It is a little too sweet tho, so maybe see about adjusting if you can. Ambiance is meh, so sorry. But if it's hot it's not a bad place to rest with your stuff. Stumbled upon this cute little boba shop in downtown Colorado Springs. There's only street parking available and limited seating inside. Upon entering there's a kiosk to order but it was not operable. The young lady in the front was pleasant and answered all of our questions. They have a variety of drinks, food and mochi donuts (only available Thurs-Sat). We tried the strawberry matcha latte, cream brûlée milk tea, Vietnamese coffee, strawberry lychee refresher and a mango smoothie. I was hoping for more strawberry flavor with the matcha. Once I mixed it together, I could taste more matcha than anything. Other than that, everyone loved their drinks. We'll definitely be back to try their ube matcha and food. read more

There's another boba place down the street but we came here for the mochi donuts and sadly they were all out. We ordered our boba teas and I really had to use the bathroom and they said it was closed for the night...they still had 25 mins till closing? We sat at one of the tables and we literally waited 15 mins for our boba teas. - super kind owner with delicious food - We came here for lunch on a weekday shortly after they opened ar 11am, and there were 3 groups ahead. We got the P5. Pho Chicken Sate (Crispi Chili Sauce) for $14.75, S1. Vietnamese Special Combination for $12.95, and Jasmine Milk Tea for $5.95 (all pre tax prices). We waited a while for the food, but the Jasmine milk tea came out quite quickly. It was alright except it tasted watered down. I'm guessing they add water to make it less sweet as we ordered 25% sugar. My husband said it's fine as the boba he ordered on the previous day was horrible (so he had a low standard at that moment). My sandwich was delicious. The bread was crispy and doesn't hurt your teeth when you bite into it. The content was just right as well. We've had famous Vietnamese sandwich in Vietnam before and it was super huge and makes you full in two bites. I'm glad it's not like that. I enjoyed the sandwich a lot. My husband's chicken pho was good as well, and I've had pho ever since I was 14 and we had tons of pho shops in Seattle. The soup was just right, and the chicken was super tender. The bone could be annoying for some, but not an issue for us. Overall it was a wonderful meal. The owner was super polite and kind throughout and he apologized for making us wait for the food for so long. I haven't had met anyone this polite for a while, so I hope his business can go a long way here. For the drinks, just order 100% sugar and do whatever to it at home. I think it will be better than adjusting the sweetness level here. The food was delicious, we'd be back if we come back to visit again. Ps. The best Vietnamese I've found in Colorado Springs. The Vermicelli bowl was absolutely delicious. I would gladly go back here next time I'm in the area. It's a little place that's nice, with about 4-5 tables to eat at. When you arrive go to the front desk and place your order. My food came within 10 minutes. This is a boba, mochi doughnut, and Vietnamese restaurant. The interior design is beautiful. Everything is very clean and new. Good for groups up to 5 people. Their mochi doughnuts were extremely delicious. It was crisp on the outside but had a good bouncy bite to it. The boba was a bit underwhelming. The boba was a little undercooked in the center. The tea itself felt a little watered down. And the drinks don't come with ice so it gets a little lukewarm. We had a couple of troubles with our order. Someone's drink didn't come with boba as ordered. They forget to one person's order of pho. But they compensated by giving us a free pho when we come back again. The manager was extremely nice which was a saving grace to all the mistakes. Willing to redo orders and apologizing graciously. So I'm thankful for that. Note to the restaurant: the portion of pho is great but it's a lot. You could probably get away with giving a smaller portion for a lower price. It was a huge portion. This place is a favorite of me and my daughter. It is bright and clean inside with a warehouse feel; wide variety of classic Vietnamese choices on their menu; great boba selection. This is the first time I've ever visited Colorado, and I'm SO happy my family and I found this place. We were here for Memorial Day Weekend a few weeks ago, and my cousin and I came here every day for three days straight. Quan, the owner, is the nicest most friendly person ever and always greeted us with amazing hospitality. He'd always tell us "don't forget to shake it!" to make sure the bubbles and entire drink was evenly dispersed. He also promotes the discount that's offered, I believe 5% or 10%, and always asks new customers if they're a healthcare worker, veteran, or teacher for whom the discount applies. He'd also be so open for us to make some custom drinks not listed on the menu like a Taro Cream Tiger Oatmilk Latte with boba (not pictured), and always say "let's try it!" Or "sure, we can make that!" All the creations I tried over the weekend were all so delicious. The Taro Cream certainly adds to the flavor of each drink and the boba is always made to perfection! If I ever find myself back at Colorado Springs, I will certainly come back to this place! read more

Such an amazing new spot for downtown Colorado Springs. I haven't seen anything in this building for a long time and I'm happy to see a new spot where I can get tasty fresh smoothies, awesome boba tea, and I haven't tried the food yet, but you bet I will be back! This is a wonderful addition to the Springs given the lack of good boba places and mochi donuts is only beginning to gain traction in the area. I got there early while waiting for some friends so I got to chat with the owner who is so, so nice. He answered my many questions and I was curious about some of the differences in the tea options so I even got to smell it! The tea is sourced from Taiwan, they do not use powder which always makes for a more authentic and great tea. Since they are new there are still quite some menu items that aren't available yet and the owner said he wants to prioritize quality over quantity and will only serve more things when he gets the staff that he needs. That is truly admirable given how so many places try to do too many things and only a few are actually good. I didn't even realize this place served food so it's really nice to be able to stop in for boba and donuts but also grab a bite if you want. Now for the boba itself I tried the classic milk tea. It was good though the boba itself I feel like is a bit on the chewier side but still cooked through. We got a bunch of different things to eat and everything was great overall. The highlight dishes were definitely the beef bulgogi spring roll. Spring rolls are typically Vietnamese and this had Korean beef bulgogi which is a nice fusion. They also added some wonton chips or something like that in it that gives a nice crunch and texture to the roll. The pho was alright, I think the broth needed some additional seasoning and sauces. I liked the vermicelli bowl I got too. Mochi donuts were cooked well. A bit on the greasy side but it's fried so I don't think you can expect anything else. I liked the taro flavor that we got. Overall I enjoyed this place and the service is amazing!! Friendly staff, owner and it feels like you'll be taken care of here whether you just want a drink to go or hang out with friends. I couldn't believe that the lady could look me in the eye and give me such a sticky bag. I was going to take it to go, but had to eat it there because of how sticky the outside of the bag was.
