I was surprised when I walked in here and it was totally empty at noon. I was the only one in here for a bit. The food was yummy but I also rate mostly based on the service. It was confusing how since I was the only one in here that I never got anyone come to serve as I was seated. My order was delivered but then never had any service until I asked for my check and a refill of water. Nothing was horrible here but I kinda have a thought why it is empty at lunchtime. Maybe the vibe is a ton better in the evening for dinner bc it is nice looking in here.

Absolutely delicious. Salsa amazing. Entrée I don't think it could get any better. Churros were heavenly.

Food Stopped here for a quick dinner. Had chips & salsa to start and then got a small queso. We were incredibly impressed by the food at La Santa. The steak tacos were delish & the beans were incredible! The sauce on the side was also very tasty, a bit spicy, but I loved it! The burrito was very large & filling and we would definitely order it again. Service The service was very slow. Our waitress never came back after our food was delivered and we were out of water for quite some time. She also was not sure about the Happy Hour taco deal and what was on the tacos. Ambiance We went on a Tuesday around 6pm and the place was pretty busy. We got seated right away in a booth & it wasn't too noisy for the amount of people there. Overall we enjoyed our food a lot but the service lacked a bit.

I thought this place was great! There is a serving robot that brought us chips and salsa when we sat down. It was delicious. The inside is so cute and vibrant. I got the steak carne asada entree and it was amazing!! It came with tortilla one the side to make a taco. I would 100% come back!

The portions are pretty big, good service and nice atmosphere with pretty cool decorations. Is the same menu as La Santa Tacos.

Atmosphere - Great! Located in a shopping center, the restaurant has a very nice, modern style. The place is bright and colorful. There is a large bar with lots of seating. There main dining area has a combination of booths and tables. There also is an outdoor patio that is screened in. Service - Excellent! Our server was very pleasant and attentive. Food - Excellent! My apologies. I don't know what happened to the picture that I took of my entree. I had the combo fajitas (shrimp, chicken and beef). The proteins were very tender and the veggies fresh and cooked perfectly. The flavor was great. The portion size was perfect for the 3 flour tortillas. The salsa and chips and house margaritas were very good as well. Overall Value - Excellent. The price is very reasonable given the quality and quantity of food as well as the great service.

I loved the atmosphere the minute we walked in the door and I saw the decor. The bar is beautiful and inviting. The variety of skulls and wall decorations just made the place so inviting. There was no way I was eating outside when I could enjoy the interior. Our server was quick to bring menus and take our drink order. I must have a margarita when I eat Mexican and this one was served so pretty and tasted great. They also brought us a small bowl of chips and sauce which were good. The menu is extensive, so there is something for everyone. I am an enchilada person, and can never choose which one I like the most, so luckily they had an Enchilada Supreme which was 4 different kinds. There was chicken, cheese, ground beef and shredded beef. They were all super delicious. Service was good and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

Not sure why people have given this place only 3 stars. The only thing keeping it from 5 star for me was that I wanted my margarita to be bigger and the techno music was a bit much. Wait until you see the photo of my entree! It's a large half pineapple filled with chicken, beef, peppers, onions, and a whole lot of other love that I can't identify! It was served with rice and tortilla wraps which I didn't even eat because the flavor was soo good! Cool ambiance and great service!

La Santa could easily be a 4-star review. The food is great, the outdoor patio is very nice, drinks and presentation are fun. However the service was lacking, staff not very friendly, menus need to be cleaned (were sticky) and other small things that management needs to fix. Otherwise the food is good and worth a try.

Great Mexican food and just what we were looking for. Some Mexican restaurants in SWFL don't have the taste and style that you get used to when coming from other states. La Santa was a good choice for lunch. First of all, the restaurant is clean and has good service. Their table salsa is delicious. I tried the Pollo La Santa, which is a slice of chicken topped with flavorful veggies and cheese sauce. Alan ordered his all time favorite, the Mexican street tacos. He was so pleased, they were what he had been looking for and were served to his liking. Lunch was a bit pricy, but so worth it to find a Mexican restaurant that serves delicious and authentic Mexican food. This would be a fun place to drink margaritas in the evening.

What A Great Place! As were driving down the street towards…read morethe Naples Botanical Garden, we passed a brewery and next to it was this small Mexican restaurant. How perfect. After our nature visit, we could stop for a beverage, then get a late lunch next door. Well let me tell you, this is legit authentic Mexican. We walked over from the brewery next door. There's a patio out front with tables and umbrellas, but it was scorchingly hot and we wanted to sit inside. Not too many tables as it's small, but one opened up for the three of us. A very polite server provided menus and took our drink orders. My daughter and I both had Micheladas. You can select what beer you want in the mix. I had Modelo Negro, my daughter selected Modelo Especial. My wife had a bottle of water. No tap water here, you need to buy the bottle. We studied the menu trying to decide what to get. Everything we could see others eating looked great and tacos seemed to be the popular meal. Our Micheladas came out and these were festive. Large mugs, rimmed with a pretty zippy tahin and pepper blend, filled with the beer and a slightly spicy tomato juice mix. Very flavorful. A something new for us was the addition of a tamarind straw. It's a plastic straw, covered with a sweet spicy tamarind blend. They actually call it candy. You use it to stir your drink and then nibble on the candy. What a great fun thing to add to a drink. By the way, the Michelada was excellent. I enjoyed licking the tajin seasoned rim with each sip, just like a salted rim on a margarita. Still studying the menu, we ordered the Choriqueso appetizer. The basket came out with fresh fried corn tortilla chips and a bowl of queso cheese with chorizo sausage crumbled into it. Runnier than most cheese dips we're used to, but enjoyable nonetheless. Finally we ordered our meals. Al Pastor Tacos for my wife, Chorizo and Steak Tacos and Quesabirria Quesadilla for my daughter and Caldo de Camaron for myself. In just a few minutes, our delights were delivered and the feast began. All of the meats in the tacos and quesadilla were excellent. Great flavors and no skimping on the meats. Onions, cilantro and self squeezed lime punched up the flavors. The quesabirria come with an au jus style dipping sauce that was perfect. My shrimp soup was spectacular. Easily shareable, but I accepted the challenge to eat this myself. Served with numerous warm tortillas, chopped onions, cilantro and lime, I put it all in. A very light yet flavorful broth and as the pic shows, loaded with flavorful shrimp. I enjoyed every spoonful. A wonderful soup. As with most authentic Mexican restaurants, you are made to feel that \you are their guest. They will never make you feel that you've overstayed and if you want your check, you just go to the register at the counter. Looking forward to our next trip there.

It was nice to sit outside but I think our server forgot about us for a while... The quesabirria and fajitas were very good, but everything else was lowkey a skip. We only wanted a variety of apps so she gave some good suggestions. She was attentive and efficient. The food she suggested: elote, very good! We did get the guac and chips too to use the chips with the elote. That was the problem. The guac was somewhat tasteless, but the chips were very bad. They tasted like they were made in old rancid oil and they make them onsite. They even smelled like old oil. We let her know and she brought a new batch. Still tasted bad. We suggested her to try them and she did and agreed they were not up to par. I felt the grease even coated my tongue. The cornbread was excellent. Because the chips were so bad we got the guac and rest of the elote to go so we can eat at home with some good chips. We got the bill and even though they agreed they weren't as good as normal they still charged us for everything. That is a problem. She should have had them take them off the bill. We still tipped 18% but that isn't good when they don't make it right. We may give them another chance but still charging males that less likely for sure.
