The gutters were cleaned however I have several issues. First, the man who came, seemed nice enough, said he didn't think his ladder would reach. {I told them on the phone I had a 2 story house.) Anyway the guy said he could do the job because we have a deck and his ladder could reach from the deck. I asked what about the other sides of the house and he said he could walk around on the roof. This made me very nervous as it seems needlessly dangerous. Secondly, the website says that they clean the gutters by hand. not blow them. This man had a blower on this back, which I didn't see until he was done, as he walked around the edge of the roof and blew the gutters. Although the man cleaned by the debris that had blown to the ground, afterwards I noticed little black gunk from the gutters all over the deck railings and on parts of the house which I had to wash off. And lastly, the website claimed they would flush the downspouts after cleaning which they did not do. I called to complain and was offered a $20 discount which was something. When the man was done, I didn't realize the downspouts weren't flushed and I hadn't yet noticed the railings etc. so I tipped him and was just glad he was still in one piece and hadn't fallen off the roof. I thought I was going to get a quality job for $175 and instead I was disappointed even with their $20 adjustment. I should have asked questions from the start when he said his ladder was too short. At that point I should have called to reschedule. And next time I will for sure watch more carefully as to how things are being done. Chalk this up to experience. read more

Professional, courteous, careful, thorough. Excellent job for power washing a wood siding house, gutter clean and repair. The house looks like it was just painted! They were also able to repair an elbow piece of a gutter that had fallen off of the tallest part of the house. I have been using Bubbles for gutter cleaning, window washing and power washing for a few years now and I have found that their techs are at least pretty good and most are exceptional when compared to other services I've tried in the past. On one occasion, a tech who finished power washing the house helped me clean the inside of a storm window that had water blown into even though that was not part of the job. Most recently, for gutter cleaning, the tech did a thorough job of cleaning the gutters, checked over the whole roof for debris or damage and took care to clean out the underground pipes carrying rainwater from the downspouts into the yard. I also like that they are pretty low-key in soliciting business -- just a text or email a few times a year to offer services or promotions. They are not like some places that pester you with continuous phone calls etc. read more

I've used Bubbles several times . Today was the 2nd time I've hired them to clean my gutters but I've also used them in the past for window washing and power washing . The reason I like them so much is that they are EASY to do business with!! They periodically email me asking if I want service. If I don't, I simply ignore the email . This week they texted to ask if I wanted my gutters cleaned and I texted back Yes . That's all it took was a 2 second text . A couple of days later they arrived and filled two black garbage bags with leaves from my gutters . I didn't have to be home , I didn't have to pre pay or have a credit card on file . As soon as they finished they sent an email invoice with an extremely easy link to pay on line . Their work is good and prompt but what I value most is how easy it is for me to schedule, correspond with them and pay . EASY is a huge value-add and differentiator for me. We call Bubbles every spring and fall to clean out our 2nd floor gutters. We have a lot of trees that drop leaves and seed pods on the roof and in the gutter. Erik did the job last week. And just like every time in the past, the job was well done. Cleaning gutters is a messy job, but as always, Erik was neat and left no mess. He ran water through the finished gutters to make sure downspouts were clear. He was also very fast - the job took only about 30 minutes. We'll continue to call Bubbles at least twice a year. Useless! They said that they would perform their "services" between 8:00a.m. and 6:00p.m. meaning we would have to spend the entire day , waiting for them to arrive. We've had two appointments for them to come to our home. Neither worked out well... One was a very late show, the other a no show. It is very difficult to talk to anyone at this company. Phone calls are not returned in a timely manner and nobody seems interested in a continuing relationship. The actual work could not be evaluated as the workers only spent 15 minutes at my home and and left before questions could be asked, or work verified. I will never consider having work done my this company again.. Thank heaven's there are plenty of other companies out there! read more

They did our 2 story house a number of times. I got an appointment and got a text message asking us to do the cleaning ahead of time which I agreed. The cleaners came with a short ladder only cleaned 2 gutters only. The cleaners told us they could do no more (there were other lower gutters that were not cleaned). All the gutter leaves removed were on the ground. I asked them to clean up their mess and they said yes then left. We had company that night so we had to clean up their mess. I told Bubbles what happened and they wanted to charge $100 for the work they did. read more

If 0 stars were available, I would choose that. I had my gutters cleaned and GutterGlove Gutter Guards put on last Fall. I've now noticed that birds are creating nests at the ends of the gutter. They have snuck under the guard and there is now debris hanging visibly from three corners of my house. I called Bubbles to have them come out and remove the nest and properly secure the ends with end caps and they said they could for $90. After a half hour wait, she then told me I could get the work completed for $70. Why would I pay for additional work to be done when I cannot even verify that it is done properly? I do not want to get on my roof, that is why I hired the company. If they messed up once, there is a good chance they will mess up again. I'm not paying for that. Then she transferred me to a manager. The manager said that they can have someone take a look and if the work was done improperly, they can remove the nest and secure with end caps. However if the work was done correctly and the birds still got in there, they will charge me for the cleaning and additional work. What is the point of getting gutter guards if they do not guard anything? They are coming to inspect the work Wednesday, so then I will know what the verdict is. Had my gutters cleaned and they had to lift some of the shingles to gain access. (From what it appears). My shingles were lifted in many spots and so I was concerned. I called them later on that week and was told that the shingles will probably fall into place in time. The lady who answered the phone said she'd leave a message for the manager. They never called. If I could, I would give zero stars. I called for an estimate and the gal on the phone said, "Oh, I go by that place everyday on my way to work, I know the building well, you don't need someone to come out for an estimate." I asked again to have someone come out for an estimate and she once again said she knew the building well and can also pull it up on google maps to see how many windows I had. She gave me an estimate of $700 and I once again, for the third time, requested an onsite estimate. She said it was not necessary. We were scheduled for the following Monday and we were good to go. One guy showed up to clean inside/outside of all of our windows. After roughly half hour, he came to talk to me and told me that the charge is now $1400 because we have too many windows. I guess the window charge is from 1-75 windows, it is $700 and anything over 75 windows, is double the charge. He said I had 100 windows so they were charging me double. I called the company and explained to them that I requested an onsite estimate 3 times and they said, well it is now $1400. The old bait and switch. Then, after an hour of cleaning our windows, the one sole guy said it was too much work to complete and he will be back the next day - and he left. Well, the next day, I rec'd a call from the company and he had a personal issue and won't be back until the next day. So, instead of sending someone else to complete the job, he came the next morning and finished the job. One guy! We run a business and had to have our employees away from their desks for 3 days! This is a horribly run business - I do not recommend them AT ALL! For a company to double their prices when I requested an onsite estimate 3x, is unethical and their integrity is non existent. I would stay FAR AWAY from this company! The windows on the inside look horrible with cobwebs, the corners are not clean and their customer service is HORRIBLE read more

Bubbles came out to clean my gutters. They were very responsive with scheduling and even arrived a day earlier due to them being in the area. When booking the appointment I was told that the tech would bag debris and would need an outdoor water source to check the flow of the downspouts. None of that actually happened. The tech just threw the debris all over, on my patio, on my patio furniture, in bushes, in the driveway and down the back of the house. He did not check the downspouts either. When I informed customer service of the giant mess that was left, she stated she would send a tech back out to clean up. Not sure what he actually cleaned up. All of the mess was still there with the exception of the patio. That he just swept into my grass and mulch. Communication became non existent on their end when I informed them of the lack of clean up the second time. The only positive is that the gutters are actually cleaned out. It's too bad, they were reasonably priced and responsive. Looks like I will be going elsewhere in the future. 10/10/21. After speaking with Kristiana from management I am more satisfied with the level of customer service received. Though I wish that my concern was escalated to her from the beginning, she was very responsive to my concerns once she became aware. She was able to provide some compensation for the lack of attention initially provided. Though I am unsure of whether or not I will use them in the future, Kristiana went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied, thus increasing the possibility of using future services. If I were to change my star rating, I would now give a 4/5 for the level of customer service that was received. read more

I used Bubbles for cleaning my gutters in the summer of 2011 and was extremely satisfied with the value & service they provided. Upon calling, the customer service rep walked me through their service offerings and answered all my questions. They then offered to send someone out the same day but I was unavailable so we did it the following day. They gave me a window of time when they would show up the next day. About 15 minutes before they arrived, they called me to let me know their tech's were on the way and they showed up ontime. The techs did an excellent job explaining what they would do and completed our two story house in about 90 or so minutes. They were very thorough and worked quickly and efficiently. They accept Credit Card, Check or cash and even have coupons on their website. Overall, I couldn't be more satisfied with the service and price they provided us and would highly recommend them to family and friends. read more

I had an horrible experience with this so called reputable company. First, the company cancels out at the list minute for the estimate. Then, after confirming our appointment two days prior, the company calls me one day before the appointment to cancel because the guy with the 40' ladder was unavailable. After they offered an $100 discount, we attempted to use them, the day of the appointment they call to cancel because the 40' ladder broke and the local Home Depot did not have available to rent. A crew of 2 showed up to clean my gutters. Each took a section to remove debris. A significant portion the debris had to be cleaned up by me after they left as it was just dropped in my mulch areas. I watched as they pulled out the debris but didn't run a hose through the gutters and all the dirt and silt was still sitting in the gutters. When I asked about that he indicated that he had done what he needed. I called the company right away and they did run a stream of water through the gutters. The gutters are still black with mildew and dirt. I found the bag of debris that they cleaned up just sitting by my garage door. Completely feel like the employees lacked pride in a job well done. When I contacted the company to complain I received no phone call back, although they did send me a check for $25 with no explanation. I'll be looking for another company to clean my gutters next year. read more

Yes, they came 2 hrs late, however; they also agreed to squeeze me in on the very day I called for a quote so I feel I can't knock them for being a little overbooked. I used Bubbles cleaning for several years in a regular basis. Just now I was contacted by a customer service representative to schedule a gutter cleaning. I requested that they not come between the hours of 11am and 2pm because my little guy naps and it would wake him up. The customer service rep explained the time windows for service, one being 7am to 11am. I asked if there was anyway to come first thing in the morning. He said they couldn't guarantee an arrival time, which is understandable. However, there was absolutely no attempt to accommodate my request. When I advised that I would have to utilize a different company that could, there was no apology no "thank you for being a customer" just an email confirmation that my appointment was cancelled. It's a shamr because their prices are reasonable. In my opinion this was very poor customer service. read more

Once the tech got here we asked if they also did window wells. After getting a quote and approval from the main office he was able to add on that service.
