Happy to have the new system. However, getting Thiago, the business owner (?), to complete the basic paperwork for the state rebate was a nightmare. I literally had to track him down and refuse to leave his office until I had it. Since then, neither he nor Ryan return calls or answer texts when service is needed. Nobody answers the phone. Ever. Knowledge of the equipment is essential and he had it!! Very satisfied with the cleaning.

The bad news keeps coming…read more Two years ago I fired these guys after my bathtub fixture started geysering on a Friday night all over the ceiling and spraying in my bedroom. Fortunately I was near by and the floor damage in my bedroom was minimal but the bathroom ceiling and lights needed replacement. They refused to come over despite offering 24 hour service. So I had to race through the house to turn off the water to the house and live without water until they decided to show up. They tried to blame the contractor but finally had to own it was their mistake. They did repair it. Two years later I went to install the second dehumidifier they had sold me only to discover it was defective and now out of warranty, after 4 attempts it get it working by our current plumber. You now know the potential consequences of using them: 24 hour service is meaningless; they try to blame others for shoddy work; and the products they sell may be defective. We get to pay for getting their mistakes fixed.

The communication with us is a 1 on the 10 scale is ONE as I was just told the parts haven't arrived with no explanation as to when. It's July folks, this is why we bought them. Of course labor costs are unknown and we would get rid of them if we hadn't spent so much. One year every condensation pan was leaking after the annual cleaning which they did address but this unreliability is frustrating and now expensive. The main installer has apparently left the company so that was a bad thing for us to hear. Would not recommend again. Always polite on the phone but comE ON on folks, I shouldn't have to keep calling.
