They were able to squeeze my toy Yorkie in the same day and she was cut exactly how I wanted for the heatwave. They took great care of her and I'll be sure to return. The prices were very reasonable and you can tell that they take pride in their work and clientele. There is ample parking in the front and rear. The total service time did not exceed 3 hours and everyone was extremely friendly. Summer and I will most definitely be back!

I love that they take pictures daily and I was able to find one of him. I also love that they let the dogs run around ALL DAY. Most places keep the dogs in cages all day unless you pay a premium to have your dog out and about. I also appreciate the option to have him bathed before pickup. On his second visit he ended up with pink eye while he was there. Beyond grateful with how they rose to the occasion. I was immediately notified that his eye didn't look right. They asked if I would like their vet to take a look at him. Same day the vet looked at him, prescribed meds and I was able to seamlessly pay for the service. Upon my arrival back the next day to pick him up they shared with me how to give him his medicine and provided the vets information for follow up. The vet was responsive to my call and extremely helpful. The only not so fun parts is they are old school in booking stays so you can't book stays online and the check in process takes a little bit of time. So give yourself at least 10 minutes to check your dog in if you are boarding him otherwise drop off is quick if the dog is coming for day care only.

On Thursday morning we received a call that he was sick. we picked him up and within 10 hours he died with a diagnosis of infectious pneumonia that exacerbated and he went septic. we requested at least reimbursement for the boarding and some assistance with the exorbitant costs to save his life. Since their insurance denied claim we received no reimbursement not even a sympathy card. No words can express our sadness over the last of our sweet puppy.

Got call back on July 10th and they left a message advising they set appointment for a Thursday. Called back to advise I can't do a week day as I can't take a day off work to take dogs to groomer. Was told next Saturday appointment was on August 21st.. as I was saying that was too long to wait was hung up on... called back to speak to owner and was told she wasn't there.. left message and finally heard back on 7/15, 5 days later.. I wish there were other groomers to choose from.. oh wait, there are.. lost a client of over 12 years due to lack of concern.. business must be really good.

I simply asked for clarification on my bill after being charged nearly $200 for what was supposed to be a bath and small trim. Instead of explaining the charges, the owner immediately became hostile and defensive. If you look through the reviews, you'll notice a pattern of similar complaints -- yet many of the one-star reviews seem to mysteriously disappear. Completely unacceptable behavior from a business owner. I will never return.
