Was craving a late night boba with a friend and luckily this place was still open! You can self-order at their kiosks which have tons of options for drinks, toppings, and ice creams. Was a little suspicious of how pink the ube drink looked on the virtual menu, but it came out the normal color in-person. The drink was tasty and I was intrigued by the canned format with a metal lid. They even put a cut little plant sprout hairclip on each drink (made me feel like Wall-E). The staff was quick with the service and nice enough to offer a sample of their ice cream (tried Cookie Monster with matcha boba and pure milk with brown sugar boba, both tasty). Glad Diamond Bar is getting more boba options with this place taking the prize on presentation and variety by offering soft ice cream too (with waffle cones of multiple flavors)

First time here! So delicious! The employee was nice and helpful. The taro flavor was great! Love the Cookie Monster flavor too. I chose the lavender cone and it was so flavorful! Over all very delicious and will come back again! Parking was easy. The shop is tugged away at the very end corner of the plaza.

Cute new boba and milky, soft serve local ice cream place! I'm a fan of the milk soft serve ice cream in K-town, but I'd be damned to make that trip just for some ice cream, so when I heard that we had one of these open up nearby, by the Paris Baguette owners no less, I knew I had to try! You can order via a touch screen kiosk or if you need extra assistance, the cashier was super helpful to the party ahead of me. Ice cream comes with the option of a single flavor or swirled in a cup (they were out of ube/taro when I was there), in a cone, or upside down in a cup with a cone on top to avoid a mess! I got this option and you can add toppings as well from the screen (I think these toppings had an extra cost to it) or at the end which had no extra cost. Very generous! These end toppings included chocolate chips, graham cracker crumbs, rainbow sprinkles, etc. I opted for only mochi and got a generous helping! The worker also gave a cute little plant sprout clip and a small chocolate stick. I'm not sure if it was intentional, but it looked like a little garden gnome with a sprout reed in his mouth? Either way it was super cute! Loved the attention to detail. What also makes this place unique is the wide variety of cones you can choose too and they're not just colorful, they're different flavors too! This includes red velvet, lavender, matcha, orange creamsicle, birthday cake, etc. I got the salted blue corn and it is a slightly salty cone, reminiscent of corn chips, but with a waffle cone texture if that makes any sense. Went great with my milk and strawberry swirl that was creamy and not too sweet and the chewiness of the mochi. Will definitely come back to try more of their flavors with more ice cream cone combos!

Somi somi is def better, but the ice cream is not bad. I think they only had like 3 flavors (milk, milk strawberry swirl, and strawberry) available on the night I went...so that was kinda disappointing :(

Amazing ice cream and boba. Great service! Randomly found this place on Yelp and it's a new little gem that just opened up! Super cute interior, lots of different options for the waffle cone. 4 different soft serve ice cream flavors. Also boba tea options. We loved the soft serve ice cream with boba. First time visiting and they are brand new! There's free ice cream with boba purchase until the end of August! I got their free ube ice cream with matcha boba and it was actually very good. Both the ube ice cream and the matcha boba. I got their Vietnamese coffee milk tea and it was good but a bit too creamy/milky for me. My friend got the fruit drink and thought it was a bit too sweet. A very small place with limited outdoor seatings but you can always take it inside the "mall" area and find some seatings there.

This little cute boba place in the corner also serves ice cream. They recently opened the store and offered us to sample their ice cream in a cup with boba for no charge. The ice cream was really creamy and delicious. We tried the brown sugar boba which was good but a little chewy. They also offer a matcha flavored boba as well as a strawberry flavored one which I've never seen before. I ordered a small Peach Jasmine Green Tea with Brown Sugar Boba and the Original Milk Tea with Brown Sugar Boba. The service was wonderful. We enjoyed our drinks. They come in plastic cups that resembles a soda can which is really cute for photo ops. The top of the cup is even sealed with a pull-tab can top. Come check it out.

Choosing the ice cream and cone was so fun. There were so many flavored cones and they were all so colorful. The selection of ice cream wasn't very big but there were swirl options. I got the Cookie Monster ice cream in a blue salted corn cone. Every ice cream comes with two free toppings. I got Oreo crumbs and chocolate chips as toppings. The cone tasted kinda like a slightly sweet tortilla chip and it went really well with the ice cream. We went pretty late but they open late and there was only one worker that took great care of us. Definitely would come back!

Came here after dinner to satisfy my ice cream craving. The ice creams are around $6 and the serving is pretty generous. The cone flavor was birthday cake because I think it's extremely unique. I don't know many places that sell true milk, but I think the flavoring was a bit too sweet. All the ice cream comes with a free topping. The inside was extremely nice and clean. They have multiple kiosk to order from and you meet the worker in the front to choose your topping. The spoon even came with a cute leaflet!

came for some late night sweets! it is open late until 10 or 11 I believe. cute aesthetic shop. Got a large ice cream for $6 which is reasonably priced but it portions was def more than I thought it would be haha. Worker was very nice and helpful. they have outside seating as well with very nice decor. I've definitely had better soft serve however . It was good but their are better ice cream places out there. tasted more like froyo imo and would've liked it to be more creamy. Maybe will come back if I am in the area looking for a late night spot to go to! read more

Had a late night craving for something sweet and this shop was down the street from our hotel. We got lucky as we walked right up to the counter and a line quickly formed after us. What a cute hole in the wall! When arriving you're kind of surprised on how small it is. There is borderline no staff working. When I walked in i stood around for a minute or two and caught the hint to order on their self service machine. The person working would glance and almost hide when we'd make eye contact lol. Regardless of the service the ice cream was delicious!!! I ordered the Cookie Monster ice cream in a red velvet cone and topped it with Oreo crumbs and fruity pebbles. I guess you get free toppings because the worker let me choose what I wanted at no extra cost :) (shoutout to him) Their presentation and photo opps are immaculate. We ordered milk ice cream with cone, lemonade slushy and boba milk tea. None of them are good. The cone isn't fresh. We won't come again for sure. The another bad thing is them forced to add tip on kiosks setting when checking out. Only 1 thing made us smile is the little sprout clip. They clip it on each order. read more

Was in the mood for a mid-afternoon treat and stumbled upon this new little gem! I'm always interested to see how boba tea places differentiate themselves amongst the plethora of similar shops in SoCal, and Bubble N Cone has quite a few unique offerings that make it a must-try spot. First, they have a FANTASTIC wall of flavored cones for the soft serve, ranging from red velvet and toasted coconut to the more unique blue corn, matcha and orange creamsicle. We tried strawberry/milk swirl in a lavender cone and cookie monster in a birthday cake cone. Both were delicious! I loved that they were more fresh and frosty, rather than heavy and creamy. We were surprised and delighted when the super-friendly server (may have been the owner) asked us if we wanted toppings and so we cheerfully picked mochi and fruity pebbles to go on top, no extra charge. Second, they make their own housemade boba, and we were able to sample the matcha and strawberry bobas which were amazing, fresh and chewy, and bursting with flavor. I happily put the small sample cup's contents on top of my soft serve and made a mental note to just order it that way next time. We also sampled the drinks, noting the super-cute soda-can pop top on the containers. Another unique feature of this place is that you can get your milk tea drinks either "milk-based" or "tea-based". I wanted an earl gray milk tea, so I was able to choose milk with early gray tea powder or early gray tea with milk added - since that's what I'm used to, I went with the tea-based version but wondered that I will try the milk-based version of another drink next time so as to compare. I got mine with almond milk and it was not too sweet and had brown sugar boba. My daughter got a blue pineapple ade with lychee jelly and it was also tasty and not too sweet. Overall, we enjoyed the drinks, loved the soft serve and great service. I can see this quickly becoming a fav spot, and if we lived closer I'd return over and over! read more

They are open till 11 pm!!! Went there to cool down on a hot day. Our first but won't be the last visit to this place. The ice cream was really good not too creamy or too sweet and the variety of cones were great. We tried the birthday cake, coconut, and lavender - awesome !!! Super sweet and generous staff! I originally ordered the Cookie Monster ice cream, but the machine was down, so they offered me something else instead, which I didn't mind. We were excited to try this place but we were quickly disappointed. I ordered a Thai Tea and my husband ordered a pineapple slush. My Thai Tea tasted like a glass of milk! I took one sip And couldn't drink it. There was nothing Thai Tea about it! As for my husbands slushy, it tasted like a very watered down cup of ice. The only person who enjoyed their order was my daughter. She ordered the strawberry ice cream with matcha cone, her order was delicious. If we went back it would be for ice cream and a flavored cone, NOT any of the drinks! read more

Really good ambiance, can't sit inside and ice cream tasted great for the price and toppings. ONLY PROBLEM is...I poo'd the next day and had poop the color of tide dark detergent. I ordered the Cookie Monster (blue) and my poo came out blue-ish. Makes sense there's most likely food coloring. Heavy. I never experienced that in my life. Having blue poop. Would tread carefully coming here a lot unless owner or workers can provide clarity on this. read more

A small brightly lit corner store, that when you walk in you automatically draw your attention to their numerous flavored cones displayed on the wall. Not many flavor choices, but that's ok cause I'm a fan of the ones they have. I wasn't in the mood for ice cream but I did order a large Ube milk tea with almond milk. Came in a cute bottle, and it was soooo good. Next time I come back I'm eye on their taro and Cookie Monster flavored ice cream. read more

Me and my kids come here all the time for Boba. Best Boba ever. Good customer service. Place looks clean and has a cool vibe. Only problem is it's too slow and I'm afraid it will go out of business. Please keep this place open by getting Boba here. I say this for selfish reasons. I have no stake in this store and I don't know anyone affiliated with this business. Man I really wanted to like this place because its local and surprisingly closes at 11:00pm. Anyways my gf got the strawberry slushie and it was like SUPER bland.. Now I can usually eat stuff pretty bland but this was like straight up water. 0/10 stars. I think for sure it was made wrong but we already left the plaza and did not want to deal. I got the cookie monster ice cream. I will give it 7.5/10. Knocking some points off because its soft serve and not like actual ice cream and knocking some more points off because I was pooping blue and green the day after. My turds were coming out BLUE I was confused at first until I remembered I had this ice cream. I will probably give this place another go though, maybe they just made the strawberry slushie wrong. read more

I'm a huge fan of their misty oolong milk tea, which they say is malty, roasty, and creamy. It's the ideal nutty milk tea that I envision. Their jasmine oolong milk tea is more floral so sometimes I go for that instead. I'll happily go to Torotea every time I'm in Diamond Bar, but I hope they open in OC soon!
