    Philly cheesesteak

This place was recommended by the hotel manager where we stayed. She mentioned it was a casual atmosphere, and great food with a wide variety of items. So we decided to give it a try. While it wasn't crowded, the atmosphere is indeed casual, relaxed, but somewhat noisy...we would have preferred a more quiet area. However, everything else about the place was as reported...wide variety of food choices on the menu, and our choices proved to be delicious. I had the Philly cheesesteak, and husband had the lasagna. He could only eat about a third of it as it was a very generous portion, meaty and saucy, just the way he likes his lasagna. My Philly was excellent; plenty of steak, also generous portion, huge! Meat was tender and juicy. The only ding Id give the sandwich was that it was a tad salty, so just be careful of that when cooking the steak. Our server was excellent, welcoming, polite and professional, and accommodating to my food allergy. He definitely earned his tip for the day. We would definitely return for a meal if we stay overnight in the immediate area. Just overall a terrific experience.

Grilled Chicken Salad no potato straws with balsamic dressing. Best he's ever had he said.

Service was plenty and pleasant. Food was really good. Husband and son both had the grilled chicken salad and it had a ton of chicken. They were both happy. I had the grilled shrimp tacos and they were yummy. It had been quite sometime since we'd been there and we will be going back sooner rather than later next time.

This was a nice surprise of a place to find. We kept coming across discounts at the hotel we were staying at (which we forgot to use). We loved the menu. Full of just about anything that comes to mind to fill those snacking urges from burgers to steaks to pizza. Large drink menu follows. We ordered the ribeye with espresso rub and coffee glaze with garlic mashed potatoes also the chicken fried chicken with garlic mashed potatoes and fire fries and to wash it all down was water with lemon and two margaritas. The ribeye was super yummy as well as the potatoes. Chicken was decent and a fair amount of gravy and fire fries were crispy and spicy but not over bearing. The margaritas were very good but the $4.50 size special was a bit disappointing. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The decore and atmosphere of the restaurant gave lots of attractions to cover for lull conversation with lots of people watching and tvs showing sports and music videos. The whole experience was enjoyable and looking forward to our next trip.

    Fish sandwich & onion rings.

On a cold rainy day we decided that Bubba's would be the perfect lunch stop. We ordered Cajun wings, a cheese burger with fries, and a fish sandwich with onion rings. The wings got a big like from our fussbudget eater. The cheese burger was well received with our reviewer saying that they would get it again. But the big surprise was the fish sandwich. Every year I quest around all the fast food joints that do their seasonal fish sandwich. I'm a fiend for fish sandwiches. Now I have found a quality fish sandwich that is available year round. I can confidently say that Bubba's fish sandwich is in my top three. We don't think you'll be sorry, give them a try.

Fish & Chips is what I ordered and i couldn't believe how big the serving was for this!

Everything about this place is a vibe! Our waitress was very attentive and super welcoming. We had ordered an appetizer and it was queso dip which is absolutely delicious and within 15mins or so we had gotten our food. The portions are definitely not small so I would recommend going hungry to this place!!

My brother and I met up with our youngest sister and niece at Bubba's 33 for lunch. We were greeted by the hostess Ms. Rubi, was very sweet and polite young lady who made us feel very welcomed. She sat at a booth and Ms. Victoria was our server. She was very prompt and very polite as well. She took all our orders and I had the Big O' Rings $6.99, and Bubba's Famous Traditional Wings, Garlic Parmesan, but it appeared to be missing the garlic parmesan $18.99, and my brother had the Fish & Chips, $15.99, my sister had the Lasagna, $14.49, Bloody Mary, $6.00, The Big Salad, $10.79 and my niece had the Chicken Cobb Salad, $14.49. The Garlic Parmesan wings were marginal at best and lacking flavor of garlic parmesan. As for the other food it was all tasty I liked that the salad had potato shredded chips. This was my first time visiting this restaurant, and the staff are very polite and egear to serve you.

Recently visited this establishment with my family on a Saturday night it was pretty busy there but we were seated as soon as we walked in. We had the seasoned salmon with rice...I wanted to like it but the fish tasted too fishy to me personally. The wings were good and the pizza was okay. The drinks were good and strong the kids loved the dessert will definitely be back to try different things on the menu. Server was very nice and helpful and patient with us being it was as our first time. Heads up place can get crowed so be aware on Saturday night for the loudness and families and people out to eat.

After a tough start to the week, I had a craving for good food and good company. A lovely friend…read moreand I finally squeezed in a day/time together and just so happened to discover this decent eatery! It was Wednesday, May 7th. I arrived around 6:20pm and though the host sat me, I decided to take a stroll around the "neighborhood" since my date hadn't arrived yet. It was a lovely day, probably around 74º, shady skies with just enough sun. I walked around their back-side patio which was fully equipped with artificial turf, jumbo Jenga, plenty of seating picnic tables and had a huge projector screen for any prime-time game. There were also other eateries (outside bar, ice-cream station, and other restaurants) that accessed the same area. It was very inviting! I continued the walk and wrapped around the block to notice that the row of restaurants/bars were all home-themed. It was very college-like. I landed back in my seat and about 5mins later my friend arrived. We sat at the first two-top high-table near the bar close to the entrance. There were about 2 servers, a host and 2 bartenders to accompany the small crowd. We had a young man as a server and her treated us well. Neither of us had eaten there before so he provided us with a few recommendations but ultimately said, "ya can't go wrong." And he was right! We ordered the Crispy Chicken Sliders, Salt & Pepper Fries, Mango Thai Chili and the BBQ Honey Red Curry, both boneless (her suggestion). We chatted for what only seemed like a few minutes before our food arrived. Not going to lie, the appearance of the food wasn't mind-blowingly irresistible but it's not the looks that matters most. Normally I stay away from boneless wings because you don't know how thick the breading will be and the breading-to-sauce ratio is often never quite balanced but I was incredibly impressed at how juicy and proportionate the wings were! They each were a mouthful and tasted wonderfully. Even though they were both great, I think the Mango Chili may have won over the BBQ Curry. The sliders were about what you'd expect, a solid entrée but the bread was the best feature. The fries were as expected as well, very Buffalo Wild Wing -esque (with ranch). Overall, I spent $40 for two and still left with food in-hand, WELL worth it. We stuck around to watch the ending of Game 2 of the Eastern Conference semi-finals (Celtics vs Knicks) but really I was too stuffed to do much else. The backside patio is a vibe. It has covered seating, plenty of space and is very pet & child friendly. Establishments like this prove that you don't have to spend much to eat good and have a good time.

I also ordered the sweet chili wings and think that's my favorite sauce. Went with the boneless wings and they have the perfect amount of crunch. Perfectly sauced and never overcooked. I did takeout this time but have had many of great experiences dining in. Definitely come here if you are a wing fan! Serving great eats and good drinks!

Burgers are one of my favorite things to review, so I was genuinely looking forward to this stop. We arrived shortly after opening and ordering was quick and easy. The restaurant itself was clean, spacious, and had a relaxed casual atmosphere. I also appreciated seeing reasonable pricing across the menu, especially for combo meals. I decided on the Oklahoma Onion Smash Burger with fries ordered well done. My wife ordered the Angus Burger special, and after a short wait our food arrived at the table. Unfortunately, this visit just didn't quite live up to the anticipation. The fries came out only slightly warm and definitely not "well done" as requested. As for the burger itself, the presentation was a little underwhelming right from the start. The sandwich leaned very heavy on the mayo, enough that I actually took the bun apart to remove some before taking my first bite. After adding mustard, the burger improved a bit, but overall it still landed in the "average" category for me. The Oklahoma onion flavor profile I was expecting never really stood out, and the burger simply didn't have that memorable quality that makes you immediately want to come back for another round. My wife shared a similar opinion about her burger as well. We also tried the onion rings. Flavor-wise they were decent, but the portion size compared to the $6.99 price felt a bit hard to justify. For that price point, I expected either a larger serving or something more memorable. That said, I always try to keep perspective when reviewing local restaurants. Running a small business is not easy, and I genuinely want local places to succeed and improve. While this wasn't one of my stronger burger experiences in the OKC area, I still appreciate the effort, friendly service, and opportunity to give them a try. Maybe it was simply an off day, and I'd certainly be open to stopping back in down the road to see how things evolve. For now, this one lands more in the "decent neighborhood burger stop" category rather than a destination burger spot for me. -- Terry | @cheft_2469 | Always searching for the best bite in Oklahoma

Moist and flavorful on the inside. Did not have that overly Fishy taste or smell which usually means the Fish was fresh when it was prepared. A+. The Wings were good, but personally I prefer mine in flavors. Usually Lemon Pepper or Garlic Parmesan. These are cooked and served with sauce in the side. Again, nothing wrong with it ,it's just not my preference. As far as the Sauces go the Tartar Sauce was reported to be homemade and it was very good. He gave me a Sauce for the Wings that was a little sweet and had kick to it. I would eat that on a Shoe. Fried were crispy and crinkle cut. Seasoned nicely with Salt and Pepper I think. The Star of the show hands do n though was the Catfish. On my next visit I'll probably go with the Catfish and Frid Shrimp Combo. Great place to grab a Bite. I'll be back before I leave Town.
