I needed this work done on rather short notice. I had made arrangements with another cleaning company but once they got there and saw the condition, they told me it required a deep clean and that would be a higher charge and it would require their specialized deep cleaning service. We agreed on a price, day and time for that service. When I specified things that I wanted to make sure came out clean, All of a sudden their specialized deep cleaning service was not available and I was told I would need to use another service. In other words, they could not live up to their promise and backed out of the agreement. I was left hanging and reached back out to Natalie who I had been in contact with previously. I explained the entire situation to her and she assured me that impeccable touch could get it done for me, at that price and when I needed it done. Her communication with me was excellent. The crew was there on time and worked for many hours to get the place as clean as I needed it. They even came back the next day to make sure everything was as I had asked. I could not recommend a business more highly than impeccable touch. They are as professional, capable and reliable as any service I have ever dealt with and I am not a kid anymore, unfortunately. Natalie herself is the kind of business person that I totally respect and I'm sorry to say there aren't enough of nowadays. A person that lives up to their word and does what they say they will do. A person who responds to you and communicates with their crew to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. I assure you that you will not be disappointed and you cannot go wrong with impeccable touch and especially Natalie. We were not home while they were cleaning. When we came back, everything looked generally clean, but the balcony, oven, and refrigerator were not cleaned at all, even though these services were supposed to be included. When we reached out to them, we said that we could overlook the balcony, but the oven and refrigerator were not done, despite being included. They apologized for the misunderstanding and said they would send someone to complete the job, but they never gave us a specific date. When I followed up, they said the cleaner who was supposed to come got sick and that they would get back to us. Another week passed, and we heard nothing, so I reached out again. They asked if we wanted to book another service, either deep cleaning or regular cleaning. I explained that I was not interested in booking anything else until they finished the previous service we had already paid for. They again said they would come soon, without giving any specific date. After following up once more, they continued to avoid giving a clear answer. It has now been a month, and no one has come back to complete the job. They are no longer responding and have effectively been ignoring us. Each time we contact them, we are told "tomorrow," but no one ever shows up. I am very disappointed with this level of service.

Alan initially came to the house to see what we specifically wanted done and provided an estimate later in the day. Two days later Alan's wife, Maria, and her crew, Lucy & Milene, spent 7 hours cleaning from top to bottom. Keep in mind that the house had no furniture in it. They cleaned areas we didn't even consider and took pictures before and during the process that they sent to us for our records. They even found and cleaned a ton of dog hair from the dishwasher drain. The master bedroom closet wire shelves had black caked on grime, when they were finished cleaning they looked new again. I can't say enough as to how appreciative we were for their thoroughness, professionalism, and kindness. We highly recommend this company!!!

We had two ladies come to clean our condo a couple weeks ago. It was also $20 more than the price we were quoted via text message, but overall they did a good job. My partner spoke with the owner and arranged bi-weekly cleanings at a slightly lower price. We asked that they come every other Thursday in the afternoon. Today, we found out less than 24 hours in advance that they can't come tomorrow afternoon and were told they would be here around 10-11am instead. This is not what we asked for, so we had to cancel. It's also the second time (out of 2) that we have had scheduling issues with this company. The first time we requested a morning cleaning and they said they had to come in the afternoon because we didn't confirm their phone call after already confirming via text message. Some of the other reviews indicate similar problems with scheduling, so we decided to go with another company that can accommodate our needs.
