It feels geared more toward younger kids, and some of the exhibits looked a little tired or were out of order, but the ball pit was fun. It wasn't very busy when we went, so we pretty much had the place to ourselves to roam around and explore. I could see it getting a little hectic when it's crowded though. What could improve? All of it! We were swayed by social media photos and reviews. If you've never been outside of the US or even WA then I would sorta understand why you think it's a good place to waste your money. It's not worth paying over $100 for 4 and we are basically done within an hour. It is also ridiculous to pay $5 processing fee PER ticket when you reserve online. That's additional $20 just because you bought tickets online! Really?! Kicking myself for buying those tickets! You also have to pay $7 for parking when even Bellevue Square do not charge you. The building was extremely dirty inside and we went early in the morning on a Saturday. They were not even crowded yet. I asked the employee if the restrooms were clean and he said "I think so, We only clean them once a day ". That response told me everything that I needed to know, I did not go into the restroom to inspect. The carpets are filthy. The fans in the bubble room are incredibly dusty for the price that we paid, including parking admission and an extra five dollars per person for the virtual reality. This was not worth the expense. Dirty place that has been totally neglected. Minimal amount of balloons and bubbles. Lots of things were missing or closed and very disappointing. I felt like I needed a shower after leaving. (Hand sanitizers were out as well). The "locker" we paid for had no lock and anyone can access it. Save your money and skip it. read more

This place was amazing, a fun experience for my 8 year old. They had rooms with different themes, and you could go through the rooms as many times as you wanted. We went on a slow day so it was nice it wasn't crowded, and there was not wait for any of the activities. When this place opened up I was told there were way too many people thye let through. I got the VIP package for my daughter. It included a seperated check in line so you could get in faster, a VR experience, and a poster (remember to ask for the poster at the gift shop they do not remind you). I also got the souvenier package which was dissapointing, for $15 it included a bubble wand, a squishy pen, and one rubber duck. The description mentioned bath toys plural, which was not the case. Parking was a few dollars cheaper if bought online, for how much entry was, parking should have been included. Cute place to check out with the kiddos, especially on a rainy day when there's not much else to do. I gave this a 3-star rating because honestly there was not much to do for the kiddos in terms of engaging activities. The part our kids enjoyed the most was running around the room filled with the pink balloons (there's a smaller room with blue balloons, same idea). There's a big ball pit area but due to safety reasons children can't jump or do much really other than walk around in it. I was grossed out by the bathroom. Despite seeing some not-so-great reviews, my daughter and I had a wonderful time at Bubble Planet today (Sunday at 9:30 AM)! This experience is definitely geared toward all ages but is especially fun for younger kids. There are lots of interactive rooms to explore and enjoy. The center of the experience is where you'll find the bathrooms, a small ball pit for kids, six selfie/photo stations, snacks and drinks, and a place to sit and relax if you need a break. From there, the experience continues with more fun areas, including a larger ball pit and a light room--those were our favorites! Toward the end, there's a gift shop where you can purchase a photo they take at the beginning, plus a coloring area for kids and some cool virtual games. Overall, we had a great time! Just a heads-up: if you park in the nearby lots, there's a $7 parking fee. read more

A fun, interactive place to go to in Bellevue! Tickets were around $35 and I'd say that it was worth around that price for the things they offered. There were several themed rooms that were really cool and fun. My personal favorite was the bath tub that was filled up with balls. This place offers many opportunities for aesthetic photos. The service was kind of good. Some of the employees were nice and helpful. If you're looking for something new to do or looking to plan a date, I'd recommend coming here! It's a one time experience type of place. My kiddos probably enjoyed it more because they came with friends. Love most of the rooms unique ways of expressing bubbles. Some rooms were lesser entertaining and we would quickly move on to the next. Some of the staff were so so annoyingly rude. They kept yelling at the kids to keep the balloons in the pit or in the room when it really isn't that easy to do so. Overpriced but I understand that they have lots of staff to pay. I was extremely disappointed with our experience at Bubble Planet, mainly due to the condition of the bathrooms. They were absolutely disgusting and honestly felt like a health code violation. With so many small children and parents attending, including mothers who need to change diapers, this is completely unacceptable. There was no toilet paper, no toilet seat liners, and the bathrooms looked like they hadn't been checked or cleaned at all. It's shocking that staff would allow them to get into that condition. On top of that, it was extremely hot inside, which made the experience even more uncomfortable--especially for kids and families already dealing with crowded spaces. This place should be far more accommodating to parents, especially those with special needs children. When you're spending a significant amount of money on tickets--plus paying for parking--you expect at least basic cleanliness, comfort, and functionality. To make matters worse, the parking situation felt disorganized. The person working parking didn't even check to see if we had paid, which makes you question what you're actually paying for. Overall, the experience did not match the price at all. The concept may be fun, but poor maintenance, lack of cleanliness, heat inside the venue, and disorganization really ruined it for us. I wouldn't recommend it unless major improvements are made, especially when it comes to sanitation and guest care. read more

I wanted to jump in and share my thoughts on Bubble Planet as we had a different experience than the current reviews. We had a 9:30 slot on a Sunday and I think that's a big factor to our overall experience. Because we had an earlier timeslot, we didn't have to wait for any of the exhibits. There were 2 adults and a kid in our party and everyone enjoyed the exhibits, especially the bubble bath pit. I've been going to experiential/immersive pop-ups for almost a decade and I would say this one isn't bad at all. They curated a nice variety of experiences that are on theme. Now the cons: 1. We really should not be paying for parking when we already paid for tickets. 2. People had the impression that this was a scam because it opened later than scheduled and it seems they had poor communication with the ticket holders. Hopefully, that's been resolved but yeah, this isn't a scam. I would say it's still worth checking out. Try to get an earlier timeslot for shorter wait times and fewer people. read more

Took about an hour to go through all the rooms with the 2 kiddos and their favorite was the room full of balloons. The light and mirror room was quite small and the bubble machine room didn't produce that many bubbles and floor was extra sticky. Overall, it wasn't bad for the reduced pricing on Wednesday but wouldn't want to pay full price for this event. Located in the old Toys R Us location in Bellevue. We went on the second day that Bubble Planet had opened. Something different and fun but it's definitely a one time experience. I can't picture going back again. Reminded me of the Harry Potter experience that was in Bravern last year. Different rooms you walk thru and experience at your own pace. Things to know: - pay for parking in the lot( I think it was $7? ) Im sure you could park in any surrounding area though. - bathrooms are located in the middle of the experience ( when you get to the snack/selfie area it's kind of hidden back in there). -Kids 2 and under are free - there are multiple rooms but because they have occupancy limits per room you may end up waiting ( giant bubble bath /ball pit room) had a wait and I expect this could get long during peak times as no one was getting out of that room. - bring socks! For ball pit. Trust me its worth it- for all ages. At first I didn't go in, but glad I did. - bring a wristlet or something to attach your phone too as I almost lost mine twice - in the balloon room and the ball pit. - eat beforehand. There's snacks like chips, cookies, candy bars, pocky, goldfish, rice cakes, pickle chips, sun chips. Drinks included juice boxes, water bottles, izze juice cans, coconut water, and starbucks frappe bottles. ( but didnt see any kid low tabletops. Only benches and high bartops) -theres a little tiny ball pit in the food and bev/selfie area. The rooms we spent time in: - LED room: the floor with fish and turtles projected and surrounded by mirrors was really cool. Made you feel like you were underwater. -Bubble Ocean: room filled with tons of giant pink balloons. ( tons of fun but little Kids will get swallowed up) - Bubble Bath: giant ball pit with TONS of clear balls. We could have spent an entire afternoon in this. Make sure you watch your kids! No attendants really supervising for rough play. Some kids were being a little rowdy and I expect some injuries at somepoint in this room. You can't climb on the inflatable feet/legs/head but kids were tempted. - Sphere- cool room that echoes but you may have to wait for this one as I think they were only letting in 5-6 at a time. - In selfie room area, there's one that's a cool optical illusion with a table. Recommend trying this one with someone videoing on other side. - before you enter VR room there's a tunnel room that lets out bubbles like the size of a car wash. We missed the bubbles at first cause we waited for someone in our group before entering it. If this happens to you, just go back a few feet towards hallway to set off those sensors and experience the bubbles coming from ceiling. -VR - approved by a couple of 10 year olds. They loved the chairs and the VR. Worth the extra $5. - the gift shop had some fun games and a really cool art station where you color in a fish/sub and it comes to life on the screen. We had to figure this out on our own as no employee was present. The button says emergency or something like that but you need to press that in the box to bring your coloring to life. Its really cool. We had fun with that area Cons: -The giant bubble in selfie area wasn't working. Im wondering if more solution was needed? Looked like a cool concept though - photographer was recharging camera up when we got there so we missed out of photo op at beginning. - having no one really working in the selfie area or the mirror balloon area was problematic. Just could have used some supervision and help controlling flow of people. Lots of balloons popping in the mirror balloon room. -no one working the sock purchase stand in bubble bath room. Had to wait a few for someone to come along. Picky things: crayons at end were for like toddlers. Would have been better with regular sized crayons and more colors. Gift shop selection - could have used a giant bubble kit. Like the ones with rope. Selection seemed like dollar store items marked up. It looks big but its just a bunch of repeat items. read more

Highly recommend if you have children. They will very much enjoy this place. Lots of interactive rooms and adults can enjoy it, too. My friends and I only went just to check it out and do something different. The only thing that threw me off was having to go through the entire place just to go to the bathroom. Mildly impressive sensory overload in an air conditioned and kind of gross facility. We went on a Friday morning so tickets were about $30+ fees for adults, parking $5. My daughter is not yet 3 so she did not need a ticket. I was under the impression that this place would be kid friendly so I was a little taken aback when we walked in and noticed the music was so loud and eerie sounding. Exhibits included a room with huge pink balloons, clear ball pool, room with foil balloons being blown around by fans, bubble room, and a light illusion room. I will say my kid enjoyed the clear ball pool a lot as well as a photo op area with lots of rubber duckies. The eating area was mostly vending machine type snacks. The carpet throughout the facility was heavily stained. The bathroom was small and barely clean. Overall it took us about 60 minutes to walk through. There was a VR exhibit at the end for $5 more which I thought was not very tasteful. Would definitely not recommend coming on a weekend and I think this would be more appropriate for kids age 5-12. read more

I was excited to check out this place with my kids. The day I went I only took my youngest. The best part of this experience was that it was interactive. The room with the giant human and ball pit had creepy music and strange existential quotes on the hallways. This place was a fun place to kill time and get pictures. However, both my son and family member got sick after visiting. There's a reason why McD got rid of their ball pits. Lots of surface area and hard to sanitize. It's all fun until you get sick from the kids touching everything. I wanted to bring my older kids at a later visit but I don't think I will. It isn't worth getting sick over. Brought my kids here (7 & 9) for the first time. My son enjoyed it more than my daughter. Honestly, it's a bit overpriced for what it is. Would be more enjoyable if adults weren't charged entry, not to mention fever charges an additional $5 processing fee per person for booking. The bathroom is so unkept and dirty. You walk through room to room; each with a unique, fun theme, although nothing was exciting enough to keep my kids wanting to stay there long enough to make feeling like the amount we spent was worth it. We went mid week, so the price was cheaper than going on weekends or peak days. I would be disappointed had we spent more than we did, but still a disappointment nonetheless. My biggest issue was how rude an older gentleman staff was to my daughter. I'm aware we were told the rules, but kids are kids and forget sometimes. He could have told me and I could have told my daughter or he could have spoken to her much nicer, but he was straight up rude and disrespectful to her in the way that he spoke. Staff should have no business working at a family oriented space if they don't know how to interact properly with children (and no, my kids are no overly sensitive people). This was actually really fun. It wasn't what I was expecting and had a lot more activities, pleasant surprise. I believe it was worth the money. I will say that this staff is incredibly hard working and dealing with being understaffed. With the amount of people that were there on a Sunday, there should have been far more staff members to help with customer service issues. This place is way overpriced for the experience you get. It was $68 for myself and my 5 year old on a Monday paid onsite. They also charge you $7 to park if you can't find street parking. The staff was friendly but you're paying $70 for a glorified ball pit that smells like latex contraception from all the balloons. There is also a section that is extremely sticky on your shoes.
