I was looking for a hand car and I found this one on the way going to one. The price is very reasonable. The package are simple and understandable. They wash the foam it up real nice have tree sap and they took it out when the car comes out. You have one guy that takes his time with your vehicle inside and out. It wasn't dripping wet when I got in the car after they drive like some places, the guy took his time with my vehicle like I said, clean the windows correctly beautiful. I got an extra stuff on on the shiny part of it a certain wax. And I was getting lotta compliments so these guys are really good. They'll jump on your vehicle again. One guy looks like it stays with yours and just works on your vehicle alone and it wasn't a rush job so yes, I recommend. read more

I was absolutely blown away by the service and quality here. I don't think that I can ever go to another car wash after the way these guys go all out. From start to finish, everything was absolutely flawless. I have never seen a car wash place put so much time and effort into washing. They truly do deserve more than five stars so if I could, I would definitely rate that. Lately when I have gone to car wash spots, I find that even though the car looks clean, it doesn't really feel clean. After getting in the car here, after our wash, the car smelled absolutely incredible and looked cleaner than the first day that we got it and drove it off the lot. Me and the wife used bubble bath hand car wash for a few years. Now it appears to be new owners and with that a rise in prices. Coupons were $2 off your next wash. Now it's $1. It use to cost $19 for a vacuum, wash and tire shine. Now $20 for just an exterior wash. Today is my last wah at this establishment. It took forever just to get my car dried off after my wash. They don't have enough employees to get you in and out in a timely manner. Time to look elsewhere. read more

Easily one of the worst hand washes I've ever had. Rushed job, didn't dry anything properly, I basically traded dirt spots for water spots and surface scratches from the towel I saw them use on multiple cars in a row. Will not be returning. I hate to say it, because I believe in the integrity of Yelp, but I am fairly certain the higher-rated reviews are bought or the reviewers are familiar with the owner. read more

I had to give one star to leave a review but I would give it a zero. Today a man by the name of Juan was verbally abusive to may mother in law. He was vey disrespectful. Not only was he disrespectful but the car wasn't cleaned properly. Honestly, this place is not good. I've been here 3 times already, and after the first time I already had a bad impression because they missed almost the entire roof of my little scion xD (it's a SHORT car) but I thought I would give them another chance because they're so close to my house. But after this most recent time of them AGAIN missing parts on my roof, rear, AND forgetting to vacuum my trunk, I'm done with this place. On top of it all, they were cleaning a car in the middle of the exit even there there were plenty of spots open in the lot and I had to ask someone of they could move so I could leave! Terrible service. The guy was rushing while vacuuming the interior. When I asked him to slow down and take his time the owner a little short rude man came over to me and said "if you don't like the service don't come back" I was completely appalled by his response as a business owner I expected more professionalism from him. I would never spend another dollar in that establishment. The owner was yelling on the top of his lungs like a mad man. Yes it cheap and convenient however customer service is more important to me , with that being said..... I'll pass. *1 star bc won't let me continue w/o. Would be no star if I had the choice. I have to say I am not happy and completely dissatisfied with the service and treatment I received yesterday by this place. As soon as my car was brought in, it was done. They guys barely(no exaggeration)touched it with the sponge and soap and what did have soap(the roof)wasn't even rinsed off! They rearranged my seat and put my car in reverse so quickly I almost leaped thru the office window. When I inspected the car there were obvious areas still filthy(including the windshield). When I went in to the office and asked for the manager, I was given the "No manager here". I asked again and given the same. The woman did come out said whatever to the guys who were drying, smearing and scratching my car with the dirt but nothing changed, no apology, no rewash, no discount. Best & Most affordable car wash in the Westchester! On Wednesday's they have the Female and Senior discount. A regular wash is $12 on Wednesday's it's $10. Also at the end of your receipt there is always a $2 coupon for your next visit. The employees take their time with each car. The visit is always worth it! They accept credit and cash. There's a little waiting area to sit while your car gets clean which includes small selection of snacks as well. Staff is very friendly prices are reasonable. Highly recommend. Firstly the rating I would select is NO STARS! This is a perfect example of poorly run hand car wash wash. During the hand drying process an attendant at the wash almost ripped part of the rear lid nameplate off of my car. There was no one present in the capacity as Manager to talk to. This is the second time that they ripped the nameplate loose. The first time about a year ago it was completely missing and had to be replaced. This time I caught it hanging loosely before I got into my car to leave and brought it to their attention. One of the attendants claims it was caused by the pressure power washer, which is BS because I almost always hand wash it myself while utilizing a power wash wand. There's no manager on site. If you have a problem your on your own or you need to call the police. They do not dry and spray wax with care. They're more concerned with the speed & volume of cars than with the care of them. I hope no one with a luxury car will take the risk of going here particularly if you drive a ultra luxury vehicle as do I. I'm done with them. I'm going back to the self-service power wash and perform the task myself. I can do it myself properly and without damaging my vehicles. To add insult to injury they didn't even clean the windshield.
