However at some point, he was pulled away by his peers to work on another vehicle that had been brought in by a tow truck. It's a very busy garage....my vehicle was left unattended, raised on the lift, for about 30-mins before he was able to return to my project. All in all the process took about 2-hours from arrival to leaving. Though I was pleased, it was unfortunate that the workers seem to be pulled in multiple different for for directions, unable to focus entirely on 1-vehicle at a time.
