Came for an early weekday lunch with work friend. There were only maybe 2-3 other tables with patrons. We got seated at the booth right next to the front door, behind the game machine. The table was rickety and wobbly with scratches all over. We asked for a different booth and was promptly moved to a much better one across the room. I got their watermelon salt drink, which was just okay. Not sure I would get it again next time. We each got 6 traditional wings, and those were pretty good. Being from out of town, we had no idea that all the bars at this location would be. There's a OKC basketball game going on and every place is packed! They were pretty quick to get a seat so that was cool. The staff is busy with all of the people here and it took time to get drink orders and food orders. That's to be expected I guess. Wow! What an amazing meal. My bf and I came out to eat and watch the UFC fight. The service was great even though the place is packed. Our waitress Robin was very attentive. I ordered the patty melt and fries. Bf had the spicy garlic and curry wings. Both were wonderful. We also ordered drinks and dessert. I was amazed with how incredible that patty melt was. I like to judge a restaurant by that dish and this was the best I've EVER had! The patties were juicy but not dripping grease, the onions were a perfect amount and the bacon took it over the top! We got the Caribbean Jerk and Original Buffalo and the wings came out cold, like they had been sitting there and they just dumped our sauces on the wings, and called it good. Ordered the avocado bacon burger and it was a huge disappointment. It came out cold and the burger patty was literally three CHUNKS of some sort of meat mashed together. Mind you the server never came to check on us for refills till she was ready for our food order. Then we waited probably and hour to and hour and a half just for our food. The overall cleanliness is nasty, they're tables that haven't been cleaned off for an hour, not to mention that the hostess has the biggest attitude. I was in town on business and Buffalo Wild Wings was right next to my hotel. I walked over and took a seat in the bar for a quick dinner. For out of towners, it's important to note that the bar area is a smoking area. You walk through the non smoking dining area and through glass doors into an enclosed box where everyone is puffing away. I didn't realize how used to non-smoking ordinances I was until walking into that fog. I wasn't too put off to not stay but it is definitely something worth mentioning for people not used to it. Sitting at the bar, I had the bartenders for waitresses and they were really friendly and made sure I had what I needed. There was one bartender who really knew her stuff and then another one training a new hire. Reading other reviews, I can't say the service was bad at all, but again I was sitting at the bar top not a table. Food is Buffalo Wild Wings food, which leads me to my 3 star review. It's run of the mill and not bad but not particularly great either. I got the blue cheese burger which was actually kind of a small portion for a burger, or I was feeling extra fat kid. Their wings, always a go to, weren't spun well and I had to smear and dip them in the excess sauce to make sure they were properly coated. All in all, a vanilla convenient meal. My family just left after sitting over 15 minutes without as much as a drink order. A couple of servers had looked our way, but offered no assistance. Also, 6-8 employees were consistently standing around the counter where you pick up to go orders, although nobody was picking anything up. It was more of a social gathering.
