Sam did an absolutely amazing job with my dog Zeus. He had been through a lot -- hot spots, a pulled nail, painful bandages, and red crusty spots from healing blood that I just couldn't clean. Zeus would growl or grab when I tried to help, but Sam handled him with such care and patience. He cleaned everything thoroughly, literally the crusty spots that started as hotspots , removed the bandages, and even took off Zeus's cone and put it back on with no problem. Fantastic experience, we have a reactive dog and were worried even though he's never actually bit a person but has other dogs. 2 weeks ago I had 2 of my dogs groomed. Their bodies were shaved well but their heads especially their faces make me want to cry every time I look at them. Their heads are chopped so uneven and awful. I tried to contact them privately a week ago with no response. I used them twice before and they did well but this time... its awful and with no response.... I couldn't in good faith recommend them to shave your sheep. I requested a service of washing and trim for my cat. When the groomer came back to return him to me, my stomach flipped! My cat's coat was horrific!! There had been patches all over him and not a single area of smooth trimming. The groomer was particularly young, looked to be no more than 19 years old. It was claimed that she couldn't get my cat to stay still, but this is not the first time we've been serviced by a grooming company, and not at all did we have the same experience. May, I will never ever threaten anyone. If I say I am going to do something, I do it. You do not know me well enough to say anything about me or what I threatened to do. I NEVER EXPECT ANYTHING FOR FREE. That is where you are very wrong. I did not get what I paid for. There was neglect from your groomer who says she's been in the business 16 years. That is a very serious action of leaving a cotton ball in my dogs ear. I spoke with my vet and he told me if I did not catch that it could have let to a major infection. Why would I want a complimentary dog wash when the first one was horrible. That was and still is my impression of your company. I am a business owner myself. If I make a mistake, I own up to it and give a refund. That is the nature of owning your own business. read more
