I discovered this neon yellow foam sprayed and STUCK all down the passenger and underneath sides of my car. I tried a drive-thru car wash. Then I scrubbed one panel for over an hour and a half. Finally, I took my car to RSJ and they were able to get my car clean.* They were so kind. They gave me a fair quote. They did a wonderful job in a short amount of time. I will use them again and recommend you do as well! *They need to use a clay bar to remove the small amount of residue from the foam. Unfortunately, they were out. But, they plan to call me when it is in stock to finish that process. Even with the small residue, my car is so much better. I'm very pleased.

Today was my first time at Elite Hand Car Wash. I really needed my car washed because it was so dirty, and i hadn't gotten it cleaned for 1.5 months! I decided to take my car in on a Thursday morning so that I wouldn't have to deal with the crowds that come on the weekends, and so I can get in and out easily. There is a waiting area with patio chairs and a table under a tent. Or you can wait on the benches as well. I brought a book to read while I was waiting. Because I brought my car in early on a Thursday morning, I was able to get my car cleaned within an hour. For an exterior & interior wash, it was $30, which is very reasonable :) ! For an extra high gloss finish, it is an additional $5, which is still really decent :) ! The employees at Elite Car Wash superseded my expectations :D ! They worked hard and diligently to clean the inside and outside of my car, and really vacuumed the inside so well :D ! I was so happy to receive my car back, spotless and thoroughly clean :D ! Second, he said that my car was going to be there for 8hrs, being that it was going to get 9h ceramic coded, that made sense. According to him,they were going to clay bar, paint correct then Ceramic coat it. 4hrs later my car was ready, red flag because it was hard to believe that my car was properly ceramic coated. I paid the remaining balance anyway thinking maybe they did. After receiving payment their attitude changed for the worse. Well, your car paint is too old, what do you expect? Meanwhile my car is mainly garage kept. I expressed my concern to the owner Jose, he didn't give a dam either. He wouldn't even meet me at the shop so I can show him my concerns on the vehicle. Instead he tried to insult me like Herman by saying my car was old,ect,ect.. Meanwhile I just got a brand new engine from Dodge installed at Dodge. In other words I take care of my car. All I want is for my car to have really been Ceramic coated like I was promised. After numerous messages sent to the owner of the business he refused to remove the card fee even though I was never notified that there would be a card fee.
