Refund policy and transfer day/time is out of customer control, when events are not controlled by customer that impacts the ticket they paid for can't be refunded. Accident occurred on Freeway doubled up with construction didn't allow for my family to make it on-time to the reserved time. When reaching the app it wouldn't even allow to add flex pass to the existing ticket to protect what was already purchased and still be able to have the "looks like wonderful experience". Customer care agent was not willing to see to human side of situation to forward to another day. I paid for the VIP package, the photo add on and the souvenir package as well as parking to no refund or retrieval of souvenirs. I'm out 180.00 and can't experience what I paid for. My 6 yr old is heartbroken w/ tears on her birthday. We had to drive 2 hours back and forth not including being stuck in traffic hours. read more

Cons - hot , warm , crowded . Had to pay for parking . Need more employee to control flow of each selection of play room . People keep cutting . They should keep a time slot management of amount of people in the building . It took us 30mins to wait for the big pit . Recommend to bring ur own water n snack to this place !!! Sincerely shocked at how rude one employee was at this place. He was yelling at customers/children and tried to grab my 3 year old grandson at one point to get him off hanging lights. I was in the process of telling him he cannot tough the lights - of course they are ALL over the room and how would he know at first not to touch the lights! I was keeping a close eye on this (approx 30 year old male) because of the way he was yelling at children throughout the rooms. Will NEVER go back. read more

It was horrible and dirty. We took a group of kids ages 5-12. There was trash on the ground throughout. I have pictures. The staff was all on their phones. No one could help us without directing us to an online service hub and more. Do not recommend. Don't waste your money. read more

The idea was nice, but the organization was a disaster. Yesterday, we had to wait in a long line for about 40 minutes just so the kids could go on the balloons or play in the ball pit. It's no fun standing in line with three excited children who just want to play. On top of that, it was so hot and the air was so stuffy that we started feeling sick. Such a shame. Its so expensive. We bought tickets and went a later than the time suggested but still within the time on ticket and it wasn't busy at all and was told we couldn't go in, they suggested to come a different date to get the full experience, then they told us sorry we cant change the date on our ticket and also wouldn't refund!!! Why would they tell us we could come back if theyre going to be so greedy and say no?? Took my 10 year old with a friend, so glad I went on a wednesday which was the cheapest day. Even on the cheap day way over priced , my child kept asking g where the other rooms are. The advisement is misleading, I might of been able to look at the bright side but the AC was broken the poor worker said it's been out for way over a week, it had to be 80* plus in there. No fans to help cool it down for the guest, the best attraction their was the ball put it was a 20 minute wait in excruciating heat my friend and I was waiting with our children and just couldn't believe they had no fans this little hall way while we waited, even my child says I'm ready to go. It's just too hot here mom it was cooler outside than inside. So to begin with it was way overpriced and not to have the AC working was just ridiculous I would never go again not worth the money or the sweat. read more

Honestly I dont know how anyone can give more than 2* the admission price is ridiculous, pay for parking is even more ridiculous its the old toys r us in bellevue parking lot! It was absolutely filthy when we went the carpet was nasty! Honestly the exhibits were pretty cool BUT you walk through in 32min! Not worth the money IMO! At the end was a ridiculous store overpriced after paying for parking/admission! Also a few exhibits were not working/broken AND its extra money to enter the VR section! If your going to charge this much for entrance have a REAL concession or better yet food! There was a table set up with chips and water/beverage (a joke) Finally the jumping pit with the man! It stunk repulsive of feet and even the employees trying to find someone's phone who fell in this nasty pit was disgusted! Idk what these positive reviews are about and I will always give a place a 2nd chance but this is a HARD NO! If they fix all im talking about, great! For one adult and two kids, including parking, a photo, and the VR experience: I spent over $100 bucks. In & out of there in 30 minutes. The lamest place ever!! Especially for 11 & 12 year olds. Some of the interactive stuff didn't work. The VR headsets my grandsons had glitched out and lost power before it was over. I was going to tell the attendant, but my grandsons were just ready to leave this lame place. The VR show was real trippy with AI cheap art and just weird. The snacks offered to purchase are just individual Frito Lay chips and drinks from Costco. Don't waste your money! read more

I can't really say what the experience is like. I had purchased 5 tickets to use the day after I arrived in Seattle. I was really looking forward to it and to getting my mind off some things we'd gone through with floods in Texas - we lost children at one of our local schools. It was hard to drive down the street without feeling emotionally overwhelmed seeing the ribbons around all the neighborhood trees.. just devastating .. so I was excited about escaping my own sorrow, which obviously couldn't even begin to compare for one second to those who'd lost their children, for a bit with this experience, My flight was cancelled due to weather, and our flight the next day got in too late to make it to the scheduled event. I contacted them the morning of the event (which was not until 6:00 p.m. that evening) asking first if I could reschedule. They responded with a firm no. So I requested a refund. Another firm no. So, $200 gone. I had no control over my flight. They DID have control over their own process, and could have easily verified the information I gave them, but chose not to care, thus, in my mind, stealing my $200.00. My son felt bad for all of this (he lives in Seattle) and reached out to them. They seemed open to helping us and told him to have me to contact them from my e-mail, which I did. 3 weeks later, after multiple attempts to get a response, another firm "no." I even asked if, since my son lives in Seattle, if he could use two of the tickets. NO. Frankly, from this experience alone, I would never buy tickets from them again. I have booked food tours that allow cancellations/reschedules the same day. The hotel we were booked in even refunded the night we were not able to be there, and that was very unexpected, but wow, it really shows they care about their clients (Warwick Seattle - great stay). All that said, based on the experience I did have, no stars. Life happens. As we witnessed recently, life can be really short. People work hard for their money. A little flexibility would go a long way. I'm happy for those who were able to attend and enjoy the experience - it does look like fun and we can all use those moments to be kids again ourselves. But I personally will never engage Bubble Planet and/or Fever again. read more
