I had a personal trainer that I paid good money for. I did not get the help I needed with my meal plans and that is a huge part of your daily routine in order to get the muscle you want and to be healthy. I joined Fit body boot camp as a challenge, but before I completed the challenge I realized that this is where I belong. They make sure you get a meal plan customized to your individual needs, you work out with others who want the same results that you want, you feel good about your workouts and the trainers are knowledgable and make sure your form is correct when working out (which is my biggest issue) I have made this not only my daily workout, but my family! I highly recommend this place if you are serious about the journey of being healthy and fit! read more

My work is right around the corner, such an excellent location for me with flexible hours in the morning and evening. 30minutes is rather short but intense so no excuse for not coming here. A great team of trainers who are very friendly and motivates me in an upbeat manner to keep me moving. The space is plenty with adequate equipment. Josh and his fellow trainers are passionate about physical fitness and do a great job at motivating you to push through until the end. Beware when purchasing the Groupon for this location. I purchased the Groupon on Sunday night (4/2/17) and was excited to try them on Monday. I contacted the location to set up my first appointment it states you must do. The trainer/owner (not sure what he is) asked me to get there 15 minutes before the start of class. When I get there he sits me in his office, gives me a questionnaire to fill out and begins telling me "Since you are a Groupon user, you can only attend classes at 5:30am or 7:30pm". I was ok with that as the 7:30pm class is what was going to work best for me. Then he proceeds to say, "Friday doesn't have a 7:30pm class so you can't come on Fridays". So I said, so since you all don't have a class on Fridays I can't come to any class. He said "Yes, but you still have M-Thu to come....until you sign up to become a member here". None of this was in the "Fine Print/Rules" in the Groupon. The Groupon rules only state "With this Groupon, clients can attend any sessions that are available during the three- or five-week period. Sessions are subject to availability and calendars will vary by location." When looking at their daily calendar, it shows a lot of openings, so subject to availability is not the restriction but of subject to when you can/can not use it. I got a refund for my Groupon and choose to go elsewhere. read more
