When I first signed up, I was told it was simple: pay the monthly fee, put my clothes in the bag, and text them for pickup. Over time, they kept introducing new restrictions without prior notice, making the process increasingly frustrating. If they had been upfront about their policies, I would have respected them--but instead, I was repeatedly spoken to rudely whenever I requested service. It got to the point where I genuinely dreaded asking for laundry pickup because I knew that I would be spoken to disrespectfully. The customer service here is shockingly bad. I could go on about the many issues, but here are just a few examples: - They initially told me they would air dry any clothes I placed in a separate bag. Then, out of nowhere, they claimed they never offered air drying. - I was suddenly informed that I couldn't drop off my clothes after 11 AM--something I was never told when I signed up. - I included a small blanket in my laundry, only to be charged an extra $10 without any prior confirmation, simply because it was a "different texture." And the worst part is that their tone over text is consistently rude and unprofessional. Whoever manages customer communications needs serious training in basic customer service. There are plenty of better laundry services out there. Save your money and go elsewhere! I'm so relieved that I finally decided to cancel my subscription and go somewhere else; don't make the same mistake I did.

When there is issues with the laundry or payment, the store refuses to call they have the driver call with half the information. If you are bold enough to take the customers' money, you should be equally as bold to call the customer if their an issue. This is not how you do business. Especially one who has stood by the business through their transition. The worse if it is the person they have answering the phones doesn't even know how to explain the situation either. They don't do payments and it is someone else who does it. Its very frustrating when the service you are paying your money to complete a task doesn't know how to communicate to their clients. That is bad business practice.

They often call 10 minutes before arriving telling you they are at your door--if they have the correct address at all--which means you have to wait outside. Even if you're forced to take a work-from-home day because of their delays, the first few hours are still highly disruptive. On top of that, they have lost my laundry before and now rarely answer calls or texts. I used to love the convenience of this service, but unfortunately, I won't be using them again. This one was always clean, attendents were nice, and it was no fuss. Be aware, however, that customer loyalty means very little in the finer points. For example: If you wash at home and want to dry what you've washed they won't allow you this courtesy at their facility. This seems to be a fetish for a number of laundromats on the UES, especially if they are small: it upsets the flow of laundry in, laundry out. I don't think the owner ever shows up there so this is not negotiable. Understandable maybe, given that they must also fit in their drop off service loads. What's harder to understand is the minimum card charge on dry cleaning, especially when you drop off one item, and they don't tell you there is a minimum. Yes, there is a little sharpie-drawn notice off to the side, but it would be nice if the attendent would mention this at the drop-off. Not the attendent's fault, as they work very hard all day long. But this is an owner policy and decision. And after they are compelled to overcharge, they STILL decide to charge an extra 30 cents for the charge. At least the humor is free. And so, as the owner of my clothes, I too, have changed my policy, and made the decision to find another laundromat.

The bustle broke off the dress, and the back of the dress ended up having to be safety pinned in order for me to dance during the evening. If not for having very crafty friends and family, the poor job Natasha did would have really affected the evening. So here's my story ... I don't normally send my clothes out. I'm really particular when it comes to laundry and especially when it comes to sending it out (that happens like ONCE a year)!! This is the first time I'm writing a review about laundry because I'm pretty impressed. 1. Omar (the owner) is great! Called and spoke to him very down to earth, cool, and helpful! 2. was able to pay over the phone with debt card - Amen! 3. I sent everything!! I mean EVERYTHING!!! Clothes, towels, sheets, blankets, comforters, rugs, place mats, a coat, and even my dogs bed! It came back: - Neatly folded - CLEAN! - Smells Great, Looks Great! FINALLY!! FRESH!!!! THANK YOU!!!! I'm really big on the fresh scent and crisp look of clothes. So many places don't return it with a fresh scent and it's one of the major problems with laundry service. I was really concerned but they did a GREAT JOB! 4. Bubbles and Suds does NOT do same day service usually ... I asked if it was in any way possible since I was in a jam, was sending my laundry life, and LUCKILY for this time, they said YES!!! GREAT JOB BUBBLES & SUDS! Here's a breakdown of my bill - 38 lbs - $43.00 1 Queen Comforter - $10 2 small rugs - $10 It ended up being $63 (which I thought was a bit much and may choose to do the rugs/comforter myself next time to easily save $20) but the clothes were worth IT! This is the best laundromat in Bay Ridge. The owner is very respectful and watches out for his employees and his customers. I like the fact that they know us. They always greet their customers when we walk in. They keep the laundromat clean. There is a clean sink to rinse measuring cups. The bathroom is kept clean all the time. The ladies who work their are very well mannered and pleasant. I also find the driver of the pick up and drop off to be very respectful. I observed him carrying laundry in and out and driving around the neighborhood. I would say he is very careful They all work hard even the owner. It is by far the best laundryomat that I have ever done my clothes in. Oh I almost forgot sometimes there are contest for the customers and you have a chance to win a prize. Living without a washer and dryer is no easy thing, especially if you have a tendency to let it pile up and the have to lug heavy, overflowing laundry baskets up and down multiple flights of stairs and waste hours of your weekend trying to catch up on it all. After trying that for several months, I was fed up and decided to look into having it picked up. I honestly didn't think it would be something I could afford to do on a regular basis but thought I would try it once just to see. Working with Omar was a dream. Arranging pick up was super simple and the next day all my clothes were delivered, folded perfectly and smelling terrific and the cost was comparable to what I had been spending already at the coin laundromats. I was trying to find a new laundry service after our old one closed down, and Bubbles and Suds has a pickup/delivery service which I found very convenient; not every laundromat has this! I talked to the staff, they were very nice and helpful, and that night, we packed our laundry, and scheduled a pickup online! It was short notice, but the laundry was picked up close to the pickup window I chose, very prompt, a delivery was scheduled for the next night, and the delivery was right on time! Laundry was very clean and soft, folded so compactly I was wondering if this was the same bag that was picked up, only kidding, of course! I was frankly avoiding going to Bubbles & Suds because I felt bad for my laundry man a few blocks away, and that he'd be forced to go out of business (he does not do pick up and delivery). I'm a single mom to a toddler, and lugging our huge load of laundry back and forth along with a stroller was just getting too much, so I final gave Bubbles & Suds a call to pick up my 20-pound-plus laundry bag. AH-MAZING! Omar, the owner, picked up. He's well-spoken and wanting to please, and stopped by my apartment with his truck within an hour of my call. I moved this weekend and did not have the energy after the move, to drag all my laundry to a Laundromat. I found Bubbles & Suds on Yelp and chose them based on all the positive reviews and I am very happy that did. I used their website to schedule a pick up for Monday morning and received an email right away confirming. Omar arrived right on time and was super friendly and professional. first off the service here is amazing whether you are droppong off your laundry or actually doing it there. The place is extremely clean. I dont usually drop off my laundry but I would totally recommend bubbles and suds for drop off. They dont use cheap detergents and they fold your clothes so perfect. I had dropped off laundry that I said I would pick up and then last minute needed it delivered and I called and spoke to omar and they had got my laundry delievered a half an hour later which I really appreciated. bottom line this laundromat is amazing and I suggest everyone goes there. read more

I am so glad that Bubbles & Suds opened near my apartment; it is open 24 hours, and I have been using the delivery service -- sometimes I get a little lazy about doing my own laundry. The laundry service is great -- my clothes are neatly folded and organized, and I do not know how they get everything in my laundry bag so neatly and compact. Deliveries/pick-ups are prompt. The laundromat itself is clean with a nice selection of magazines. When I do laundry there, I have never waited for a dryer or washer. The staff is sweet and professional. read more

I dropped off my clothes here one night because the laundromat I was using was closed, and I've been a happy customer of Bubbles & Suds ever since. Their wash and fold pricing is great, and it's really nice being able to pay with a card instead of always needing to have cash. They also do a really good job with washing (even with bigger items like comforters), and turnaround times are quite quick. Bubbles & Suds is by far, one of the BEST Laundromats I've ever used! Gabriel, (their driver), is very sweet, kind and friendly - and NOT in a creepy way :)! This is the first time I've tried pick up and delivery laundry service and Bubbles & Suds made it a very pleasant experience. Omar was very helpful in answering all of my "first timer" questions regarding the services. I scheduled my 9am pick up about 12 hours prior and my laundry was back before 5pm the same day. Everything was folded perfectly it looked like it was ironed and it smelled so fresh. I couldn't wait to cozy up into my clean blankets on this 22 degree day. I have done my laundry at Bubbles and have used the pick up and delivery service. Fantastic service!! The laundromat is clean, modern and have TV's for some entertainment. I love the fact that it's open 24 hours -sometimes I am up really early so why not get the laundry done and have the whole day free! The online pick up service is so easy and convenient. This Laundromat has the nicest people working there. The job they do with the pick up service is unbelievable. I have been going there for 2 months now and I haven't had the need to iron ANYTHING, even my button down work shirts. Good job guys, keep up the good work! The service was great - arrived for pick up and delivery at the exact time I picked on the website. Everyone I dealt with was really friendly. Our experience has been excellent. They seem to genuinely care about providing a quality service, and the fellow who always picks up and drops off our laundry is very very friendly and personable. We've given 30 minutes notice before for them to pick up our laundry, and they are still able to come in time. The clothes are always impeccably folded and cleaned. This is my new go-to laundry spot! The space is open and extremely clean and machines are brand new. Laundry card system makes things very easy as I don't need to lug my change around. Luckily I found 20 dimes in my purse, then I went to the mid-aged shop keeper, asked her if I can exchange my 20 dimes to 8 quarters, she just looked at me blankly and said "No exchange!", even I said several "please", she just doesn't care at all, she even told me to "go to other stores to get your quarters, and I DON'T CARE if you go to other laundromat" What?! Are you kidding me? Just 20 dimes for quarters! I'm not giving you 20 dollars bill for exchange! What's more, that was Friday night, she was not busy at all! Such arrogant attitude and poor customer service should be stopped!

Ive used his pick up and delivery service off and on for almost half a year. The past two times…read morehave been a complete nightmare. First, he lost a bathing suit bottom that cost me $40. Offered no compensation. Just an apology that it wouldn't happen again. I sucked it up and used him again as he's the only service in the area that does pick up and delivery. This time was a huge difference. He admitted to bleaching my sheets. Blaming his "new girl". Then I opened my blankets. They stunk. He proceeded to tell me I'm supposed to open the bags to let them air dry meanwhile ive used his service before and never needed to do this. He then admitted again new girls mistake. I requested reimbursement for the sheets that were bleached. He said no only a discount for future. I then noticed a bunch of stains on my very expensive limited edition skims shorts. He proceeded to tell me I need to take better care of my clothes. I gave him that item barely even dirty. I wore it for one second and will even show the court i recently purchased it. Its obviously a fabric softener stain. I dont give him fabric softener or bleach for my clothing. It looks like someone ran in over with a truck. As seen in attached photos, you can see the child that is running this business. I'm now taking him to small claims court because he doesnt want to offer any reimbursement for his mistakes and even laughed at me and told me I'm not his son or brother which was completely irreveleant and decides to laugj at me. Very immature. This kid is about 25 years old and has no idea how to run a business, let alone speak to customers. His own workers told me hes a partier that doesn't wake up until 12pm everyday. Doesn't know how to run a company and will ruin your clothes. Even if you do the wash yourself, they do not rinse the machines prior to your next wash and your clothes can be ruined with bleach and he wants no responsibility even though admits fault through text and his policy on his receipt ensures reimbursement. Stay away from this laundromat. The child is immature and will never help you with any mistakes his business makes. Screenshots to show immaturity and pictures to show damage he did to my clothing. Sheets cost $119. Shorts were $54. Stay away from this laundromat unless you want your clothes lost, ruined and smelly and offered a discount for future use.

If you want someone to be rude to you instead of appreciative of your business then by all means but who really needs the hassle.

It was my first time washing clothes in a laundromat and I'm 25. Thanks to my amazing Mother who has spoiled me. Had no clue about the process and how much soap I need to put and all that, they were able to help me, with the entire process and made it look so easy. The staff is super friendly, their machines are up to date and work great!! And the place is very clean and the environment is very quiet and calm. Bring a kindle or bring an iPad and relax until you have a fresh batch of washed and dried clothes. Laundry is pretty easy thanks to CW Laundromat!!

Don't ever use this service. They supposedly offer pick up and delivery; they never return laundry…read moreon time. Additionally they send a guy who is afraid of dogs. I used them 4 years ago and my dog had since died. They promised to pick up my laundry today. After 2 hours, I called and he said he's refusing to come because he's afraid of dogs. Really? You couldn't find another worker? Also the least they could have done is notified me that he wasn't coming. Ridiculous! Dogs can be secured. It hurts to be turned down for a service especially for a lack of proper information. They should be sorry they lost a good customer!

The best laundry service and laundromat in Brooklyn period…read more The ladies there are extremely neat, thorough, intelligent and lovely. Never met nicer genuine people. Mariam and the other two ladies are Shero/Heroes. The delivery guys are just as nice. The establishment is extremely clean and well-managed, the owner is legit OCD about it...... which I love. He maybe on the..... eccentric side but it's that eccentricity that allows for that place to function the way it does. Never an out-of-service machine which is rare in Brooklyn. I've since moved, and there's no place like Express Laundromat! LOL I once called the laundromat to tell them that I miss them, it was triggered by frustration after dealing with the incompetent laundry service in my new neighborhood. How I discovered the heroes in that gem was, I was minding my own business doing......... my own laundry *gasp*, I unenthusiastically looked over at Mariam and witnessed her handling customers clothes in a caring manner. Suddenly it was like love at first site..... on my end of course! I followed her like a cute lost puppy and asked her loads of questions. The feeling was as close as it would be to finding a soulmate lol. I was hooked!
