Stopped by for dinner on a Wednesday and was able to get a seat right away. The restaurant wasn't busy and the servers were very attentive as we sat down and ordered our appetizers and main dishes. We ordered the appetizer Sampler, Pad Thai, and Pad Kee Mao. The food came out quickly and we dove right in. The noodles may have been a little overcooked, if I'm being nitpicky, but the flavor was good. My friend asked for a mild spice level, and he was happy with that. I asked for medium, but didn't really feel the kick or tingle in my nose like I wanted. Overall it was a good experience and a good spot if you're looking for something late night.

Pad Thai was the sweetest Pad Thai I've ever had. It was disgusting! Could only stomach a few bites because it literally tastes like pure sugar. Sadly, this place is only getting worse. Prices raised, portions shrunk, and now food quality has worsen. Not returning.

One of the best Thai food I've tried. Friendly staff. Always chill, and always have table available. Love this place.

We came here once when they first opened and liked it but for some reason never came back until today. This is by far, some of the best Thai food I have ever had! It's a small, cozy place with outstanding service and amazing flavors! If you haven't tried Bua Thai yet, then you are missing out! Excellent!

I enjoy their food. I have been here, several times and everything always tastes fresh and flavorful. Their portions are decent and I can get 2 meals, out of my 1 entree usually. Their Tamarind Crispy Chicken and their Pad See Ew are my go to dishes! Wish they had more than ice creams left, when I'd go there, craving desserts. Other than that, good spot!

This is my favorite Thai restaurant in the areas of Lake Stevens, GF and Arlington, because service, ambiance and food are all top notch every time.

The food was incredible and the service was even better. This little place is a gem in Lake Stevens. Not a big place but had a great vibe. Perfect little lunch or dinner spot. I had a Thai iced tea which was perfect! I followed the up with the Bua wings and the crispy garlic chicken. The wings were amazing and the seasoning they put on top is unmatched. The crispy garlic chicken was a perfect level of crispy chicken with a spicy sauce along with peppers. 10/10 would recommend this place.

2nd day of their soft opening! Good food, very nice servers! Worth the 30-40 minute wait! I'm sure with time, this place will be better :)

They have the best beef noodle soup on Lake Stevens. The fresh rolls with peanut sauce is pretty great also.

It came quick and the beef had the perfect crisp and the vegetables were plenty. It was a fantastic meal paired by a respectable drink selection. Bar has a huge tv with sports on and the vibe is part touristy but also part locals hangout. Certainly glad I came by. I will be back next time I am in town!

Atmosphere & location 5 star! Food 2 star…read more Summary: do not come here. I went here with my uncle and extended family to celebrate my cousin graduating nursing school. Parking is quite challenging. I entered the restaurant and was confused because there's a big sign outside that says "fisherman jacks" but it bridges two building and there's like an odd walkway and the only real entrance was this Chinese restaurant with Chinese characters on the door. You walk in and nothing says fisherman jacks. The signs, the menus, the host area. Anyways it is the place. The resultant is really nice looking and it's right on the water and it was like a nice hot day with baby blue sky and the restaurant fully opens up so we're indoor but it's kinda like outdoor patio seating. So I was really impressed at how nice this restaurant was. I used the bathroom and it was kinda sub par with only 2 stalls and 1 sink but whatever it worked. I ordered an espresso martini and a water since I had arrived last and wasn't sure who's water was who's. They never brought me a water. The martini was really good. We order family style and my uncle orders us a feast with like 6 appetizers and like 10 entrees. But the food was totally lack luster. It was at the bare minimum level of acceptable. Every item was like this. I was totally shocked. I couldn't help but be totally disappointed and I was trying to remind myself to be grateful because I'm at a family event and it's a beautiful day and I have a meal that is being provided for me and I made the best of it. But seriously I cannot stress this enough; The flavor was slightly worse and more dull than Panda Express and the quality of the food was on par with Panda Express. I know my uncle paid an insane price for this dinner and I appreciate it and had fun but I can't quite shake the feeling that this place charges top tier pricing for Panda Express level of food. I don't recommend it and I won't be coming back.

There's 28 spots in their garage otherwise you're stuck looking for street parking that may be hard to find. Spring Bistro is aesthetically pleasing with an item for everyone to try. jasmine three ways flight: the pure tea was fragrant and came unsweetened, the coconut cold foam was light, and the temptress was citrusy and refreshing. one of the highlights of the meal cheesy wagyu mapo tofu bowl: everything is served over rice and wasn't strong on flavor nor spice. there were a few pieces of water chestnut and also a few pieces of ground "wagyu". tea smoked chicken drumstick: the chicken was lightly fried and had a light savory flavor. Overall, the food was a bit on the pricey end considering the portion size. Flavors overall were on the muted side however still delicious. The only thing was that service was a miss even when the restaurant wasn't' half full. Staff weren't attentive and I had to flag someone down every time from ordering and to getting the check.
