I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. Thank you for your response to my review, although I wish that I could have received a proper response outside of this forum. Good luck to you in the future.

I've been coming to Wheel Works for quite some time and have generally had great experiences in the…read morepast. Unfortunately, over the last year, the quality of service has noticeably declined with each visit. It feels like the staff responsible for cleaning the vehicles are becoming increasingly careless, often doing just the bare minimum. On my most recent visit, I paid over $50 for a wash, including a mat cleaning and a tip. While the exterior of my vehicle looked great, the interior was very disappointing. The mats were merely sprayed with water and still visibly dirty. The plastic trim on the passenger floor and the door panels hadn't been properly cleaned, and the trunk wasn't vacuumed at all. When I got home, I used a simple wipe and my own vacuum to clean the areas they missed -- the dirt came off easily and should have been handled during the service. For the price, I expect a much higher standard of care and attention to detail. I won't be returning. As a side note, while I was there, another customer was also voicing similar complaints, his car was still dirty inside and even had trash left in the cupholders. Wheel Works used to be a reliable place for a quality clean, but something has clearly changed. I hope they take the feedback seriously and return to the level of service they once offered.

Not only did the interior shine and smell amazing, but the staff was really cool too! I don't ever remember my car being this clean, not even when I first bought it. They reached all those tiny nooks and crannies that are impossible to get without the right equipment, I'm amazed! There wasn't a spot un touched. The whole exterior was cleaned as well, even the gas tank exterior was wiped down. It was truly Magic! The staff was friendly, attentive and hardworking. When I arrived to drop off my 2005 Toyota Scion XB a man was currently working on another car. I took notice to how much effort and meticulousness was put into each individual vehicle. I was impressed yet again when I came back to pick it up. I hopped in the driver seat and noticed a bag on the passenger side. I came to realize that they put all my belongings in a plastic bag for me. Some items may have appeared to be disposable but they didn't make that call. They even put that temporary paper floor mat down so my feet wouldn't undo their amazing work. I love driving my car again and now have a lot more incentive to keep it clean until the time comes to bring it back to Auto Magic Car Care!

I spoke to Chris on the phone about mobile detailing and put in my order online for $179 basic…read morecleaning interior detailing and not to worry about the stains and just do the basic. When he showed up for the appointment, he was trying to talk me into the up charge before he even looked at the interior of my car. He backed off when I told him I only want the basic $179 detail and said he would do the 90 minute $179 interior detail. About 45 minutes into detailing my car, he texted me that he was going to charge me for $215 to clean and $65 additional charge for a total of $295 for stain issues and excessive debris. I don't know where he pulled those numbers out of (which is more than what an exterior and interior detailing is on his site and I wasn't even having my exterior or trunk cleaned) and the numbers don't even total to $295. When I saw his text message, I told him to stop cleaning and that I didn't agree to that and I only wanted the $179 basic cleaning. He said he didn't know how to do that. He then finally said he would only charge me $179, but then sent me a link to pay $215 (including my $50 deposit). I paid and he refunded me $36 about 15 minutes later of his own volition. He is a total scam artist. He is not using professional/commercial grade tools. He is not a professional whatsoever. He lost his phone in my car. He came an hour late to the appointment. You can do a better job using the free vacuum and spray at a car wash.
