Cute place. Comfy. Clean. Food was great. I had beef tostadas. And it was great taste. The meat was nice and juicy. Not over powering with spice. The service was wonderful. Very attentive.

AMAZING FOOD. Just keeps getting better. Chicharron tacos. Al Pastor Hawaiano tacos. Pico & Chips. Ceviche Mixto al Tiradito. The tortas are easily a meal for two. Just the best.

Coming to Fort Myers on a fishing trip, I had a second goal, get some Mexican food Minnesota sorely lacks in the suburbs. People, especially locals kept highlighting Tacos Y Ceviche which happens to be two things I love. Don't be fooled by the strip mall atmosphere, Florida is a lot of strip malls. Upon entry you find a cool blend of Peruvian and Mexican food in a fun casual environment. If you haven't been to Peru, the food is a lot different that Mexican but they have a diverse menu that features seafood, empanadas, classic meat plates and Mexican favorites. We got ceviche, tacos, burritos and chips and salsa. The food was incredible, flavorful and our server had the right about of spirit to make this place a must for people in the area. Ask questions, learn about Peruvian delicacies as the country is amazing.

Taco Al Plato with 2 tacos (Chicharron Acevichado & Al Pastor) and rice & beans ($13.99).

This small restaurant opened recently and is quite popular already. The owners/operators of the El Gaucho Restaurants created this place and clearly know what they are doing. We stopped in for lunch and each had the Taco Al Plato which consists of 2 tacos and rice & beans. Between us we had four different tacos and all were delicious. This is a great stop for a lunch or to-go meal. Location: 3 stars Food: 4 stars Service: 5 stars Ambiance/Décor: 4 stars Value: 3 stars

    Fish taco... just okay

This place was just okay for me. I ordered the fish taco and fish ceviche. The ceviche was good but very watery. The fish taco was bland and had too much hard breading.

The red & green salsas were excellent! The spice complimented the torta & tacos. Fries did taste frozen and under seasoned but the salsa carried! Next time I will try the Peruvian ceviche!

We stopped here passing through Fort Meyers and were intrigued by the good reviews. The food was super fresh and authentic. We ordered the ceviche mix and the fish tacos, we recommend both! The restaurant gives a very local vibe, and there were other pastries and desserts to order as well. The staff was friendly and the place was clean, with hand sanitizers on every table. The outdoor seating was a bit small if you're in a large group and was located in a sort of shopping center. Overall a great place to pop-in to for a quick bite and to try new things.

    Fish ceviche tostado. Bright flavors!

The region needs more bright, interesting and restaurant variety from different cultures, which makes it great for Tacos Y Ceviche to be located in this little hidden strip mall. For lunch, I ended up spending ~$20 for an appetizer (fish ceviche on a crispy tostada), three corn tacos (chicharron, barbacoa and al pastor) with homemade sauces, homemade tiramisu in a glass dessert cup (indulgent, thick mascarpone mixture - better than most Italian restaurants) and a bottle of water. Very delish. Brightness and contrasting flavors in every bite. All around me, I hear people chattering about how "this was awesome" and I don't know what that was, but it was awesome. Glad I found this little hidden gem.

    Main menu--delicious options for everyone!

Looks little from outside but it's grand inside! I did not expect the variety of items on the menu and much less the exquisite taste of the food. It has the mom n pop ambiance with the flavors of a 5 star restaurant. I appreciate the quaint atmosphere and friendly service. The server was at our table multiple times explaining to us the different terms to describe the food and never got tired of talking to us. All smiles and truly cared to explain everything to us. This place has become our new go-to to satisfy our foodie cravings!

Stopped in after landing at the airport and were on our way to Naples FL. Everything was so fresh and tasted so fresh. I had the shrimp ceviche tostados. My friends had a quesadilla and tacos. We all agreed the produce, seafood, and meats tasted so fresh and flavorful. Only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the chips that came with our guacamole were a little stale. Decor was cute and modern! Nice place!!

    torta de bistec

Visited Tacos Y Ceviches for lunch. I ordered the torta de bistec. It was so delicious. Bistec was well seasoned and all the vegetables and avocado were on point with the salsa. The person who took my order was very nice and helpful. She seemed very connected to many of her customers as well. Surely a place I will visit again!

(kinda on the smaller side) i did end up getting a second one ($15 each). For apps we got the tuna cervichi and flatbread. (I do not eat raw tuna, so I have no option on that dish. But the rest of the table ate it up) The flat bread was great too. It had black olives, figs, tomatoes and lots of cheese. For dinner we each ordered something different. I got the crab cake stuffed Salmon with seasoned spinach and mashed topped with, what i think the waitress said was lobster sauce.. altho my friend that got the seafood risotto was supposed to have the same sauce on top but hers was a much more red color. The risotto was another great dish. It had scallops, big shrimps and muscles in it. Cooked perfectly. My friend had the Sicilian Penne. He said: It was a delicious pasta dish with sausage and cannellini beans. The Gorgonzola cheese was an amazing addition that really took the dish to the next level. Our server Sydney was great. She let us know they were short staffed some wait ataff and she may have been backed up (there was probably 6 tables in there at the time idk.. where I waitress i have a 12 table station, and its fast paced..) but she still a great job. The restaurant its self love nice after the renovations, but inqoukdnhave never known it was a finer dining place rather then a typical breakfast diner from the outside of it. Ill be back! There were other things on the menu I'd like to try. (Please, dont mind the photos, we were all just so excited to dig in i didn't remember to take pics till we were 1/4 of the way into eating)

I am still going to give this restaurant 5 stars because I absolutely love the atmosphere. I could sit in the bar all night and listen to the pianist play songs. There are zero TV's at the bar and the pianist really makes for an enjoyable night. Up first, I had an $18 Ember in Bloom which consists of: Los Vecinos Mezcal, Aperol, Watermelon Juice, Lime, Salt & Lime Zest Rim. Served on the Rocks. I thought it was pretty good, and better than most. It at least had a moderately smoky taste. I think I'm just extreme on liking drinks smoky. Then, I had the $15 Caesar salad. It was pretty standard. Nothing spectacular or bad, just standard. I was pretty starved so I got 2 entrees: $24 Meatball & Mushroom Pizza: Meatball, Fonduta Sauce, Caramelized Onion, Mushroom, Mozzarella, Basil, Parmigiano-Reggiano $28 Pappardelle 'Capri': Handcut Pappardelle, San Marzano Tomato Sauce, Basil, Buffalo Mozzarella, Sorrento Lemon Olive Oil I thought the pizza was fine. Once again, very good, but nothing spectacular. And the same goes for the pasta. Maybe I ordered the wrong things, but I wasn't particularly blown away by the food here. Like I said, a cool place to come relax and listen to the pianist.
