He showed me the mold and took the part outdoors to clean and spray with a mold deterant. The technician had to take apart the mini split heat pump in order to access all parts. The bad news keeps coming…read more Two years ago I fired these guys after my bathtub fixture started geysering on a Friday night all over the ceiling and spraying in my bedroom. Fortunately I was near by and the floor damage in my bedroom was minimal but the bathroom ceiling and lights needed replacement. They refused to come over despite offering 24 hour service. So I had to race through the house to turn off the water to the house and live without water until they decided to show up. They tried to blame the contractor but finally had to own it was their mistake. They did repair it. Two years later I went to install the second dehumidifier they had sold me only to discover it was defective and now out of warranty, after 4 attempts it get it working by our current plumber. You now know the potential consequences of using them: 24 hour service is meaningless; they try to blame others for shoddy work; and the products they sell may be defective. We get to pay for getting their mistakes fixed.
