Great new gym in the area. Brand new and well equipped. Knowledgeable and personable coaches who actively coach the participants.

WARNING about cancellation and billing at EōS Fitness…read more If you are thinking about joining this gym, please read this first. My experience trying to cancel my membership has been unbelievably frustrating and feels designed to make cancellation nearly impossible. When I attempted to cancel, I was told that I could not cancel unless I paid a renewal fee that had not even come due yet. In other words, I would have to pay a future renewal fee just to stop my membership. That made absolutely no sense. Because of this, I went into the gym in person to resolve the issue. I spoke directly with the General Manager, Chris Marriotti, explained the billing situation, and told him that I had been unable to cancel my membership properly. He told me that both my wife's membership and my membership were canceled and that everything was taken care of. Unfortunately, that was not true. Despite being told in person by the general manager that the memberships were canceled, the gym continues to charge the account and has now even added late fees. The memberships still appear to be active even though we were told everything had been handled. So now I am dealing with charges, late fees, and a membership that was supposed to already be canceled by management. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. When a customer goes in person, speaks to the general manager, and is told everything is resolved, that should be the end of it. Instead, it has turned into an ongoing billing issue. If you are considering joining this gym, I strongly recommend reading the contract very carefully and understanding exactly how their cancellation process works before signing anything.

Upon entering, I was…read moregreeted warmly by the staff at the front desk who then gave me a quick tour of the facility which is small, mainly the studio, some lockers and a clean bathroom. After grabbing some weights and equipment for the class, I got started. I liked the blend of yoga, bar and aerobic exercises, and more tension-based exercises with the core. Keeps things more interesting with the variety of movements. I had a substitute instructor who was overall great and very encouraging. She really pushed us because she would often count down for some exercises which would make me think we would be done after that, but then she would lead us right into another exercise using the same muscles so you wouldn't get a break! Overall a great opportunity to be challenged with a full body workout! I would definitely go back if price wasn't a barrier for me personally. Membership prices range from $90/month for 4 classes a month to $160/month (unlimited classes.

I've made so many new friendships and let's be honest.. it's hard to make new friends as an adult. It's my place of choice to go to relieve stress, to focus on getting stronger and to just breathe. I would say the biggest impact it's had on my life is I was able to work out during and after my two pregnancies. I simply modified each move to make it possible for my body. I'm still learning to listen to my body but I've made so much progress thanks to the Barre code Plano! -Debbie Wei

I've asked a few times to see if they can add more but they said they have plenty. Idk feels like an easy add to help maintain sanitization. - no towel service or hot tub - I like the sports on the TVs and the music they play over speakers is good - it's a good gym, just not a great one.

As soon as I went to the class 3 employee went in to the class and talk to me that either I'll be a member or ill pay $16 for a day membership. I'm already like 15-20mins late for the class, they should have talk to me after and do all the talking. Anyway, it is embarassing what they did i don't mind to pay or whatever since I actually paying like $250 in other studio for a month and other membership as well but to bombard me with 3 people like it seems like i did a crime or something i got so embarassed and not welcome at all. Adam (short guy) is not apologetic at all. I guess this will be the last time i'm going to this and stick with much more established gym like La fitness and other high end studio rather than rude employeee that will stressing me out whenever I come

My wife and I are Club4 members and have been for about nine months, and although McKinney is our…read more"home gym", this location has seen some fill-in duty from both of us over the past few months, most recently when the McKinney location had a power issue and couldn't take members. It's a big, well lit, still-has-that-new-smell kind of place, with tons of new equipment and nary an out-of-order sign to be seen on our most recent visit. We only briefly interacted with the staff, and they were friendly and greeted us warmly. I briefly darted into the locker area to use the men's room, it was clean and well stocked. As for the equipment, I'm all about the "put on the headphones and hit the pin-loaded weight machines", and that's what I did. This gym has a couple of machines that our usual one doesn't, so that was a nice change of pace. If there's a downside, there's only one pec fly/deltoid machine, and since it does two exercises, it's always in high demand, and I had to wait for two others to do their reps. The McKinney location has two of these, and there's often still a wait. We also hit the ellipticals for a few minutes to warm up, and they were super clean and new as well. As always, we closed out our workout with the Hydromassage, and even with four chairs, there was a brief wait, but no biggie. Bottom line, this is a super clean, well lit, well managed gym with no judgment and plenty of options for your workout.

I was clearly told not to worry and to go ahead and work out. Now, three months later, I receive a letter saying I owe $112, and suddenly the story is: You signed it, so you have to pay. $150 is not the issue. The issue is accountability. I trusted your staff when they admitted the mistake and assured me it would be corrected. After multiple calls, instead of taking responsibility, I'm being spoken to as if this is my fault for signing something your employee gave me incorrectly. If this isn't dishonest behavior, then what do you call it? Very disappointed in how this was handled. This is not how a professional business operates.
