I dealt with William the owner as soon as I walked through the door. He was as polite and professional as you can be. He never tried to upsell me. He explained all my options for Tinting and even gave my wife and I demonstration to show how the Xpel XR-Plus works and what sets it apart from the other Options. There is a true difference in the films being offered. Be mindful that you get what you pay for. I chose the Top Tier film for our car. I also chose to have them hand wash and wax the car. That was the best part. We thought we were doing a decent job keeping the paint looking good until we saw the final product. I am totally satisfied and impressed with their work. Look, if you think a business can tint your entire car for $250 don't go here. Go to Autozone, by the film and then drive to the ghetto to the Liquor store and ask the cashier which one of his "regulars" works on cars. William was very accommodating, provided quotes for the job, and was able to fit me in the following day. The tint came out perfectly and based on the service I received, I knew I'd take any future cars of mine back to Apex. Fast forward to 2020, I took my Shelby back to Apex to get a Ceramic Window Tint from the team. Once again, William was able work with my schedule for my appointment, and while at the shop we discussed additional protections, such as detailing, paint correction, PPF, ceramic and even vinyl wrapping. Each option was explained in depth, including their pros/cons and why I would want these services (William definitely knows his stuff!). All I can say is WOW! I bought the AMG C 63 several months ago. The paint was in pretty bad shape from the previous owner using car washes and had plenty of swirls and scratches. I purchased the car for the engine and said I can live with the paint. I met William when I stopped by for a price on window tinting, which he also did a great job with, and started talking paint correction. I recommend this business to anyone who wants a professional job done on tinting their car. My husband made the appointment and brought my car in. It took about 1 hour to complete. It looks amazing!!! Ray the installer was very informative and professional. He educated me in the difference between that really dark tint(which is like paint and is really only their for aesthetics). What they do is called ceramic tint.They have a really cool presentation that shows the differences between the average and the ceramic tint that they install works......to keep the heat out of the car and also give your car a really good look. My car is black so I also wanted a nice sleek look . It is what I got!!! Ray and William are really patient and professional. They were very specific with instructions when I left and told me not to put the window down for 2 days. Well guess what I did a couple of hours later trying to get a quick lunch....put the windows down. I freaked out the window appeared to streak up. I thought I ruined the job and would have to pay again. I immediately went back to the shop and met with Ray and William. I told them what happened and they assured me that it was ok and explained why i need to let the window stay up for two day. They'll fix any issues you have if you bring your vehicle back, and my relative had zero issues with their tint job here.
