When I made my first appointment I was worried my pits would be frowned upon and denied but let me tell you they have always treated them no different than a chihuahua!! The only thing I would critique is I have girls and the fragrance they use is a manly strong scent. And I asked for a change with no problem. And once they forgot to brush my baby girl Mahogany's teeth. They immediately corrected. He cannot have nails trimmed by anyone as he has neuropathy and is testy having his feet touched. Why offer visit incentives if you dont have the products offered. Also, the staff should be educated on every facet of the store including the incentive programs.

This was the first time that we took our three Yorkies here to be groomed. It would be super convenient for her to take them during the week on her way to work and then have them hang with her in the office the rest of the day when they were done. It is a better alternative to occupying an entire Saturday waiting around for a call back to let us know they were done. On top of convenience, another reason we decided to give this place a shot was because our last groomer progressively did a worse and worse job plus they would take forever and a day to groom them. I understand three dogs can be a lot, but when they collectively weigh around 20 pounds total it should not take three hours per dog to groom. Debbie had our dogs looking exactly how we wanted them in about three hours. Plus she is a few bucks cheaper too so which was an added plus. Debbie was super nice as well and seemed to be very dedicated to her craft. I say this because we got pounded with a ton of snow the night prior to their appointments and the roads were horrible to drive on. It was so bad she had mentioned to us that all of her other employees called off, yet she still made the effort to make it in. That being said I have taken my dog there a few times and honestly was not impressed with with their service. The last time I was there they seemed brain boggled as to me saying I wanted my dogs hair cut short and followed up with confirming I wanted ears trimmed and tail cleaned up. Went back to get the dog and from afar it looked good, so I paid and even left a tip. When I got home and got a good look at the dog, I noticed blatant tuffs of fur that were missed all over the dogs body. The tail wasn't cleaned up and looked like shit. I honestly didn't really have too much faith in this place because they seemed very scatterbrained and flustered with whatever was on their mind. So I will never ever go back to this place seeing I have to clean up my dogs fur from their mistake, or should I say lack of knowledge on how to cut a dogs hair...I guess the tip I paid is how much it will cost me to never see those people again. The long wait for Dapper Dog Wash would have been worth it instead of falling victim to sub par work as i was an idiot for going back more then once.

After a few days at splish splash her whole demeanor changed! She behaved better at home, jumped right in the car & just about tramples me to get out of the car & run into Splish Splash!! She loves the owners & their daughters just like they are family & they treat her well! The true test is how your dog act after being in a day care & she is all around much better at Splish Splash because they care. They separate dogs that don't get along or might just play too aggressive for some others. They truly care! WILLOW LOVES SPLISH SPLASH & SO DO WE!!!
