Called to set appointment. I was told I'd get an email confirmation for my appointment. The next day I called because I did not get email. They had no record of my appointment. Bubbles did a great job washing my windows and screens. They were easy to fit into my schedule. We were able to do a quote over the phone based on the number of windows. Once the tech got here we asked if they also did window wells. After getting a quote and approval from the main office he was able to add on that service. The windows look amazing and the price was very reasonable. I have recommended them to our realtor to share with her other clients. read more

Pros - Low Cost Cons - Delays, scheduling, courteous but uninformed customer service. The delay between washing & presumably sealing our deck was just over a month. Crews appeared twice with insufficient sealer despite previous trips to the house. 1st seal crew was surprised noone was scheduled during their 2 week vacation. 2 visits after that to get someone to apply sealer & it's questionable whether the entire deck was done. Customer service is friendly, courteous, but really does not know when / whether / who was dispatched.....neither does the dispatcher. (Asked for an opportunity to confirm when / whether / who completed the sealing before I posted any review, but I've waited 3 weeks & no one has followed up.) Again - inexpensive so if you don't mind a little hobby in getting the project done go for it. read more

VERY LATE and then COULDN'T DO THE WORK. What a waste of time: I scheduled an appointment way ahead of time for a day when my babysitter would be at my house so I didn't have to take off work. I was given a 4 hour window for which they were 1 1/2 hours late. I had called to see where they were at 11:15 and told them to call my cell phone to tell me when to expect them. They called my home phone, which no one picks up. When the guy finally got there, after my sitter had to stay home for 5 1/2 hours, they sent one guy and a ladder too short to do my windows. Take your business to any one of the many other window washing companies, ones who will show up on time and actually be able to complete the work. read more

I've never had my windows cleaned in my new home. Art, our service professional took the time to explain everything and show us how all of our screens worked, where we had broken windows, etc. Just things we didn't know as new homeowners. The view is great, it truly makes a difference, and the price was in the range I was thinking. Called back in November for a 2 story gutter cleaning. Unfortunately, they were backed up and could not come all the way to December 15th. I figured I called too late in the season and all companies were backed up. I patiently waited because I thought I had no other choice. I received a call the day before in December 14th saying that they could not come out due to the weather. I was a little taken aback because the weather had been great for Chicagoland up to that day. There was no snow and temperatures in the 30s-40s. I asked when they could come out. The lady on the phone said that they had been cancelling all the appointments from the last week so I would go on a list. Really? Why couldn't I have been notified a week ago that they were already backed up and not likely to keep my appointment? At this point, I started looking for other companies quickly because I know I didn't have much time before it snowed and I needed the gutters cleaned badly. Luckily, I found another company on that Friday that was able to come out bright and early on Monday morning and did a wonderful job stating that the cold weather did not deter them. Bubbles said that they would call me back as soon as possible. It has been 2 weeks and no courtesy call plus it has snowed since then so I doubt they could come out anyway but inform your customer. I would never use them again. I feel like they pick and choose who they want to service. If you can't do the job just turn it down and I could have found someone else instead of having a potential customer wait and then cancel. Please don't blame it on the weather either because the other company came out right away. Don't depend on them for fast service or any service! read more

So disappointed. I never leave reviews....this one I felt I had too! My appointment has been scheduled for weeks. I called the day before concerned about weather as rain was predicted. I was assured I would be notified timely of a cancellation. I took a day off work, had an 8-12 arrival window. No one came or called. I called a noon to check if i was still going to have cleaning done. They couldn't get ahold of the tech. I then get an hour later that they couldn't come due to the wind, which had been consistent all day! Totally understand we can't help weather, but communication here was terrible!!! Bubbles Window washing did a great job cleaning my gutters. Scheduling was easy and fast. I was kept well informed and they arrived as promised. The gutters and downspouts were cleaned and hosed down by hand. Everything looked brand new with no debris around the roof or yard. I have used other gutter cleaners in the past, some who just used a leaf blower to through it all over my yard and patio. Will always use Bubbles from here on. read more

I contacted this company via yelp asking for a quote on gutter and window cleaning. They provided me a quote and I said lets go ahead with the gutter cleaning. They asked for my address and contact information. I provided it to the company as requested and waited to hear when they could come out. I never heard back from them. I contacted them again and they said they never received my address and contact information. I sent it again and waited for them to let me know when they would be out. I heard nothing back so I contacted them again and they said they did not receive my address and contact information again. I replied with my phone number and ask them to confirm they got it as well as call me for my address. They replied they would contact my shortly and I haven't heard a word from them. I have all the emails to prove this occurred and would be happy to post them for all to read if requested. I would never use this company as they do not know what it means to provide good customer service. I tried many times to give them my money but their poor customer service probably reflects the quality of work they perform. They really deserve zero stars but that is not an option. read more

We had all the windows cleaned inside and out including wiping the screens, plus all the light fixtures/chandeliers/ceiling fans. One technician, Fernando, got it all done in a day and an excellent job too. Very clean and neat, I did not have to pick up or clean up after him like I have in the past from inferior window cleaning companies. Everything gleams now and the house looks great. I am not going to wait three years next time. It is worth getting this done every year or year and a half to have it sparkle. Fernando did the most thorough job you can imagine. He was polite and very efficient. The office staff on the phone are also very prompt and professional. I really wish all companies I hire could be as professional and excellent as Bubbles. read more

DO NOT USE BUBBLES WINDOW WASHERS! the previous customer that stated if i could give "0" stars i would do the same. i spent a fortune having my windows, storm windows and screens cleaned and all i got was a sloppy and incomplete job. many of windows weren't thoroughly cleaned, bug nests still in the window rails where you need to open the windows. the person cleaning my windows was the only one doing the job where he was at my house for 5 hours and still the job was incomplete. i was told by him that the tracks of the windows should be cleaned & he informed me: it would be extra to clean and after being charged $500 for the job! ARE YOU KIDDING! i didn't think i needed to spend any more money & i live in a house with a total of 20+ windows-pretty basic size house. i submitted an email to their feedback people that contacted me and never got as much as a courtesy email or phone call to make things right. i would look elsewhere for a better window washing job-teenagers could do a better job! read more
