Unfortunately I didn't get to snap many pictures, but had a pleasant experience at this place. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but I assure you it is much nicer on the inside. Parking is a bit of a pain however. As for the restaurant itself, it was very clean and tidy inside. I was quite impressed with the attentiveness of the staff there and also how speedy the service was. We did not wait very long to get our food, however it was definitely still very fresh. Seems like it's run by a family. The food itself was very tasteful. You could tell it was actually authentic. The portions or just a tad small on some of the dishes in my opinion, for what they were priced at. But not too much of an issue. All in all, would definitely keep this in mind for future visits and for recommendations.

Split review - food 3 stars; decor and service +1star Someone in our group wanted Thai food, so trusty Yelp led us here. We ordered a few things to share communal style. The most delicious item was the mango curry. The plating looked pretty, too. It was rich in flavours, creamy, had a great texture and loaded with ingredients. If I return, this would be the one thing I would re-order. The appetizer platter was okay per the price. Out of the 2 desserts we ordered, the mango with sticky rice was the better one. Or specifically the sticky rice stood out; the mango was as good as it got for winter season. The interior was nice: clean, quiet, tasteful, with a few artsy pieces. It even smelt clean and crisp. The services was polite, welcoming, attentive, effective.

Interior looks recently renovated with skylights!

Parking: Paid parallel in front OR Green P right around the back of restaurant! In terms of authentic Thai, this is as good as it gets in the West-end! There's another VERY popular place more North in Mississauga, but having eaten there recently, I prefer this place. The other "popular" location's dishes are much, much sweeter. Menu is concise and clear, waitstaff were polite, and food came rather quickly after ordering. There was a complete page of curries - which do not come with rice. I ordered the Tamarind Curry as I've never seen it before on other menus. It was good! Instead of the white onion, I wished that there were some bamboo shoots in the dish. I wasn't able to eat the entire dish as although it looked like one portion, the curry sauce itself was a rather rich! I tasted the Pad Thai and noodles were nicely cooked, taste was spot-on! Average prices were in/around $15. Solid choice for the area!

Amazing! I can confidently say that this is my all time favourite place for Thai food. I've been here already twice and I'm still obsessed with this place. You definitely need to give this place a try if you're in the area! What I've tried and my thoughts on them: - Red curry - probably my favourite dish. I've ordered this twice so far and I absolutely love it. The curry sauce is the perfect consistency and spice level and it pairs so well with any of the meat options in my opinion. - Khao Soi - love. Very filling and has a good combination of textures. The crunchy wonton(?) noodles work well with the saucy rice noodles. - Pad thai - classic. The dish is very good here and is quite authentic. You can request to have the dish served in an egg omelette. - Mango curry - very unique but tasty. My friend ordered this and I tried some and was quite impressed with the taste. It's nothing too sweet - it has a good balance of sweetness and savoury. Get this if you want to try something different. They also have other sweet curries for those who are adventurous (pineapple, lychee) - Thai iced tea - so good! You can't not have one of these with your meal, trust me. - Mango sticky rice - another classic. Perfect for sharing with everyone. Most dishes do not come with rice, so you would have to order it separately on the side for a few dollars. They serve white jasmine rice and brown rice. All the dishes are served on really nice plates so be careful when handling them.

    Lemongrass soup noodles with chicken

The BEST Thai place I've ever been to. I've never been to a Thai restaurant and thought, "Oh my god, I have to come back!", until this place. The pineapple fried rice is just the right amount of fragrant and savoury. The pad thai was the best I've had out of all the Thai places I've tried. Lastly, my lemongrass soup noodle was super satisfying, as the soup had plenty of lime and lemongrass flavour in it, to make it tangy and delightful. The Thai iced tea and Thai coffee were also delicious. The place is family run, and serves authentic Thai food. I can't recommend it enough.

This place is great! Perfect for a quick authentic thai dinner. We had the vegetarian pad thai and green curry with rice. Everything came hot and fresh. Service was amazing! Definitely recommend.

The best chicken Caesar salad does not even compare to jewel Caesar salad salad I used to just add chicken anyway for an additional cost but now I'm stuck with this boring and plain salad that my taste buds did not enjoy. A part of me died today. I can't believe that the salad is discontinued and I will only change my review once it is brought back for good. I don't like being played in the face like this. I normally don't leave reviews on Yelp, but I had to today just to let everyone know about the salad. I am so upset. Also, my friend got a different salad and they barely put any dressing on it. I normally come here for the dressing because it's so good and what's the point if you're not even gonna put it on the fucking salad. I'm literally fuming right now in this Mandy's and I can't even believe that it's discontinued. I told all of my family and all of my friends that it's discontinued and everyone is shocked and upset. Bring back the salad right now! We have a voice and we have a right of this salad. This is what made Mandy salad popular why would you take away? It's one good thing. On the other hand, the ambiance is amazing of course, and it is quite beautiful. But it doesn't make up for jewel Caesar salad being discontinued. Also, the service was great as well. I'm also upset because they did not have Parmesan for the Caesar salad that I had to endure because you guys discontinued jewel Caesar salad. I had to eat it with cheddar, which doesn't even make sense because why would you even run out of cheese to begin with? You're literally a salad place have extra cheese. I'm so disappointed and I will never be coming back until Jules's Caesar salad is up again.

If you are aiming for healthy eats, then this is the place to hit up. Its in the downtown core and is accessible. They also offer a killer Portuguese Tart to wrap up a meal! CONs Unfortunately, this is where it goes off the rails a bit. Some of the cons to the location is that the price point isn't in line with other similar locations in the area. I get more salad/rice bowls from Salus just up the street for $5 cheaper. There is no differentiator between the two on this level. I think its reflected in the customer presence as well as I've rarely seen the location filled at lunch. I would say the return for a $20 rice bowl, the amount of rice and protein provided was concerning and miniscule in comparison to competitors in the area. The last con I have is that the location doesn't operate in cash which may be uncommon these days, but it can be annoying to those who do and don't have alternative ways of paying. The food is fine, but comparable and cheaper options are available nearby. I have no compelling reason to return here and that is one of the issues I face when I think about this location. There were barely any walnuts, and despite paying for extra cranberries, there were hardly any included. The kale made up most of the salads, yet it was tough & difficult to chew. Instead, I received bowls that were mostly kale and quinoa, with the premium ingredients largely absent. What turned a disappointing meal into a terrible experience was the complete lack of accountability afterward. When I contacted Mandy's, I was directed to Uber Eats. Unfortunately, dealing with Uber Eats customer support was even more frustrating than receiving the food itself. The support process felt automated, impersonal, and entirely focused on closing the complaint rather than addressing the issue. Despite providing details about the poor quality of the food, my concerns were not taken seriously and no meaningful resolution was offered. Customers order through delivery platforms expecting some level of protection when food arrives in unacceptable condition. In this case, neither the restaurant nor Uber Eats seemed willing to take responsibility. Poor food quality is one thing; poor customer service from both companies makes the experience far worse. I won't be ordering from Mandy's again, and this experience has significantly reduced my confidence in Uber Eats as well.
