    Thai Fried Rice

Service was really good, vibes were perfect. The inside is very cute, clean ladies room. The menu had a lot of options and was very cute. All around good. The food was good, nothing to brag about, it was not bad but not exceptional either. Probably won't comeback since there is a better tasting Thai place near our home. But the staff were super friendly and brought our food over pretty quickly. We ordered the Pad Thai and Thai fried rice. We also ordered sticky mango rice which was the highlight of our afternoon. Can never go wrong with mango sticky rice :)

Friendly service, relaxing atmosphere, and delicious food! Came here twice and enjoyed everything I had, both times. The first visit I had a milk tea and a dish with chicken and rice (can't remember which one, but it's the dish in the photo below), and I really enjoyed them. If you are sensitive to spice, I would recommend a 2 or lower for your dishes. I had a level 3 spice, and I love spicy foods but this has a little kick to it. On my second visit, I tried the coconut drink which was very refreshing, tofu spring rolls, and the garlic pepper string bean chicken dish. I really loved the spring rolls and garlic pepper dish, they were very flavorful.

Passing through after visiting family at Providence. Needed something delicious but clean for a late lunch. The ambiance reminded me of going to a cute bistro in downtown Seattle. Like the open garage door concept and the bar on a slight pedestal. Lots of date night vibes with the quieter music and dimmer lighting. Thanks for going the extra mile by having white tablecloths! Ordered their salt crab anchovy salad, sweet corn salad, tofu fresh rolls, unsweetened (yeah!) jasmine iced tea, and cracked coconut water. Hard to find places that offer clean beverage option besides water. The tofu fresh roll is just typical but I did enjoy it being cut into smaller pieces and an extra sauce option if you're not into the classic peanut sauce. Hubby really liked the funk of the salt crab anchovy salad (papaya salad) if you're feeling adventurous. He was going to just have this as a meal but it can be an overpowering dish on its own. I would recommend adding a side of sticky rice to offset the strong flavor. My sweet corn salad (gluten free/ vegan) was at a one star spice level but the salad was dotted with a few deceptive red hot chili peppers that will take it to a 100 star level. It was all I could do to take it down a few notches by stuffing my face with a bland fresh roll. Other than that, I am in love with it!! Good all on its own. The softened grilled coconut meat strips and deluxe whole roasted peanuts took this dish to the next level. Love the crispy green beans and tomatoes throughout. Such a generous portion for $14.99 I have leftovers for a snack tonight. Will definitely return for more sweet corn salad!

Cozy small Thai restaurant downtown Everett. Love the menu with pictures so easy to choose what you want. The food was amazingly good, well presentation. Perfect seasoning, slightly smoked from the wok. Great service, and fast. The mocktail is a must try. Parking on the street can be hard during traffic time.

I love the atmosphere here! It's so pretty and vibrant but still cozy. The food was great. My pineapple fried rice was delicious and served in a fish plate. I mean, yes. The rest of my group really liked their food as well. My only issue is that the that iced tea was too sweet and it was weirdly pricy for what I got. Maybe they messed up the charge? Or perhaps the Thai iced tea was way more than I thought. It was like $26 with tip which seemed crazy for lunch. I want to try to so many other items on the menu. Looking forward to returning. Parking also sucks.

We just happened upon this spot while driving back to Seattle from going to a pumpkin patch. They had tvs with the Sunday football game on which was an initial draw. The food was great. Portions were really good. The fried rice was huge and served as a second meal the next day. The massaman curry was really tasty. I'd never had it before and was really happy with it. Service was great, friendly, and attentive.

Everwett has a surprising number of Asian spots considering its distance from the city, and they're good! SJT is no exception. The Phad Mama is a spin on typical Thai dishes. Ramen noodles with mixed veggies, and in my case chicken. Solid, will be back to try more of the menu!

This will probably be our go to Thai spot in Everett! Huge portions and lasted two meals. The wontons were SO crispy and big but it was mostly the wrapper and not a lot of meat. I didn't mind as much because even though we got it to go, it was still crispy when we got home.

Tldr: Great Thai place. Great food. Environment: Well decorated. Clean bathroom. Service: Great service, friendly staff. There was only one person waiting the tables since we got in pretty late but nothing was amiss. Food: Tom Yum was really good. Hit the spot. It's a bit on the sweet side of tom yum. The seafood option was packed with scallop, shrimp, mussels, squid, it felt worth the price. Also had lychee guava mock tail, wish it was more sweet but would still get it again. Mango Pandan was really good too. Though it's not mango season so the mangoes weren't sweet. Overall 9/10.

The food had amazing flavors. Both my husband and I really liked the spices, presentation, and ambiance. Great spot in downtown Everett. The servers were also helpful in choosing what dishes to try. The sour butterfly mocktail was super sweet but ask for more lemon and it helps with the flavor! They were providing one free mocktail for Mother's Day

Went on a busy night when there was an event at the AoW Arena as well as a concert in town. The only had one server but she worked her butt off. Service was a bit slow due to staffing. But the food was great! Loved the Crispy Garlic Prawns, Mushroom pops and Curry. We'll be back.

Ate here before a concert and what a treat. Loved the curry and the soup. Not busy at all. Great service.

Now coming in it was a little awkward as you walk in and the counter is right by the entrance just like most restaurants, but there were no signs that said wait to be seated or seat yourself. After standing there for a couple of minutes I saw people grabbing menus and congregating to the register. I was waiting for someone so it worked out well. You order and then take your number or in this case a magic 8 ball to the table(so they know which order goes where). This location is much larger than I remember. It had a very eclectic ambiance. More or less different types of tables and chairs everywhere, but gave off a homey vibe. The people that were working were very pleasant. We both opted for water, in which they had a water station for you to fill a cup and sit down. After sipping my water I noticed the glass I had was chipped and cracked, a chard actually chipped off in my hand. I took it back up to the front and exchanged it. Probably not the best idea to have all of the glasses stacked on top of on another. I ordered the Cajun chicken sandwich, in which upon ordering they had to check if they were ready to serve that. I was lucky enough that they were, although I did have a back up plan. The turkey sandwich came out with a mixed green salad with a dressing I was not sure of, but was very refreshing. The turkey sandwich on sourdough was very flavorful and I was very happy with my pick. I would definitely come back here and try more things, although the Cajun sandwich remains on my mind. One of the better sandwiches I have had in a long time!

(gotta climb in the Wayback Machine for that gem!) I loved that I saw at least six versions of my childhood dining room table, which felt so nostalgically comfortable that I wanted to crawl under one with my coloring books and my chocolate milk. But I digress -- you're supposed to be reading my review. I decided that I was in the mood for grilled cheese and tomato soup, so that's what I ordered. The tomato soup is really amazing -- so fresh tasting and delicious. But the sandwich was next level nom-ness. I opted to get it on sourdough because it's the best for dunking into the soup. Totes 'lish (I just thought I would type like one of the cool kids!! In conclusion, I want to talk about the service -- ordering was fairly simple, and the varied menu made it exciting to know there are so many choices. You order in line and the incredible wait staff brings the food quite quickly. With the vibe, the service and all the things, I am definitely coming back.

We ordered the usual, schezuan shrimp and moo shu pork with a green onion pancake starter. The pancake was bland, not seasoned, but ok. But wow, I open the shrimp and I can smell ammonia coming from the meal. I try one bite of shrimp just to make sure it's not me because it is heavily spiced and cooked in oil. Nope, shrimp is seriously spoiled, and the moo shu is smelling off as well. We decide we can't eat the food, and I decided to head down to the restaurant so I could talk with staff and have them check out the meal. Jin, the waiter in charge, tells me after I come in that it doesn't smell bad to her. Jesus, just what you want to hear when you've driven back to restaurant with the spoiled shrimp. Strike one. Jin then tells me that the employees eat the shrimp today and are fine. Strike two. I explain im really not trying to be difficult, but Im concerned about the defensive posturing in light of a possible food poisoning situation. So Jin, to prove her point, goes ahead and eats one of the shrimps, the other male staff watching her with some discomfort. I tell her to spit it out, but nope, down the hatch it goes. Jim goes on to tell me that we eat dead seafood (you know us---People in Everett--and yeah maybe it's a little soft but that's just typical dead seafood. Strike three. She did finally offer to refund my meal in cash, and I told her I was really trying to just make sure the restaurant wasn't unintentionally making my neighbors, friends, and family sick. I wasn't interested in going on blast with a review and contacting the health district, but after sleeping on it, I'm doing the right thing. Sorry Jin, your ego got in the way of a resolution. Be careful.... PS A note for Jin and Flying Lemon Fish. When I was 23, I served some bad clams at a fine dining restaurant. The family called to tell us their daughter was in the hospital with some liver problems. We immediately went to the cooler and went through all the shellfish, called back the family and offered to take care of any medical bills or follow-up. It happens if you serve food occasionally, just be respectful with your response, it goes a long way instead of challenging a customer's dissatisfaction.

So glad this place survived after Covid. The seafood shaved noodle was solid. You get shrimp, squid and scallops. $13.95. Really? We are floored! Husband said it was exactly the same and he enjoyed it! He finished his whole plate. Impressed with the large portion!! Shrimp was huge! Instead of seafood, I asked to sub with chicken. Server said no problem! The chicken slices were super tender and juicy and the shaved noodle texture was perfection. It was a bit bland but nothing a lil' table soy can't fix. Only $11.95 for a huge platter. I was super hungry and cleaned my plate but for most, there'd be leftovers. Mapo tofu with white rice. The sauce had too much corn starch and the meat texture was not my favorite. I've had better but when you have spicy sauce over fluffy rice, it can be mediocre and still be satisfying..Would rather have this for my work lunch than Marie Callendar's any day. Pan fried pot stickers 8 pieces $7.95. Delicious. It's the thin skin kind. Classic, you can't go wrong! I can't eat fried stuff nowadays but their fried chicken wings were the best. Plump, juicy and piping hot! I am sure it's still amazing! They have lots of other menu items. On a colder day, I would go for the custom noodle soup bowls for $12.95. (Choose noodle, broth, 2 veg and 2 proteins). Duck noodle soup sounds amazing. For more topping, I think it's $2.25 per extra topping. One of the few places where most everything is below $15 per entree item and nothing above $20. I would like to try their oxtail noodle soup, sizzling beef or chicken platter, teriyaki short ribs, beef chow fun, and black bean noodle dish next time. Interior is clean with pleasant Cantonese Chinese music, free waters, and guava candy when you pay.
