We are not Benson Boone fans, but surprised that they have Benson Boone's Moonbeam Icecream cookie for the week of 6/23-6/28/202,5, and it looked quite attractive. We ordered that one, chocolate cheese cake, and wedding cake cookies. Benson Boone's Moonbeam Ice Cream cookie- it had cookies & cream pieces with moonbeam ice cream-inspired lemon, berry, and marshmallow toppings, and finished with a sweet white drizzle and a final sprinkle of cookies & cream. We liked this moonbeam flavor. Chocolate Cheesecake Cookie - it had cookies & cream crust, and it was dressed with chocolate whipped cream, a pool of chocolate ganache, and chocolate curls. It was a bit too sweet for me. Wedding cake cookie- it was a soft, vanilla bean cookie topped with vanilla and raspberry frostings and white chocolate pearls. It tasted so good, and we liked the white chocolate pearls so much. The color looked so attractive. FYI, for the week of 6/23-6/28, it had a special Crumbl x Benson Boone box, and the staff also gave out his stickers. You will like it if you are his fan. read more

Stopped by Crumbl because I've been seeing their cookies everywhere and finally wanted to try them for myself. The selection when I went was a little limited, but I still picked up the 6-pack to sample a variety of flavors: Double Chocolate, Dubai Chocolate Cheesecake, Oreo Tres Leches, Blueberry Pancake, Reese's Peanut Butter, and their classic Chocolate Chip. Out of all of them, the Oreo Tres Leches was hands-down our favorite -- super soft, creamy, and had the perfect balance of flavors without being overly sweet. I wish I grabbed a second one! The other flavors were good, but most leaned pretty sweet for our taste, especially the Dubai Chocolate and the heavier chocolate-based ones. If you're someone who loves rich, sugary desserts, you'll probably be in heaven. For me, a few bites were enough. Overall, still a fun treat to try, and I can see why people get excited about their rotating menu. I'd come back again on a week where the flavors look more up my alley -- especially anything with tres leches or lighter flavors! read more

Ok ,so I've been here a few times and every time I go I'm hoping I will end up liking the cookies more but I realized that they are just underwhelming to me. I think the best cookie here is the chocolate chip one and the others are just too undercooked and sweet for me. The service is always welcoming and nice though. Came in for 6 mini cookies and they tasted like chemicals. I called the store and was told to bring the cookies back. They gave us a new box, but those tasted like chemicals too. The girl working there said they don't use cleaning agents and don't spray, but we literally watched her holding a spray bottle and a rag. After trying the second batch and tasting chemicals again, I asked for a refund. Instead, I was handed a business card with a phone number for a different location. Then I was told I had to email for a refund. Absolutely ridiculous that for a defective product I have to jump through hoops instead of getting a simple refund right away. read more

Gimmicky! Not a good location, limited flavors and poor service. Been to several Crumbl locations, so I was excited to try this location when it just recently open up, sadly the experience was sub par. There was only 6 flavors, so we got one of each. All of them are powdery tasting, and very ordingary. The only one that was more representative of the Crumbl cookies I'm used to having is the peanut butter flavor. Plus, $5 for a cookie is definitely pretty steep for something that doesn't even taste good. Staff was not very nice, and didn't know how to smile. Very cold and rude. AVOID! read more

I must've gotten really lucky with the flavor I started with because I've heard that it can be a hit or miss. I've never been to Crumbl ever in my life and today was finally the day! The carrot cake flavor caught my eye so I was actually able to redeem that one with a coupon that I received. It was amazing. Of course, eating the entire thing at once is too decadent, but a few bites are all you need. The cream cheese frosting with the soft, chewy carrot cake cookie is perfection. I went super early in the morning so there was no line and the worker who helped me was really kind. I watched her assemble the cookie by frosting it and putting on the pecan garnish. I come to this location often but the last two times I came here the cookies tasted like cleaning agent and smelled like it too. All of my co workers tasted the cookies and agreed. A new cookie spot has opened and it was my first time trying this place. They have other locations but I am glad they opened in the city of Diamond Bar. It is literally in the same plaza as Chilis, Starbucks, and Target. So if you are coming to this plaza you can go and try this new cookie spot. Got an order of six cookies two chocolate cookies and cream, two churros, one milk chocolate, and one classic pink sugar. Shared it between friends and my favorites are churros and the classic pink. I like these two the most because of the flavor it has. The classic pink tastes light and the churros do as well. There might be a tad bit too much frosting for me so I didn't have all of it. You can easily take it off if you are not a frosting person. But I would still say to try a little bit of frosting with the cookie. I have been to Crumbl before, just like this location. It is located in the same plaza as the Target in Diamond Bar. The store was really clean and nice. I like opening, so you could see the baking that they did in the back. It smells so good in there, smells like sweets and sugar! Like when you are baking cookies at home and the whole house smells. The team members were really nice. Everyone was very friendly, greeted me, and wish me a wonderful day! I went in to get a cookie. They all looked really good. There was a display of cookies at the register, so you know exactly what's there this week. They usually change your menu every week. So if you like something, make sure to go pack before the end of the week! Some cookies are sold cool, and some are so hot. Keep that in mind, when picking your cookie. I ended up picking the chocolate salted caramel. It was really nice. The chocolate cookie wasn't too sweet, so the caramel enhanced it. The sea salt really made it better. Very unique, with a puddled center of milk chocolate, topped with real pieces of cereal and powdered sugar, it has a variety of flavors to make every bite interesting. Chocolate Green Mint - my absolute favorite of the bunch. I've always been a fan of mint chip ice cream, but was hesitant on this one. Green mint frosting was smothered on this chocolate cookie, which was then sprinkled with bits of cookie. It was VERY rich and I savored every bite. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk - True to its name, this was well-balanced and sweet, but not as sweet as the other cookies I'd ordered. Still solid, and pretty tasty. Milk Chocolate Chip - The OG. Can never go wrong with a milk chocolate chip cookie. Service is great here! The staff was very patient and more than happy to answer any and all the questions my friends and I had! Never once gave us an attitude or give us a short answer! They all seem to really enjoy their job which makes it a very pleasant experience! Cookies are delicious but personally a little too sweet for my liking! I normally don't like super sweet stuff but have had their cookie and was craving it! When I went they had a bunch of sugar cookie options so maybe that's why. We came in with our free cookie mailer but ended up getting another one cause everything looked so good! I know the flavors change every week but last week we got the Lava Cake which was super rich in chocolate and had a gooey center and dusted with powdered sugar and we also got the Cookie Butter which had cookie butter cream (Biscoff) on top with some crumbles. Both were absolutely delicious although very sugar heavy. It's great as a treat and I saw that they had mini versions of the cookies for catering so ya'll know what I'm bringing.
