Anyway, fast forwarding.... In the middle of the groom session he called me to come pick up my dogs because he couldn't handle it. He 1/2 way shaved down one of my dogs to the skin and did not touch the other. So I picked up my 1/2 shaven, naked & butchered dog and my untouched dog. If he didn't understand the assignment, he shouldn't have taken the job. I called another groomer and explained the same thing and the situation and the other groomer took me right away and had my dogs looking and smelling nice in no time. She then tells me that she can take my little one to start the process of nail trimming while I'm at the bank and not to worry. By the time I got back my fur baby was already done! The kind lady brought her from the back and she was so happy and smiley!
