an empty living room in my new place. read more

This use to be my families go to place to buy their mattress. The took the spot of the old Kmart building that is located in southwest Dallas. I had not been in years and I noticed they have did a little remodeling to the place. The prices are not as low as it has been in the past. I don't really see much of a change in the quality but the prices seem a little higher to me... You can find some very nice pieces here the only concern is you might come across it a little more often at other people homes. There is really not any unique furniture pieces here and while the prices are a little high to me they are still really affordable which will make it more available to those that are trying to save a Buck or two... But then again I think we are all trying to do that! read more

I can always find SOMETHING in there, but I honestly didn't expect to find as much as I did in one location. Especially not at the cost that I did! Jessica helped me from the moment I walked in until I literally walked out. She assisted with finance questions and options, checked measurements for me, got me a great rate, && much more. I recently retired and bought a home in Desoto, Texas. Over a period of about the last 10 years, I have bought a sectional, bed and mattress, 5 drawer chest, TV stand, recliner and assorted decorative items such as pictures, vases, etc. from BT Furnishings. Anjelica helped me with my recent purchase, as she has for most of my other purchases over the years. She is a wonderful person and very helpful. There is no pressure. You "test" sit on the displays, imagine them in your home and the next thing you know, you are making a purchase. There is Lots of parking. The delivery fee is reasonable and the guys are all helpful and respectful of your home. Cornelius and Dominic delivered my sectional today and they were the best. Plenty of parking outside. The inside is a large warehouse with just a ton of furniture and home decor. They really have everything from tables, to faux flowers, to sofas! They have a wide selection of everything that they offer. The sofas are all in great condition, and priced to sell! I've been looking online for cheaper prices, and even went to many other furniture stores, but was unable to beat these low prices! When I am ready to buy the furniture I need, I will be coming here to purchase it! read more

I recently attempted to purchase furniture from this location. I knew what I wanted once I arrived due to visiting the store before. Therefore no one needed to help me only ring me up. The lady rung me and scheduled my delivery. Once it was delivered it has about 4 scratches that I was able to see from a distance. I requested another set be delivered. The delivery guy informed me another truck was on the way. About 15 later I called just to confirm. The lady informed me that the other piece that was in their inventory was damaged as well. In addition there were no other pieces like the one I purchased in any other location. Therefore a new one would have to be ordered. I was ok with this until the lady told me she did not know when another ordered would be placed. So requested to speak with a manager. One was not available. The lady told me she would have the manager call in the morning. This never happened. I only received a call from the same lady telling me the manager said they will refund my delivery fee if I kept the damaged furniture and the furniture would be considered an "As Is" sale. This would void the manufacture warranty. I requested again to speak to a manager and again she told me they were not available and she would have them contact me at 2:00 pm. A manager never contacted me. I ended up requesting a refund. After a 24 hour period my needs were not met nor did I get to speak with a manager. I felt that I was not important as a customer being the manager never contacted me. Also when I was told the manager was not available I asked to speak with his manager and the lady told me he has no manager. "We do not have a district or regional manager". I found that strange... Then I requested the owner call me. The lady informs me they could not contact the owner. All in all I was dissatisfied with the customer service I received and my needs were not met. I have shopped at this BT previously and the customer service was awful. I went to this location today and there must be new management because everyone was so helpful and nice. Tahirahana was warm and welcoming even though I had my guard up due to previous experiences. She was informative and really helped us make a decision. I'm really satisfied with my furniture and the new workers were a breath of fresh air. Please keep up the good work and continue to provide excellent customer service. read more

Love the self serve atmosphere where the sales ppl are available but aren't following me around the store and harassing me. Great prices. I price compared to Rooms to Go and Ashley's, and this place had much better prices. They had a huge selection of furniture, mattresses, art, and rugs. Will definitely be back! read more

We went to buy a dining able with 4 chairs and I have to tell you our table is amazing..the chairs are so soft and nice..we love the set.The customer support is absolutely amazing as well.Our customer support was Daisy and she is just the best.She is the nicest person we have ever seen.Very knowledgeable and professional.She gave us a measuring tape to measure with. She was next to us all the time to answer any questions we had.We are definitely going back to buy a glass cabinet and a sofa and a love seat.We highly recommend this store and Daisy as your customer support. read more

The store in Plano was awesome. Friendly staff and I love the furniture and decor they have. However, the delivery service was terrible. I waited a month to receive my furniture. They cancelled deliveries due to weather even though the weather was just fine! I was finally scheduled to have my furniture delivered on a Friday. I waited ALL DAY for updates and kept having to call for updates myself on when it would be delivered after being told the delivery guy would call me first thing in the morning to let me know when my delivery window would be. I was finally told it would be at 4 pm but they did not show up until 7:30 at night even though I was told they did not make deliveries after 5 pm. Not only that, when they delivered the couches they were missing the legs to my love seat. They said they would try to have them delivered the next day by noon but did not deliver the legs until 8:30 at night. I waited another full day just for the legs. WORST delivery experience I've ever had. read more

HOLD TIGHT: I bought two twin bunk mattress set for the Gannon location on March 10,2017 and on March 30,2017 my kids woke up with BED BUGS!!!! these bunks were never taken out of the plastic and in fact the bed bugs were in the plastic with the bunk mattress!!! On March 30,2017 I called the store to inquire about what could be done. I was told by an staff member at this location that there is no CORPORATE number and that all communications needed to be emailed on the website. So on that same day I emailed the email address provided on the website and waited. On Saturday April 1 2017 at 538pm I received a call from Rosa, the manager of the Gannon location. She explains to me that she can only offer me a 10% discount on my next purchase and a free delivery!! I explained to her that it would cost $500 for me to treat my home from these bed bugs and I am not asking for new stuff just to help with the treatments which started on March 31,2017!!! She also stated that she had to do research about bed bugs and how they are spread. I begin to explain to her that the mattress are in the plastic from YOUR store and there are bed bugs INSIDE THE PLASTIC!!!! She proceeds to tell me that she will have to forward my complaint to the corporate. On April 4,2017 I received a call from Maria at the corporate office and she said that they are denying my claim because all of their mattresses are treated before sent in. She then offers me a 10% discount on my next purchase and free delivery. I asked her why she was denying the claim and she stated that "they have never had such a claim and she was not about to repeat the conversation with the me because I had already spoken with the store manager and the decision was final end of story". I began to ask again and she again, in her rude voice, "maam, I will not rehash and go over the details of this claim"! I informed her that my lawyer! This lady was so rude from the beginning of the call to the end and I will not ever shop at this store again!!! I also will be contacting the BBB and report this as well and the health department as well!!! read more
