I paid to have my car detailed. The package I bought was the vinyl package and assumed it would include the Seats. After waiting an hour and 15 Mins when I got back in my car the seats were dirty. I was told the vinyl package only included the "hard vinyl"not the upholstery. The dirt would have been obvious to anyone that cleaned my car. Very disappointed. ATTENTION KELOWNA - UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU GO TO BUBBLES CAR WASH. "Not a nook. Nor a cranny." I'll preface this review by saying that if you bring me the wrong dish at a restaurant, I'm likely to eat it. If I buy the wrong size T-Shirt, I'd rather drop 5 lbs than return it -- I ain't picky. I bought a car recently, it needed a thorough detail. The type of detail you're willing to spend a fair chunk of change on. I've been in Kelowna 12 years now and Bubbles is always on the radio so in good faith I headed over to the 'neighbourhood' carwash. I asked for the ultimate package (or whatever they call it) -- $550 bucks. Five hundred fifty dollars. I figured I was in for a treat. I half expected a gift baggy to take home too for that price! I feel like I've been robbed blind. Taken advantage of. Made a fool of. They had my vehicle for 4 hours and when I received it, well, pictures say a thousand words. Dear Bubbles Car Wash... I want my money back. I don't want a credit. I don't want you to "correct your work". You didn't do anything. The images above demonstrate that you're incapable of providing the services you sell. In the driver's seat, there is dirt in every direction you cast your eyes. It's clear to me, a 32 year old messy man, that nobody even tried in this case. I took 4 hours out of my workday to sit at Bubbles, but I'm thinking the car just sat in the back while you dried my floor mats... Oh wait, you gave those back to me soaking wet and told me to dry them in my house. You took my money, didn't even come close to delivering, and I want it back. Hey Kelowna, am I crazy? Should I have to go back and tell them what they did wrong for a job that costs $550? Should I even have to mention one single thing let alone upload 20 images to a review site? Do you think I want to be typing this on Wednesday, February 27th at 10:40 pm? No. No, I do not. What I wanted was a nice, clean, fresh looking interior. I asked for a vacuum and wipe down on the interior. I guess they heard full interior detail, crack cleaning, and seat shampoo When asking about the price I was told $149. They started to clean the interior and I went inside to pay. When I got inside I was charged $499 plus tax. It turns out the $149 I was told was just the price to clean my seats not the over all price of the job. Omg..just got my car back ..my brand new car has scratches on every window ..unfortunately i didnt pick up the car or i wouldve noticed there is also scratches all over the paint ..the car was not cleaned well and im actually going to spend the time to clean my mirrors windshield cuoholders air vents wtc right now but the scratches ..wow there are 6 just on one window alone these are all new my car has 15thousand km on it and has never left the city ...fuck u bubbles youll be hearing from me and a lawyer..would like to rate this place at -100 but i have to give one star to be able to post read more

I would not go back to this car wash! They did a nice job cleaning and all, but when you call or get there no prices are told or advertised. This is so they can get you to pay more. I got a basic wash inside and out on my truck and it was $60.00 + tax. I was told from an old employee that that should have been $40.00. The price I had paid I should have got a wax included. I will not be bringing my truck back anytime soon. read more

The absolute worst place to bring your vehicle to get washed. I spent over $200 to get his truck washed and they figured it was a good idea to spray their high pressure washer directly into the engine with not a clue of the damage they were producing. Of course the truck would not start and spent the night drying out in hopes to fix the problem. In and out of shops talking to mechanics to chase the issue. After hours of diagnosis and further cleaning (because of the poor job) under the hood we managed to fix the problem. When confronted we were offered another free wash! Thanks, No thanks.. Asked if we could get the wash refunded and that was refused. The manager was persistent in telling that the wash had nothing to do with the problem and that they would not take ownership in the damage that was caused, when the truck came in perfect running condition and came out not running and that it was my responsibility to fix all damages. This disclosure cannot justify negligence, it is the professional obligation of a detail business to know what you can and cannot spray water into. read more

I took my 1985 VW Cabriolet in for a treat, a car spa service if you will, a seat cleaning package and hand wash detail at Bubbles on Springfield in Kelowna. I paid $200(w. tax) prior to the service and left my wheels in what I expected to be careful and capable hands. I went to pick up my car later that day after closing... I must say that the seats looked magnificent - all stains had been removed and the seats were restored to white; that said a piece of door trim was quite obviously missing. A bit surprised by the lack of attention to detail (at a "detailing outfit") no worries I figured, I'll leave the car and check in tomorrow, they probably removed the trim to clean it and forgot to put it back on... after all it's Friday afternoon in the Okanagan -- give'em a break. I called the next day: NOT THE CASE. Once they found the trim, which took some time, I learned that the "blowers" blew the trim off. The car then ran over and dragged the trim, lodging it in the tracks which further crushed and distorted it. Ok, I wasn't impressed, I felt sick, but took a deep breath and figured management would go ahead and correct the mishap - after all it happens, even at the "Champagne of Carwashes." I figured there'd be a discount for the service, or an offer to cover the repair returning the car to the condition in which it was dropped off. Again, NOT THE CASE. The Manager simply indicated she could not be responsible... it's an older car trim tends to get loose... etc. My response: being a professional outfit why not exercise additional due diligence with older cars, charge more, don't take them through the blowers, etc. etc. It is your fault, I should be picking my car up in better condition than I delivered it in. The treatment, the lack of responsibility taken by the Bubbles Management was completely unacceptable. If you are looking for detailing work go somewhere where the company & management will stand behind their work, where they will take the appropriate care and time to do a good job and leave your equipment in a better state than when it was delivered to them. Need a car wash? Don't go to Bubbles in Kelowna! Pm me, ill have my 3 y/o do it. I'm sure he will do as good of a job, charge you less, and do better at taking responsibility for his screw ups. They dislodged a piece of my 3 month old car, and said "oops, sorry about that" and then proceeded to blame the car manufacturer. . . (I've been through other car washes and never had an issue) I left my card for them to contact me when found. They didn't. I had to take time out of my schedule to go to the dealer to replace the part, Lucky for them, I called before ordering the $100 part, which they had in fact found, but neglected to inform me. On top of of it all, they did a terrible job, there were streaks and water marks, the wheels were filthy, the chemical they used on the exterior plastic left it dull and covered in a white film, the inside they didn't vacuum the corners, or even bother closing a flap to dust the top of it on the console. . . I asked for a refund because I was dissatisfied with the clean and the whole experience which was a huge waste of time, and was told they wont refund only re-clean. . . I don't want to give them a chance to damage my vehicle or waste my time any further. This poor customer service went all the way up to the corporate level where I was lied to and essentially called a liar. Worst $60 I ever spent!!! read more
